4 months agoI rarely leave a negative review.I drove up today hoping to get my car washed and was disappointed. I was ready to purchase a monthly pass for $29 for unlimited washes, but I had no choice as to where they would stick the bar code on my windshield. I explained to the young man that I did not want the sticker visible from the inside but wanted it where the “black” part of the glass started. Having a black dashboard, anything on the dash has a glare or reflection. He called for his manager, who spent 2 minutes spewing policy at me about where the sticker had to be placed. I explained my concerns to her, and she recited the policy again. I declined the monthly membership and could not back out because of my position in line. I was forced to purchase a car wash and make my way through. Looking at my car after the wash was disappointed again. Water streaks were everywhere on top of the vehicle, but the sides were relatively okay. See pictures.
Sorry young lady acting as a “manager,” the company you speak for should reconsider where the stickers are stuck. Will not use again and will cancel the membership I have for my other car.
I drove my car around the corner to “Wigley’s Inside ‘N Out” hand wash, and for $20, I had my vehicle restored to its shiny self. Support local small businesses instead.
5 months agoI was just there and purchased a high end wash. My truck was barely dirty when I entered, my wheels and tailgate are still filthy! I’m glad I passed on the monthly pass!3 weeks agoFriendly staff in every location I’ve been to in the Spokane area. I do feel as though sometimes the person ushering you into the car wash area doesn’t give enough room in between the cars. I understand that the bell will ring, and the car wash will stop if there is an issue but it is still stressful when you feel like the car behind you is going to hit you if you don’t gas it when it releases your tires! I know I’m not the only one who feels this way! I do like the free vacuums after your wash.a month agoJust here to leave 5 stars for this exemplary business. People leaving low stars are either impossible to please, or let their cars get so dirty that nothing is going to fix it in one shot. If your car is not covered in mud or bug carcasses, mister car wash will get it nice and shiny. If you are the type of person who gets mad at an automated car wash for not getting your disgusting car perfectly clean on the first try, please stop leaving reviews.2 months agoGreat place to wash and vacuum your vehicles. I have the unlimited premium car wash subscription, which I use quite frequently to keep my truck nice and shiny on a weekly basis. I would highly recommend giving this place a try out for your vehicle wash needs.

5 months agoIt’s mediocre. Half of the washing stations are usually closed. Can be pricy if you don’t monitor your time while washing your car. Last time the machine robbed us an extra 2 dollars, but didn’t give us the time for it.If you are able to get into a wash station without waiting in a long line behind the building it is well worth it. I’d recommend if you wanted to put cleaning detail on your car yourself. Plenty of room to clean the interior and exterior. They provide vacuums as well.
3 years agoPros: Large bays for washing larges vehicles or trailers. It’s clean and well maintained. Well lit.Cons: 3 dollars to start is not a competitive price for Spokane, I prefer to wash my car more frequently and in under 2 minutes which I can do elsewhere for 1 dollar. Water pressure is not amazing. Soap/rinse takes 30 seconds to transition.
2 months agoGot stuck in the bay. Both doors down. Called emergency number and man was iritated that I bothered him. Waited 10 minutes and called back. A young man finally showed up and moved me to the next bay and gave me a free wash. Went back recently with a car that wasn’t that dirty. Just road dust and dirty windows. Got home and looked as if it wasn’t washed at all. Will never go back.3 months agoFairly clean stalls, vaccums worked well. Trash cans slightly over filled. Car wash pretty reasonable. Does the job when washing your car. Music super loud and constantly playing classic rock.2 months agoI come here for the dog wash, have for a while every other week but there’s no convenient place to park. Well on a hot day I checked all around to make sure there was no signage and parked in a shady spot close to the dog wash, because I have 3 dogs. The tenant chased me down to tell me I couldn’t park here and that they weren’t liable if my car got hit. Needless to say I would’ve moved not him been so aggressive about it and again, triple checked and no signage against it. Unfortunately I won’t be coming back to this location unless it’s out of attendant hours.

Love coming here to get my car washed but the only thing I recommend is to please spray the back of my car before it gets washed. It gets dirty easily and I need it to look impeccable for work!
We have been customers for years and never had an issue or problem with the wash lines. Today while going through this location we had a valve stem break due to the machine. The new manager, Eric, from California, here a couple of weeks now was phenomenal! Changed the tire for us, when the spare failed, took me to a tire store to replace the stem and even paid for it! He was kind, fast acting and gave excellent customer service. Way to go Eric! Thank you very much!
We really like this location. We have had good customer service when we go, and they’re smiling faces. We enjoy their free vacuums and ability to get the garbage out of our car. They also have a monthly membership. You can get the basic for $22 or the premium for $32 a month, and you can go 2 times a day for free. It’s worth the cost!
I have been using Mister Car Wash for several years now. In the last several years, they changed from doing interior cleaning and no longer offer this service. The car wash is still wonderful but is kind of spendy for what you now get. They do offer free self service vacuums.
I have came to all the locations for mister car wash. For years. Have been a member for couple years. Costumer service amazing. Thank you. All locations have issues with vacuume I don’t think they powerful enough but the biggest issue is always broken nonsuctioning almost always I come there and my washes are unlimited. We need something new a washes are a little poor now
