2 weeks agoMost times the service is good. Seems the morning shift is better. Maybe cause they are half asleep and too tired to have an attitude. Evening shift there are more attitudes from the younger workers. But that’s every fast food place not just McDonald’s. I blame that on lack of experience and not being taught at home as well on how to handle customers. They don’t understand the moto, the customer is always right. Even when we aren’t. Just smile, handle them as fast and friendly as you can get them out then go in the bathroom and have your attitude. Store is always clean, managers are great food and service is fasta week agoMy grandbabies love the food. They received a free ice cream cone. There’s always a crowd of people outside begging or selling items. From my experience the french fries had too much salt on it. And they were cold.2 months agoService here (late night early morning shift) is completely trash. They never have anything ready. I stopped for coffee for a week around 530am they kept saying we don’t have any coffee. Asked for a sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin just to get cheese on a mcmuffin. It seems to be one manager’s shift that this happens on because when I hear or see him I say “here we go again”. Food and services in the late morning until lunch are great!👍🏽 only reason I give 3 instead of 2 stars.2 years agoMy deluxe crispy chicken sandwich add cheese add mustard, clearly has GREEN MOLD on the bun.. not to mention it’s missing my tomato.they was very cheap on the lettuce. And the chicken is visibly burnt the chicken Patty.. so many Errors and if I didn’t take my clothes off I defiantly go back to get my money back2 months agoIce cream 🍦 machine NEVERRRR EVERRR WORKS. Cashiers pay more attention to the drive thru customers than they do the many customers standing around waiting for service in the lobby.

2 months agoThe service was not real good or real bad but what was bad that I paid $10.58 for steak bagel meal with no egg and thisis what I gota month agoBeen going here since 2020 and honestly it’s just like most McDonald’s. the service is pretty good, they keep the property clean, they move pretty fast at times and even during slow times it’s not a super long wait. Never had an issue with my food, and if they did accidently give me the wrong order it was fixed immediately. All in all if your nearby, I’d recommend!3 weeks agoThey got my order right the first time. I had to pull over for a sec, but it was only 3 minutes! They are horrible! They ALWAYS park people in the drive thru and you end up waiting 10 mins for some damn french fries. Literally, the order was two large fries and I was parked for 10 minutes, multiple times. The orders are ALWAYS wrong! Some of the workers are just ghetto and need training so they don’t overcharge me because they don’t know how to put in an order correctly. The last time I went inside about an incorrect order, they had a Bluetooth speaker playing 2Chains and it was loud enough to hear it throughout the entire restaurant. Even when I order via Uber Eats, they can’t get the order right. How do you mess up so much? I used to work at McDonald’s. It’s truly not that hard to get right!

They can be pretty slow but the lines do be long so i get it. Food is always hot when received BUT check your bags because they definitely forget items a lot
This is probably the best McDonald’s in the area for what it’s worth. They almost never get an order wrong, and aren’t stingy with sauces.
I’ll meet the occasionally rude employee who doesn’t like their job, but hey, it’s McDonald’s right?
The trade off for the rudeness is a delicious and cheap fast food meal. I’m willing to make that trade off as long as they aren’t disrespectful.
The lines are long and slow sometimes (especially at night) but the food is always good. Good spot.
DO NOT GO HERE. These reviews are fake. Very disrespectful and rude. No compassion for the homeless people that were in there trying to charge phone and eat. It was heartbreaking. They NEED NEW WORKERS even the manager who was light skin with locs was so petty and rude. How did she get that job? My food was cold and I was disrespected by the Mexican lady at the register for asking for a new batch of food. She yelled at some man for charging his phone in the restaurant and staying in there. Asked for my cup of ice and drink separately and they didn’t care they did it how they wanted to. All of these people hate their jobs and you can tell.
I live in this area but work all around MD, DC and Northern Virginia. Being on the road alot I normally hit McDonald’s a few times a week and I have to say this is the worst McDonald’s out of them all and it ain’t even close. I normally go to nursery rd which is amazing but every now and then stop at this on and they always mess my order up then they give you an attitude when you ask them to fix it like you’re the problem.
About half an hour ago, I bought two big mac meals and two cokes. I asked for a cup holder to carry my drinks easily, and the employee did not understand what I said because I spoke English with an accent. I repeated it three times. There is no problem with this, but it was not nice at all when they turned around and made fun of each other.
