a month agoI went to this particular McDonald to get me some food so I ask for a # 1 Big Mac meal with a frozen coke no pickles well done but instead I got double the pickles and the sandwich was never well done when I went back and told them about it the girl at the drive thru said can you see we are busy here eat it like that but I’m allergic to pickles wow what a great service2 months agoDrive thru employees always courteous and kind. No problem getting a receipt, which for some reason is an issue at other locations. We had to wait like 10 minutes in a pick up spot for out food, but it was worth it. Everything was made fresh and they didn’t forget anything. That’s our new favorite McDonald’s. 😉2 months agoFirstly on a Saturday close to midnight, my parents went to buy something, and although the drive thru is 24 hours open, no one attended them for a half hour. Secondly, the next week, I ordered through the drive thru at 12:00. I paid at 12:07. I was told to park up front to wait for my food, which is understandable since it involved a Frappe and a Quarter Pounder meal. I waited 20 minutes and then went inside to ask about my meal. They never even started on my food. In short time, I’ve had unpleasant wait times where we never got our food, so I’ll avoid this store for a while, and maybe later it’ll improve once again. Maybe next time I’ll wait 40 minutes before they start to work on my paid order. Who knows?in the last weekWe waited for 10 minutes in the drive thru line. Someone else got there food before us and we only ordered on meal no drink and they forgot the sauce we asked for.4 months agoThis is the slowest most chaotic McDonald’s ever. They are always backed up on the drive thru even during slow times. Expect to wait in a parking spot for 10-20 minutes for your food regardless of how much you order. It’s a 50/50 chance they’ll get your order right. Definitely don’t go here if you have somewhere to be.

a month agoDon’t order from here if you want something to eat the paper used to seperate the Pattie’s was cooked in the burger and not just one piece pies are expired by two hours ordered at 945ish pm says to enjoy by 8pm seem images I had to throw out everything would give 0 stars if I coulda month agoThe food was decent but the service was subpar and the atmosphere was horrible. There were people begging for money at the doors and drug addicts shooting up in the bathroom. I’d have to be awful hungry to go there again.a month agoThis place is always packed and for good reason, it has probably the best tasting McDonald’s you can find in the city and it’s always fresh. Wait times may be long but trust me it’s worth the wait!5 months agoThe girl at the 2nd window was terribly rude. I asked if I could add a vanilla ice cream cone, which she in turn tells me I have to drive around again. She was so rude she forgot to give me my drink and my fries. I drove around and placed my order for a vanilla cone and she hands me a cup with an upside cone inside it. I asked her “what was this,” she chose to tell me the ice cream wasn’t frozen enough to stay on the cone. I asked her why she sold it to me then. She then, slammed the window in my face.5 months agoShirley, who took my order & the guy who prepared my order was kind and efficient! Small please and thank you goes a long way!I visited another location (Girard) prior to this one, & I am very pleased to have gone here!

Disappointing service, well if we actually got any. There was no one in the drive thru but us, we were greeted once and not given any service. I was led to believe this location was 24-hours but I’m not sure if that’s even the case.
Having to wait more than 5-10 minutes in a completely dead drive through is unacceptable and a good way to lose customers.
Will not be returning.
Store is never open on time-ever! The employees sit outside on the curb in the morning smoking cigarettes and joking around. They don’t open because they don’t want to pay for cleaning. The drive through is always backed up ! So basically, fire everyone and hire better people !!!
They need to speed up the service in the drive through. They have a bunch of mean resentful Disrespectful people working in that window. They are sneaky that I’ll put you on hold for over a minute. I mean, what the purpose of going through the drive through for speedy service, right? Well, these people. I have you waiting a good 1520 minutes or so at best. The food is undercooked and the people are nasty as all hell, and it’s a total waste of time going there. If you don’t believe me, just read the rest of the reviews, they are horrible. Whoever owns this establishment needs to get their button gear and hire some people that like dealing with the public and not the kind of people who are sneaky and conniving and have attitude and mental situations going on with. This could truly ruin your business. This is the type of behavior that are ruined in businesses. People are literally closing down their business because of poor customer service.
This is hard, horrible. You need to get your butts in gear and get some people in there. That, like greeting people and helping people not giving them the gas face. When they pull up, not screwing up the change. And try to get over and scan the credit cards. Some real human beings that like to work. Thank you, that’s it, that’s all.
Honestly I can’t lie..I love me some Mickey dees lol 😆 I always get a McDouble with extra picked, 4 piece McNugget with ranch or honey mustard, a small fry and a fruit punch. Delicious 🤤 Lolol
They mess up orders, never seem to have frappe’s available or shakes, not open 24 hrs either, you’ll be lucky to get any service after 12 midnight. Terrible customer service, they don’t care about their job, so glad the Burger King opened up across from them, way better experience there and they’re actually friendly, gave me an extra coffee too. This place is going to tank soon with a new competitor now.
