a week agoI took my wife here for her birthday and it was awesome!! We sat right behind third base and ate popcorn with a beer and watched the Isotopes win!! And I had to buy her a baseball cap! We hadn’t been here since before the lockdown and it was great getting back to the crowd! Speaking of crowds, the Isotopes set attendance records this year (2023) and I can see why!! Highly recommend catching a game!! Well, next season…2 weeks agoIf I could give negative stars, I would. I just bought a meal, had to argue to get my soda, never got my fries. Why on earth would I lie about not getting my drink. You can see right into the car!! These people are not only incompetent but RUDE on top of it all. I asked 3 times for my receipt and NEVER got it. Disgusting!!!. I wish this wasn’t the closest one to me, because it makes it quite inconvenient to travel another 5 miles passing 4 others just to get decent service and food.3 months agoAsk for extra onions and I get a quarter pounder ALL onions. Ask for extra fudge on my sundae and they put it on top instead of on the bottom my sundae is sitting there and the top explodes off in the car fudge everywhere. Apparently you can’t ask this store for extra anything or they’ll make you regret wasting your money on their food they don’t know how to prepare. If your hungry for this McDonald’s don’t get them before 6 or you’ll get nasty service2 weeks agoI ordered 3 things in the drive through but only saw 1 listed on the order board. I asked the lady if she got the rest of the order. She snapped “yes just pull through” I went to the pay window and was only charged for the one thing. I asked about the rent of the order and he said ” yes we have it. Just pull to the next window” I received the 1 item and got flack when asked about the rest of the order. Bottom line worst service ever. At least there were no human teeth in my drink!a week agoThe manager for the night shift and all those employees need to go, they do not care about anything. I know it’s just McDonald’s but that company still pays you to do a JOB! The morning crew is very efficient, fast and friendly.

2 months agoMy chicken sandwich was twice the size of a chicken nugget. The girl in the window was badmouthing another customer and my sandwich was in pieces in the box. WTH??3 months agoDid a curbside pickup here. I waited for almost 11 minutes for a very simple order (sundae and mcflurry) while i saw that the drive thru is moving fast.I went to the drive thru instead and told them i had been waiting for almost 10+ minutes. I was told they are slammed. I get it, you are all busy but at least someone should have went out and told me you are busy. I will understand it and i will go to the drive thru instead. Won’t go to details but a bit rude as well. Y’all need to communicate and be polite .
Had been driving through different McDonald’s on different interstates and this is the worst service i had so far.

We appreciate your generous donation of gift cards and ice to acknowledge the hard work the kids put in to their projects!a month agoI like going to this location because it still has that 90s/2000s feel. (I really don’t like the modern gray look that newer McDonald’s have.) This location also has a pretty good view of the Sandias! All the staff are really nice. The green chile double cheeseburger was incredibly disappointing, it was a small dot of chile and wasn’t spicy at all. Every time I go, they don’t have any ketchup in their dispensers, and their soda machine tastes like it needs a carbon replacement, but it’s not the end of the world. I will continue to go to this location!3 weeks agoPoor service – McDonald’s Mobile Apps doesn’t work until 7 am, although the drove thru is open at 6 am & was informed McDonald’s App doesn’t work until 7 am – today only one person Working advised he was talking Drive Thru Orders as well as putting the order together, he never acknowledged my vehicle at the Drive Thru, when I pulled up to the Drive Thru insisted I pull back around and wait at the Drive Thru until he acknowledged me.Very Unprofessional service on Thursday, 09-21-2023 @ 6:23 am

AVOID. They consistently get order wrong for simple stuff. We keep going back as it’s convenient and have no problem dealing with dumb little things. But now they don’t even know the difference between meat and chicken. Two… completely…. Different foods… tried to call to complain, and no one answers, probably to avoid complaints. Made my double cheeseburger with a mcchicken… 🤮🤮🤮
Last few times we got food from here, it has been messed up every time. If we use the app, they are out of everything we order, including fries and sodas. If we order at the window, they don’t listen or pay attention to what is actually ordered, even though the screen reflects our correct order, we get wrong burgers, wrong sizes or modified orders we didn’t ask for. Every time we hope they have improved and then we get home disappointed. You are better off paying slightly more at a fast food chain close by than ordering here. Food is decent, but if you don’t get what you ordered, it doesn’t really matter.
It’s not open 24 hours. Showed up at 4:55 am and there was no one around.

It’s a very busy place but you still try to do the best I can to hurry up and get your food to you. Most of the employees there a very helpful and polite.
Don’t use their app at this location! 3x now, I’ve pulled up a code from their app and I’m told it’s invalid. Against my better judgment I followed the wrong advice from employees and “refreshed” the code only to end up not being able to redeem my points/rewards. They don’t know what their doing here.
Even worse! They claim they cannot regulate the amount of ice we get in our cups, so forget ordering “light ice” here. I don’t buy it and have never been told that anywhere. So kids cup gets the same amount of ice as a large?
