a year agoWent through line asked for a triple cheeseburger. Got to pay window asked again if they ordered me a triple cheeseburger. Got to pick up window manager there says double cheeseburger. I say no I asked for triple cheeseburger. She said well u asked for a double. I said no ma’am I even asked again at the window. She then takes my burger yells at guy I ordered a triple with ketchup. She gives me my burger. I get home and ” look how they massacred my boi”. I don’t know it with ketchup a code to say screw this guy but I asked nicely 3 times for a triple they gave me a double with a bottle of ketchupa year agoMy husband and I go to this McDonald’s very often both for breakfast and dinner, and the difference between the two has always been appalling, but today has truly taken the cake. As soon as we walked in the door people at the counter were lined up with complaints of wrong orders and poor service. We ordered at the kiosk got our cups and went to the lobby to take a seat and literally every table was disgusting. This isn’t a new thing at night, but I usually get some hand sanitizer and napkins and clean a table for us but there was none to be found so I couldn’t do that. We find one decent enough so we sit down and our food comes, and the sm frappe (with caramel and choc syrup) I ordered wasn’t there so I told the girl and she looked at me and walked away. I waited and she never came back so I go up there. She’s up there bagging orders. She turns around looks at me and walks to the frappe machine and starts my frappe. I wait she makes it and hands me a medium with the syrups dumped on the top. Whatever I’m not expecting much at this point I just go back to my seat. We’re eating and I watch as 3 employees huddle up in a corner for 15 minutes on their phones. Manager comes up and doesn’t say anything. No one tries to even touch the lobby. The main girl who was taking orders on front counter stood there leaning on the register for the entirety of our visit only to come out to the lobby to get herself a drink and go back to leaning on the counter. She did hand out a couple online orders and while doing so she proceeds to take her gloved hands pick up her hat and scratch her head as well as touch her face and then continued to mess with peoples food. 15 minutes went by before we left and she still had not changed those gloves. Mind you we were there for almost 45 minutes and in that time I can’t count how many people came back up or came in from the drive thru because their orders were messed up. We love this McDonald’s that’s why we come here but the night crew is literally running this great store into the ground. The morning crew is amazing and we almost never have issues but the night crew is the opposite especially we’ve noticed when the manager pictured is on shift.2 months agoI placed an order for curbside pickup and arrived at the restraunt and after waiting over 30 minutes without receiving my order I went into the restaurant. While in there I was unable to even get help from any of the staff as all employees were hiding in the back not coming to the front to assist any of the people also waiting in front with me. After waiting another 15 to 20 minutes in the store I decided to just try the drive through so after explaining to the staff what happened they re input the order and told us to pull up and wait. After waiting another 20 minutes or so we finally received our food totalling my wait time for this order to almost one hour and a half. The staff was incredibly rude almost all were teenagers who didn’t care and there manager did nothing to keep them working and allowed them to walk all over her and do what they want. By far the worst experience I have ever had at McDonald’s especially waiting over an hour and a half for cold food.a week agowaited over 20 minutes for a mobile curbside order of 2 sausage Mcmuffins. Went inside to get my order. Had to wait another 10 minutes because they lost the order.4 weeks agoJust went in to buy a latte of of their inside display board. After I paid, they called my number so I went to the counter and told me they don’t have latte’s at this time. They asked if I would like a medium coffee and said that would be fine but isn’t that $2.00 less. They called the manager, explained situation then asked me if I would like a cookie. I told them just to keep it. If they are out of an item they should remove it from there menu so you can avoid situations that are unnecessary. I was on my way to an appointment and didn’t have time for extra steps or jumping through hoops just to buy a coffee.

a week agoOverall, this was a good stop. Was craving a Big Mac and it’s normally good. Was able to order as soon as I walked in, service was as fast/slow as could be expected. Staff was friendly, and my order was 100% correct. Store was clean on the inside.3 months agoBig Mac missing the top part of the Big Mac,the top bun is hard like a rock.I never write reviews but this mc Donald’s has the worst service .parked for 30 min for this.and no one ever answers the phone at the storein the last weekThe food is ok. Burgers and nuggets are usually on point but it’s a constant issue with the fries being cold or old. I also have issues getting my coffee made correctly.4 months agoWow this is the first time a cashier walks around the restaurant asking if everything is okay 👈 and on my second order they did a mistake they gave me a big frappe, I wanted to return it back and the lady said no sir is for you, we did a double order as a mistake, but I wanted to give it to you 😀3 months agoI have been stopping by this McDonald’s location for over 15 years, but recently I have been so pleased with their customer service. Even when my coffee is off a little, the smile on the faces of the morning crew is so contagious that I would never complain. Keep up the great work and know your staff are blessing the community one smile at a time.

Went thru drive thru order a kids nugget and a double quarter made suite i had my food after waiting I did when I get home to eat my food my large fry was less then so I come back and ask for some new full fries the last week took care of me tells her co worker in Spanish that “she as in i probably ate them” if yall would fill your food right I wouldn’t have had to come back so rude to speak in Another language about a costumer right on front of them I understand Spanish very fluent just look white felt so disrespected check your food amounts guy you pay for it why should they not give it to you
I thought today would be good. I was sadly mistaken. I waited for 4 vehicles to go ahead of me before someone came on in the drive-thru. They didn’t care about what I told them. Sighed when I asked for fries with no salt. I waited another 7 minutes to get my food. I got my happy meal and nuggets only. She said I’ll get the rest at the next window. I asked for salt, pepper, and ketchup. She didn’t understand me and kept shutting the window. She kept pointing to the other window. I wait some more and they gave me 10 salt and peppers but no ketchup. I understand the language barrier but if they can not communicate with you then move them to another area of the store. I also spoke to her in Spanish so I figured she was just ignoring me.
We stopped here for a quick bite! I enjoy their breakfast! My favorite breakfast from McDonald’s is the sausage egg English McMuffin or the Sausage egg and cheese biscuit. I usually sub the folded egg with the round egg! That’s just my preference! This location is well kept and clean! The wait wasn’t long and the food was fresh.

I take my toddlers here pretty frequently while mom is at BAMC getting stuff done. It’s never too busy, it’s always clean, and the kids have a blast on the playground. Food is pretty on par with what you would expect from a McDs. But really the selling point is the cleanliness and open space at the play place.
This is the 3rd time within a month’s time frame.. that we ordered mcdonalds from this location and got food poisoning.
My family member(s) have been sick for 1-2 days after.
Ordered a Hot n Spicy, Nuggets, and QPC.
