a year agoThis location is near the city Zoo. It is beautifully themed with majestic animals. We enjoyed that they made the interior a learning environment. The service was good too, which was very refreshing.This location features a play area as well. Our orders were correct. That is miraculous considering the multiple errors we normally see when placing fast food orders. We felt welcomed 😊.
a week agoHorrible customer service. Worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. My order took over 30 minutes. They told me to park and they never brought it out. When I went inside it was chaos. People yelling, staff just standing around, nobody packing food, and nobody asked if I needed help. After getting my order i was missing some items. Took like 10 additional minutes to receive my missing items and the staff was no help.7 months agoThe store was clean, my food was fresh, the lady that took my order was very nice and they had a big play area in the back.in the last weekThe rudest cashier and manager! When placing my order they forgot to charge me for a drink! I ask and they told me since it wasn’t paid for that I would have to get back in the drive thru line! I asked why if I had ordered it and they forgot to add it then they got there manager and I told them that I wouldn’t leave until I got the missing drink that they forgot to add to my order. I ended up leaving upset. Nothing but young kids that smell like weed I will be calling corporate2 months agoHey y’all, I just had a really good customer service experience this location. I won’t bore you with all the details, but basically I had an issue with an order and I called to speak with someone about it. I felt like I was heard and was offered a way to resolve situation to my satisfaction. This simple act of human interaction with listening and simple consideration has caused me to be a repeat customer time and again. Even though they forgot my sauce. If anything, that should be a testament because if anyone would forget my sauce from any of the restaurant, I would write them off immediately never to hear from me again. Even knowing that I may be sauceless, the kindness and courtesy and common Sense displayed by the employees at this location will cause me to come back

a month agoI went tonight with my daughter and we ordered food and two ice cream shakes the young guy at the order window was great but the young fellow at the second window had our cones and went and asked the car in front of us if they were the ones that ordered the cones and they said no then he went back to first window and put them down when we got our food they didn’t give us our cones when clearly the guy that got our order told them that the cones were ours too. The guy came and gave us our cones all melted and of course I asked him for new cones and he caught an attitude he’ll na we paying for our food it ain’t like we got them for free next time if you not happy find you a different careera month agoIf your looking for a bite with your kids after 8pm. You’re better at another location. It closes at 8pm. And exactly at 10 something goes on in there that you’ll be in line for like an hr. It’s ridiculousin the last weekOpen and check your food these people are absolutely disgusting handing out foot with idk what inside. This MacDonald’s is located right inside Dallas downtown. One can experience very great view of Dallas downtown skyscrapers from here. Parking is bit hard to find here as this place has small parking. However there is paid parking just adjacent to this place which can be used.
I visited this place just to see the downtown Dallas.
I’ve never been disappointed in the quality and freshness of anything that i have been served to order from here as bussy as it always is at any given time they always manage to keep it clean friendly crew quick and efficient without sacrificing the quality.
I haven’t ate here in many years but I’ll never forget how good it has allways been today im just enjoying my favorite.. sweet tea
The food at this McDonald’s is consistently hot and fresh. The order-to-pickup time is usually fast, taking less than 7 minutes, depending on the order. However, I gave it 3 stars due to the rude employees. While I understand that they have to deal with a lot of homeless and loitering individuals, it seems like they take out their frustration on other valued customers. Unfortunately, this has been a recurring experience for me. I hope that the employees can change their attitude to prevent these types of reviews in the future.
It was excellent I like that they still have these soda machine where customers can access. They have security I ordered the sausage egg biscuit 🍪 it was fresh , so if you want fast speedy service try this place. Ve been to some McDonald’s eggs no flavor sausage no flavor biscuits falling apart but here yummy 🤤🤤😋
The iconic McDonalds arches are great to see again. It looks great in downtown Dallas. The exterior architecture on this building is retro to the McDonalds’ of the past. I wish all the new buildings could be built the same way. Food is average McDonalds- nothing special.
