2 months agoSo this is NOT recommended experience in the new “quietly quitting movement”. In case you don’t know what that is, let me explain. It seems to be the new movement where people work as slow as they can, and have no work ethic and further have no interpersonal skills or kindness when I assist you or take your order. So I pulled into this place this morning and the drive-through is about 10 cars deep, this does seem kind of lengthy. I went ahead and got a car wash right next-door, and came back to lines which were about the same . With that I thought to myself. Well, this place is busy must be really good.
Not so much.
So the guy working the speaker talks softer than the softest grandmother could ever speak and you’re gonna have to repeat yourself repeatedly . There’s just no way this could not have been intentional and I don’t see why the manager or the owner of this facility would tolerate it. This is not the right person to be working the drive-through .
After I placed my order, then I sat at the pick up window waiting to get my order for probably a good five minutes.. so I’m thinking myself, Hey, this might not be that bad; It’s probably fresh and nice and delicious.
Once again, not so much. This thing felt like it had been on the counter for quite some time it was mildly warm it was not fresh.
What’s the delay? Oh it’s America’s new standard of terribleness. With this kind of customer service I would recommend that McDonald’s go for full automated because this is one place I will not come to a gain.
At least, when you do their automated stuff and placing your own order, you know that you’re the one responsible on how quick or slow you are this sadly was a terrible experience
in the last weekCame in during a rush with an issue I caused. The team and the manager on duty handled it swiftly and calmly; whilst dealing with greedy customers and actively getting everyone in and out. Great staff on shift this morning!a month agoThis is literately what the drive thru handed us… a half empty $3 dollar McFlurry. I kid you not. Also the Coke Zero we ordered tastes like Diet Coke.a week agoI wish I could give less than 1 star. Ordered on the app for mobile pickup. Sat in my spot for nearly 20min as I watched drive thru cars that arrived after me get their food and leave. I finally went in to find my food and they handed it to me. I looked at the manager, a tall AA gentleman, and said, “so this has just been sitting in here dying while I waited?” And he exploded in a flurry of excuses and curses, which I gave back to the guy as I left.Look, I understand that places are short staffed lately, but that’s not my problem. I’m willing to wait for food to be prepared, but for it to sit there and die? That’s unacceptable and 100% on management. And to blow up and curse a customer who is rightfully frustrated? He should be fired. That is inexcusable. I will be contacting the GM to get this resolved. By the time I got home my food was cold and soggy(steak bagel) so I tossed it.
This location is usually a well running McDonalds, even when short staffed. The assistant manager today is not equipped with the leadership skills or mental capacity to be in his position.
a month agoThis location is fine, unless you make modifications to your meal through the McDonald’s app. This has happened more than once at this location, place a mobile order with a request for no (x). Meal will come with (x) and the drink and/or fries will come in a different size than requested. As mentioned before this has happened multiple times at this location, not sure why.

a month agoGrabbed some nuggets and a free fry (via the app) the fries were a little light in the container, but they were fresh and hot!!The nuggets fresh, hot and delicious. Glad they added adequate napkins in the bag. The device was average.
The atmosphere is a little catch as you can. With waits that seem a little longer than need be, but overall okayish.
It’s fast food so my expectations are lowered from the start.
This location did pretty good today, though this isn’t always the cases here.
3 weeks agoThis is one of the higher quality McDonald’s in Columbus. The restaurant was very clean as well with the bathroom. My order was fast and made the way I ordered it. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience.2 weeks agoThe staff here are always wonderful! Best part about this location! Give them all raises because it is so nice to see a smiling face and speaks so respectfully and kind to your whole on your lunch break!a month agoI work nearby and go throught the drive-thru at least 2x a week. At most, there is 2 cars there. I order 3 items and my order is always messed up. Tired of paying for items I don’t receive. I hate to see what happens on a busy day. Side note, do not order condiments, you won’t get those either. This place has went down hill.2 months agoProbably the rudest morning staff I’ve ever encountered in my life. Came to the front door although the business hours said it was open it was not. Both doors that lead into a lobby we’re locked. Went to the drive-thru to ask if it was a mistake or if they even knew it was locked or if they were even open and was met by Mike. I had to yell inside the drive-thru window three or four times before I was even met by an associate and at that I was met with anger and rudeness. when I asked ask him if they were open to which he replied no but they look like it. I asked him why not he said because we’re not. I then replied that there was no need for him to be rude that I was just asking a question and he told me to get the f away from his drive thru. When I asked him his name he said his name was Mike I’ve then told him that he was going to get i a very detailed review from me he told me he didn’t care. Pretty sure this is not how McDonald’s wants there company to be represented and even if he is there by himself he has no need to be rude about any encounter with any customer. Being a customer service representative people need to understand that respect is always something that you have to give the customer whether you want to or not. I wasn’t being rude, I wasn’t demeaning or degrading. There was no need for him to be rude or cuss at me. Luckily I’m not really who I used to be because that situation would have went a lot further than it did definitely changed my outlook on this store and I will probably not be coming back for breakfast here again

How Long Does It Typically Take to Receive an Order at McDonald’s Restaurant?
At McDonald’s, the average time it takes to receive an order can vary depending on a few factors. These factors include the current order volume, the complexity of the order, and the efficiency of the restaurant staff. However, McDonald’s is known for its fast service, and most orders are completed within a reasonable timeframe.
Here is a breakdown of the typical wait times for different types of orders at McDonald’s:
- Standard Menu Items: If you order a popular menu item like a Big Mac or a Chicken McNugget meal, you can expect to receive your order within 2-3 minutes.
- Customized Orders: If you have specific requests or modifications to your order, it may take slightly longer. On average, customized orders take around 3-5 minutes to prepare and deliver.

This is a cute McDonald’s for kids. It takes them a while to get your order right so be sure to keep your receipt. It is clean, they have cool games the kids can play at the table, and staff is pretty nice.
Very nice workers giving excellent service. I went in at lunchtime on a Saturday and they even gave my drink for free. Everyone smiles and greeted me and wished me a good day. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.
This location is way too crowded and the staff is not the least bit professional. Food was made pretty well for a McDonald’s but the atmosphere and service were just a mess. I wouldn’t waste my time going here. It’s worth it to go to the next closest location and not deal with the mess.
Now I don’t usually go in to fast food restaurants however I must say this McDonald’s was great! It was clean, and someone actually asked us was everything alright. I thought that was awesome, then they also had an interactive gaming screen for the kids or whomever. I was shocked. Ok then Mickey D’s!
Three weeks later and still the same poor quailty iced coffee. Plus they upped the price of a breakfast number 7 by $0.30. That’s a 4% increase with no improvement in quality.
Little tired of getting an iced coffee looking and tasting like milk. Today’s was also 90% ice. 😑
