  This place is filthy and I had to wait an extra 10 minutes just to get someone to let me pay. It’s not fast and they have yet to get my food right. Pass on it if you have any other choice

  Figured since my new go to locations since moving into this area back in March. Tonight Sunday 9/10/23 835 came in for app order met Mgr or lead on duty WILLIAM very polite and the crew was pushing out orders quick as well. Been a while going to a McDonald with good customer services. Thanks William and your crew 🤙🤙🤙

  This McDonald’s is a 24 hour store, and the staff has the Driver Thru blocked off. Unacceptable!!! The employees should be terminated immediately. I am calling for the Graveyardv Staff to be terminated. There is absolutely no reason for the store to be closed.

  I asked for extra extra mayo on my chix sandwiches and very light lettuce. Simple enough, right??? Well, they got the lettuce perfect. BUT, I ONLY had a DAB of mayo on each one!!!!

  Went through the drive through and they had my food really fast, but made me pull around front and wait for 1 Dr pepper… Waited for like 10 minutes before having to tell them I was still waiting for my drink. Then the cashier told me it was crazy that they told me to wait just for that instead of getting it for me.

  Went through an empty drive through only to be asked to pull over to the side and wait for my food. 15 min later I am asked “ what are you waiting for?” Of course now their drive thru is busy. Additional 5 minute wait for my food. Only to have to send her back to get my side of sauce which was given to me in a small card board box. Yes, it leaked on my seat!!! Just another wonderful experience at this location. Will definitely stay closer to home next time.

  they refuse to have someone work the register and demand that you use their automated machine!

  if a company refuses to have customer set then inwill no longer go there.

  the cash register is closed and even the menu screens are turned off on purpose!

  The one thing I liked is that it had a play place.I didn’t have my kids with me, but most McDonald’s have taken those out. It was nice to see they had one. Service was average. I’ve never had such a bland burger before.

  From taking my order from the drive thru, all the way to the to them handing my order, absolutely disappointed in the customer service. They all need to be retrained. I work in the hospitality industry. Mc Donald’s is very very popular for kids. The only reason I made this stop. However I do hope the management understand how crucial it is for them to step up their game on customer service.

  Disgusting management. A HOMELESS MAN GAVE ME MONEY TO BUY HIM FOOD AND THEY WOULD NOT SALE TO HIM FOR NO REASON JUST FOR BEING HOMELESS.(didn’t ask for money didn’t ask to buy him food with my money) (he was so kind about it) God forbid any of them are in the same position and someone else did the same to them. I’m pretty sure they’d reach up a storm.
