2 months agoBought a lemonade, iced tea to use the bathroom. No toilet paper and girl behind the counter tried to hand me the roll and have me take it into the bathroom which you have to be buzzed into. Bathroom was also gross and needed cleaning. Security is also on staff, which is good and sad at the same time.3 months agoBought a bottle of water so I could use the bathroom. Worst decision I have ever made!! Dirtiest bathroom I’ve ever been in. The health inspector needs to get in there as soon as possible. I feel like I contacted something and I washed my hands forever. Gross. Disgusting. The rest of the restaurant wasn’t much better. I wouldn’t eat food from there if you paid me to.4 months agoIt’s a McDonald’s in a very busy downtown area. Has kiosks for ordering and they’re super fast with the breakfast orders. Good if you’re stopping in for a quick bite. Kinda loud and packed with all sorts of people but hey, it’s a McDonald’s in downtown lol. Cashiers are nice people.2 weeks agoOk I have avoided going into McDonald’s since it’s been updated. Going in the afternoon is very chaotic and I was expecting a little more customer service. This was my first time using the app as well as being in the establishment. There were about 39 people in the lower lobby and every table was taken even a few moments away from where you stood someone else was already in the area. Food came out fast was upset that between the app and trying to get the attention of a worker were a task.The floor was extremely wet and a bunch of teenagers playing tough moments pushed another and she took a total dive on the extremely wet store. Lucky she didn’t harm herself as a result. I know it’s hard times hiring a well respected adult to keep order while everyone else is behind the counter cooking and at a fast rate get customers some type of order itself

a year agoThe McDonald’s at Kenmore Square in Boston has renovated chairs, tables, and floors. It was well-staffed and an employee helped me with the kiosk. Food came out fast and fresh. Place was clean.a week agoIt’s ok in a pinch. This Mickey D’s is in a very busy location. I ordered through the self service kiosk and my order was STILL wrong! I only went there cuz it was close by where I was running errands. NOW I remember why I never go! NEVER AGAIN!4 months agoThis is probably one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.The service was exceptionally slow. While the staff seemed to be doing their best, there is some underlying issue with the way the store’s system is set up. Getting your order here in under 10 minutes is impossible, which contradicts the essence of fast food.
Unless you find yourself in need of very cheap food or a late-night meal, I would stay away from this place.
a month agoTo start, I ask for extra salt. My server gave me ketchup. I asked again he started going through my order telling me that everything was there. He asked someone else, and I got some extra salt packets. They handed them out as if each packet could be sold on the black market for $50 a piece. Their hamburger was dry as if they were cooked one hour before I ordered them. I know I was eating at McDonald’s, but there is a certain level of bad food that I expect this was beyond bad. Their French fries were barely cooked and felt like they were still cold from the refrigerator they were sitting in. The McNuggets was what i expected. Mystery mashed together posing as chicken. The only good thing that they could not mess up was the diet Coke, but I was not sticking around to find out.a year agoFood was cold and half the fries were missing. The qtr pounder also was cooked med rare, was super pink. 1 mile away from hotel, but food was cold and gross. Would not order here if travelling in Boston for Doordash.

The ordering kiosk sometimes do not work well, especially if you try to link your rewards account to it. It’s nice that they have table service here unlike some of the other McDonald’s around Boston. Food wise, see the tiny McChicken burger.
The food here was fresh and great, but the service was a little subpar as it took a long time for the food to come out. It was also very busy and there were barely any table to sit, but it’s a small store so that can be excused. I still rate it 5☆ though because the food was very good even though everything else was iffy.
The manager there is the nicest guy he always smiles and says hi when I grab lunch, I have never had a wrong order and the service is always less than 5 minutes. The best Mcdonalds and best staff, especially the manager!
Got my order wrong, I ordered 40pc nuggets, they only gave me 20. Asked for more but got rejected by employee and I have to explain my order to him to get right. Also they got wrong number of sauce packets and don’t believe me when I asked for more. They only provided me with right amount of sauces after going through all my items in the bag one by one, without any apology.
I hate the selective greeting from cashier. I noticed that white customers are greeted with friendly service and I don’t get the same friendly greeting. Plus, the food is not hot or warm.
