2 weeks agoPaid for the silver? Package, was supposed to have the inside cleaned and the door jams. Definitely did not clean the door jams, photos attached. Two stars, instead of 1 for the kindness of the staff and the attentiveness to the assistance manager noticing the back of my car was not vacuumed prior to me leaving – he corrected that himself and quickly. Just wish I would have noticed the other area before I left and they didn’t really clean, they just smeared the old milk and dirt on the door armrests.3 months agoPaid for the upgrade to clean inside of the car too. Horrible job it’s like they just swiped and pretended to clean but as you can see in the pictures, they left my car dirty and pretty much the same condition I brought it in. This is the second time they skimp out on the job.a year agoI paid for premium and the cashier at the front was rude but I didn’t care much. The car wash was okay but my main problem is how they left the inside of my car and my rims. They did a half job everywhere to the point I went else where to buy leather and interior cleaners and fresheners to make my car actually feel clean. I even had to vacuum the interior again. I would not recommend this spot to anyone and definitely tell you to clean the car yourself it’ll probably be cleaner that way.3 months agoI use to love this place. Now if you don’t tip 20$ and they see you they barely clean your car after you pay 30$ for a wash. Barely vacuumed and light wipe down. The only thing good is the automatic wash. The rest is horrible service. Seems like the job now is do as less as possible and get you out as fast as possible, but they expect high tip just for the service you already paid for. I tip for a good job and speed is always a plus if done well. It’s just beggars now 🙁a month agoI use to like this place but after today heck no. Word of warning do not bring your vehicle to be serviced here. They tried to manually open my passenger rear mirror took it off track thank goodness I was able to get back on track. I am praying that I don’t have an issue with my mirror moving forward They aren’t accountable for their wrong doings not very knowledgeable on how new vehicles work and they change workers too often so you never know what type of service that you will receive it’s like rolling the dice. Never will I return.

I signed up for a monthly membership and pay $39.99 a month for a super wash/free vacuum/clothes to wipe down your vehicle/floor mats washed & air hose to use on your vehicle to blow water off around the front and sides. You can go through as many times as you like during the month😊!6 months agoWow!!! I just had the best experience at the Auto Spa!! I was paying for two different cars and a few months ago I wanted to cancel the Toyota Camry but the Jeep accidentally got canceled. By working with the cashier Daniel my problems got solved because he immediately called his amazing, compassionate, diligent, and sweet manager Christina who fixed my problem right away!! You’re amazing!!!a month agoThis is my favorite car wash ever! As is commonplace, you can select anything from basic to multi-treatment, multi-coating. I usually choose the 2nd tier ($15 without a membership as of 2023) because I want wheel wash. The staff are super helpful but they do not tape mirrors, etc. I usually prep my vehicle before entering the line to pay. You stay in your vehicle thru the wash and on the other side there are stalls with all-you-want vacuum (hoses for each side) and towels for drying. I prefer to dry my vehicle so this is great. There is a station to clean rubber floor mats. They offer monthly memberships but I don’t have time to go often enough to make that economical for me.3 months agoI have a premium membership here at the auto spa. Every time my car needs washing or for any other reason, I can drive in an automatic car washing in neutral gear. In just a few minutes my car looks clean, sharp, and shiny. ✨️

Great wash, free use of the vacuums, mat cleaner, and towels! I typically go to the one on Monocacy, but stopped at this one today and was just as pleased. For $10 my car is clean inside and out. It is very busy on a Saturday afternoon, but I only waited about 7 minutes in the line to get through. The staff was very friendly. Definitely will go to this one again or the one on Monocacy. I really should just get a membership.
Best carwash I’ve ever been to in my life. Coolest staff of any place I’ve ever met.
The manager here is awesome and staff is great. I come everyday , literally. One day the machine pulled over my wiper blade.
Herb replaced both my wiper blades on the spot and I was good as new in 5 minutes.
Clearly a staff that values they’re customers.
I can’t say enough about how positive they’re attitude is here. I’kk def be a loyal lifetime customer!
Their customer service is AMAZING! We had a small issue going through an Auto Spa at a different location.
We reached out online for help, and the manager at this location jumped in and helped very quickly.
He remedied the situation, and even offered us a free car wash for our trouble.

This wash leaves pink spots (soap residue) all over my car. I used it on two occasions after purchasing the most premium membership. I only took it through a second time to see if this is a regular issue or if maybe it was the wax spray and I could just solve the problem by getting a less premium membership, but I was told that it is the soap and this will happen at any wash level. Now they refuse to refund me because I used the membership. Obviously I used the membership. That’s why I know it’s no good. I do not recommend this company. Terrible customer service.
UPDATE: The owner responded to this review, requesting that I call their customer service number. I called and got Megan Trout’s voicemail. But she is the one who emailed me earlier saying, “I can not honor a refund at this time since you used the membership.”
I spent $39 for the monthly membership, and I feel very ripped off at this point.
