in the last weekThe best thing about this car wash is the subscription/membership. It does a decent job of washing your car, but if you have bugs or poop on your car that’s been baked on, it’ll take a few washes for it to come off. The machine also feels a bit quick and there is no one to help dry it off after the wash, so you’ll definitely have streaks and spots. There aren’t any vacuums here either, but some of the other locations do. The location is located in a convenient corner when there isn’t traffic. The staff is very nice and I haven’t had any issues.4 months agoDO NOT use this car wash place. One it doesn’t clean well and two the wash broke off the railing of my car. Pictures attached, they filed a claim with customer service and said they will not cover to fix it. Unprofessional and horrible service.2 weeks agoGot in line to find out that a basic exterior wash is $30, and it doesn’t even clean the car. It’s an automatic car wash. The car came out as dirty as it went in. I wanted to get the interior vacuumed too, but that’s not available… at a car wash. This business model is built on subscription washes. I was doing a friend a favor and got burned for what it would have cost to go to Sam’s in Maryland.First tip. If they do not have their prices posted on their website, and everything pushes you to a monthly subscription, then go somewhere else. A gas station automatic car wash for $13 would have done more to clean this car.
3 weeks agoEmployees try to scam you. Just went there and I got the unlimited membership the regular one and one of the employees came out and told me I did it wrong and I should have chosen the more expensive one. Obviously I told him I was not interested in paying $12 more for “extra shine” and he was very upset and screaming how I was wrong. I will be cancelling the membership.4 months agoEach time I go there the employees are always super helpful, not much to say. Automatic car wash. They guide you if you need it and make sure no vehicles get hit. Great place. Wish it wasn’t so busy in the area or far from where I live though!

2 months agoThis may be the worst $40 I’ve ever spent on a car wash. Half of the dash wasn’t touched, the driver side floor was barely vacuumed. Cup holders still very dirty. All around this would’ve been a mediocre at best $20 wash. The cherry on top is watching a guy sit in my front seat on his phone for 5 or so minutes. Will definitely be cancelling my monthly membership and taking my car to be washed elsewhere.5 months agoFirst time at White Horse Auto Wash for a car wash, interior cleaning, and interior vacuuming. Interior cleaning is different than vacuuming. The interior cleaning is spray and wipe down of inside surfaces including inside windows and inside the doors.Daniel, a crew chief, and the team that handled my car answered my questions about their services so I could make the best choice about the work I wanted done. Also, they were very professional and respectful.
The quality of service is probably as close you can get to detailing your car without having to pay the high cost of a detail job. The price for this full service is VERY reasonable. It is a LOT less than a full detail job. Depending on how much you spend on a detail job you’ll save 75% or more.
Make sure to tip the team well, they do the work and deserve it. I will definitely go back to get this level of service.
4 months agoQuickly efficient service. No more than 30 minutes for a full service of exterior car wash and interior clean! They have multiple cleaning stations that are organized and very clean. The staffs thoroughly cleaned between the rims, door jams, carpets, mats, and even my trunk! Would definitely come back here again soon 🙂a month agoI paid $39 for full service my car was still dirty . Definitely won’t go back again. They reached out to me I emailed them back after that no response.5 months agoJust came back from car wash and noticed that nothing in the interior was touched, no wipe down or anything. There is still dust, etc. To pay $39, the most expensive service and not have the most basic piece completed is unacceptable. This is my 3rd visit- one was great, 2nd was meh, and this time sealed it for me. To charge those prices, there should be a better service completed.

I like Yates Car wash, its a well run establishment. They do pretty good work here. I do private detailing and have a different understanding of the car wash process. This basically is a wash, wipe & shine place. I never expect premium work because it takes time. Now my only issue is that when they wipe your car dry they don’t use fresh microfiber cloths so windows & dark paint will smear. I have my best work done here on slow days.
I have been coming to Yates car wash for many years, and they always do a great job in my car.
The people who work here at very dedicated, hardworking people. They pay attention to deatails. From the person vacuuming your car until the friendly cashiers , they are excellent and what they do. The price is very fair compared to other car washes in the area.
There is plenty of space for you to chill while waiting for your car.
I strongly recommend this place.
This is now my second time at Yates as I wanted to give them a second chance. Beyond disappointment yet again. I expressed that I wanted to get the dog hair and sand out of the vehicle as I just got back from a trip and they recommended the 38 dollar wash. The first time I paid more for an upgraded interior but they ensured me the 38 dollar wash would be sufficient. The car was returned in almost the same condition. The worst part was it took 45 minutes after the car was washed. You can clearly still see sand on the top of the seats.
I had an outstanding experience with Carolina! Carolina went above and beyond to make my vehicle look and feel brand new. The attention to detail was impressive, from the spotless interior to the sparkling exterior. Not only did she meet my expectations, but she exceeded them. The level of professionalism and care she demonstrated truly sets her apart. I’ll definitely be returning for her top-notch service and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to give their car a fresh lease on life!
I just had my Tesla washed and detailed by Lorena and Susie and they did an absolutely fantastic job. Very quick and VERY clean. Great job. Highly recommend. Come early in the mornings as they tend to get busy in the afternoon.
