I had wonderful service and even a veteran’s discount. I believe everyone there was friendly and giving great attention to detail. I got a new air filter, plus a filter for inside the car. I don’t believe anyone had ever checked my filter behind the glove compartment! Anyway, Seth was amazing and I appreciate his work ethics. I fully intend to give them my business, from now on! Thank goodness these guys were open! 6 months agoCanceling my membership, they no longer detail. I had to go through twice and ask two different men to help me get something off my windshield. They were lazy and never kept their word to help me and bring me a rag out so I can get this stain off my windshield. I’m highly dissatisfied in their service and lack of help! There is no longer a full service option (some people really do need this!). I would previously go out of my way to come here, but after today I likely won’t return. No service was done on our company vehicle not even a pressure wash. Service was denied upon arrival January 19, 2023 at 4pm. Gentlemen with curly hair claimed this was too much mud and so I am considering canceling my membership
Wow. Service, is not up to what it was before. Too many employees are not doing what should be done, prior to going thru the wash. First, my truck was Not properly soaped or brushed by the workers. My back window and my truck cover was totally forgotten. Looked worst than before I started. My truck had all kinds of streaks on the sides…like the swirling brushes weren’t working properly. I get it, drive thru while your vehicle gets washed, but I have been to other locations of Surf Thru Express that were operating more efficiently. I guess I’ll not be coming to this one again. Please note…don’t rush the vehicles thru if your machinery is not working properly, or the workers are on a busy schedule to get the cars thru as many as possible to fulfill a quota. Looks like I will have to wash my vehicle at home, and get the job done right!
I have used surf thru for years at many different surf thru locations because I am a mobile business. The visalia surf thru is the one I use the most. I recently went through the car wash and my hood was scratched terribly by the brushes that they use on the pre wash before you enter they did a so called claim for damages and 3 days later they tell me that they reviewed footage and there was already some damage there and that they aren’t liable. I asked to speak to the person that was over the manager I spoke to and he informed me that he was as far as it goes. Which that’s not even possible. I asked to see the footage they reviewed he said, “ well it goes through a third party blah blah”. Basically they aren’t going to let me see the video or take any responsibility. Unfortunately I don’t have the time to go through small claims court to prove my point if the damage was more severe I would probably find the time, but I want to make it known that it is unfortunate and frustrating to know that businesses like this can basically say, “ oh well we aren’t going to do anything about it and there is nothing you can do about it’. This is what is wrong with our society. Owning my own business I know the importance of my customers and I value there concerns and always try to right any wrongs even if I don’t feel that it is my wrong because I value my customers , but these big corporations don’t feel that is important and that really should be dealt with. I work hard for my money and the things that I own and I feel that things should be like they once were when the customer was always right and important. I just wanted to voice my opinion on how I was treated and say that I feel that it isn’t right and more people need to speak out about things like this so that possibly things can change for the better. Shame on you surf thru for not valuing your customers without us there would be no you and that should be respected.
So I know the response I will get cause I see their passing the buck that it’s pre existing scratches on ALL the people who are complaining this place scratches your vehicle to brushes are never cleaned enough and I was pretty hard headed not only did I scratch my first car but also my brand new one for me to eventually cancel if u don’t want scratches all over your vehicle cancel I know it’s hot in Visalia and this is convenient but try another place cause this one is going down the drain
I’m so disappointed with Surf Thru. I’ve been coming for years and have had a membership for years. I washed my truck at 6pm, it poured at 6:30 pm and went back at 8:30pm for a re-Wash since it was literally hours and my truck was dirty from the rain. They wouldn’t rewash my truck unless I used another wash on my membership. I didn’t have my receipt but they could see that I had been there the same day. I wasn’t expecting it to rain.
