a month agoI was disappointed because their ice cream machine was already put away for the night with still an hour left until closing. But they honored my rewards deals and my cookies were soft and just out of the oven gooey. My only complaint was out fries were ice cold. But all in all good service.2 weeks agoI haven’t been to McDonald’s in a long time and it was absolutely wonderful. Less expensive than Wendy’s. And service with a smile.a month agoThe drive through was a joke. Employees standing around having conversations and laughing instead of fulfilling orders. I waited 20 minutes because they kept doing 1 thing like add ice to a cup and then turning around to talk and then add syrup to the cup and then turning around again. In the end I just knocked on the window and one of them said I think the coffee machine is broken so I asked for a refund. I waited 20min for nothing!8 months agoWe ordered Shamrock Oreo McFlurrys but got plain oreo. To fix the order staff just poured syrup on top of the items we handed them. I then requested that they be mixed or redone, which they agreed to do. When the staff returned I was told nothing was wrong with them and that’s how they are, yet proceeded to try and hand stir them. After all this they couldn’t even replace them with plain mcflurries due to “ice cream not coming out of the machine”

Regardless of how much you pay for your food you purchase on app. They are still going to have the audacity to demand that you pay for even one ranch sauce with your order. Regardless of the fact I ordered with and paid with the app which does NOT notify you of this policy or give you an opportunity to purchase on app for your condiments. So if you get to the window and don’t have cash, ya know cus it’s 2023.. your SOL on ranch for you fries. Won’t be coming back. Food is McDonald’s… Service is McDonald’s and you guessed it atmosphere is McDonald’s. 3 star all around cause the food the service and the atmosphere is McDonald’s. I go to McDonald’s and expect a greese burger on a soggy bun about 95% of the time. If you into that food it will go down great but I’d recommend to not go to McDonald’s in general unless it’s a midnight snack as it is one of the worst places you could ever eat.(not this McDonald’s just in general.)2 months agoDriving through, we stopped my driver ordered food, I asked for water but did not receive any because I did not have the fifty something cents for it. I truly do understand that there are people who take advantage but to deny a person water is inhumane, I did not have anything to drink for about six hours before, I went to a seven eleven and they did charge me for using a cup but only ten cents. This is wrong, I hope that thos is not the normal for McDonald’s these days. I ask for any water. Any then I was asked what size. Shaking my head still. Nestle also believes that you should pay for water, even if it is your own communities water They’ll come buy it all up and then when you need it they charge you a thousand times what they paid. I feel even less like McDonald’s has my interest in mind and I am truly going to avoid this place.2 months agoSo I spent like $15 and let her keep the change. When I park at the food it tastes if somebody just dumped like half a bottle of salt on everything. it was inedible. And believe me I tried to just eat it. I went through to see if they’d make another for me she said to me”oh yeah I get a lot of complaints that our burgers are way too salty…” That was it though she didn’t offer to help me out with another Burger instead I ended up having to buy another because I was not going to be able to eat that and I was fnn hungry. You know I just want to bother me at all other than the fact that I threw her five bucks. Next time I’m passing this McDonald’s there I’m going to keep going.

Lots of complaints here. When I asked for a plain beef patty to give my dog, they gave me beef covered in onions (onions are deadly to dogs). They insist on charging me for a sauce cup, despite having a company policy that one sauce cup is free per meal purchased. They get my order wrong 100% of the time, with things like putting cream in a “black coffee”, rounding up my purchase without my consent, adding items I didn’t ask for to the order, and so on.
You’d think a massive multi-billion dollar international corporation could afford to train employees on simple tasks like order taking, simple terms like “black coffee”, or simple policies like “sauce comes with a meal, don’t charge for things that customers don’t order.”
This reflects really poorly on McDonalds as a company and says more about them than it says about the individual employees.
It was a drive thru trip 2 get a dozen cookies. Everyone was super friendly, good service.
I got the cookies 2 share with the staff at marquis piedmont where a friend of mine lives.
She was thrilled to get them as a treat. The staff members smiled as they took one out of the box.
My entire family prefers this location to others. The coffee and food is consistent, coming out exactly the way we expect it to every single time. They always get our order right and the service is excellent. A++
I didn’t think that the employee’s were that welcoming. Also, the atmosphere reflected how they felt(I’m guessing)… It was pretty lonely in there &it just seemed “cold” for lack of a better term!
Electronic ordering system was down during our visit, but the staff didn’t let that affect operations. The employees were friendly, helpful, attentive, and communicated with the customers so we understood what the delays were from. Very kid friendly atmosphere here, as well – made me smile 😊 Thanks guys!
