The inside environment was loud and raucous — it was mainly from the employees and they were having fun. Just not my type of atmosphere. The tables weren’t dirty nor what I would call clean — easy enough for me to wipe it down before using it.a month agoThe Food was Great,I sat Outside and Watch the Beautiful Surroundings while My Car was being serviced at the Midas a block away. When My car was ready I almost did not want to leave . But I was Full and Satisfied with McDonald’s ,Not to Mention I had to be able to Walk back , as I was Definitely Thinking of going back for 2nd’s !3 weeks agoThe manager basically called me a liar when I told them they didn’t make my food correctly. We ordered 2 extra patties on a burger and he said we only ordered 1. I had to show him how to read the receipt showing there were 2 paid for. We then had to go back up and ask for our drink cup. I’m fine with messed up orders, people make mistakes, but I don’t like being treated like a liar. It was so rude. Also, they do not allow you more than 30 minutes to sit and eat your food.2 months agoService is one star less because they have had issues in the past with no napkins in drive-thru bags. I think the worst offender no longer works there. The food is well-made, usually served with a smile, and the outside is clean. I generally use the drive thru so I can’t comment on the interior. I enjoy most the workers. They are helpful without any attitudes you may encounter.

a week agoThe food was ok, but the service was horrible. Literally 12 minutes on fries, because apparently they wanted to keep all the curbside and parked orders until they could bring all them out at once, instead of when the orders were ready. And then the guy didn’t even stop walking. Just shoved my bag in my window without any clue of if I even had a hold of the bag. Customer service training is definitely not a priority at any McDonald’s location.4 weeks agoWent to get a shake, sundae, and McFlurry at ~8:15pm. They all tasted like chemicals!! Took one bite, of each as they were for different people, and threw them all away! They could have at least said there wasn’t any ice cream, like they usually do.2 weeks agoWent through the drive through and the man asked if I was using mobile app and never came back to take my order. Literally multiple cars went through the drive through next to us and they never came back. I will never go to this McDonalds again.3 months agoThe people who were at the paying window and the food out window at 2:39 6/20/23 we need more people like them in the world, absolutely phenomenal 👏 after finding out my youngest daughter who’s 2, needs eye surgery in 3 weeks we decided to stop here for a bite to eat and them two people gave me a whole bunch of laughs about the butter 🤣 loved the food and loved the people here!a month agoGreat service, but this is the second time, second location where ive had a sour milkshake. Went on Wednesday, there was some commotion with the delivery truck, some mean older guy with employees, but they all handled it well. They didn’t deserve a finger in the face from this guy. Breakfast was delish.
Milkshakes tasted wrong with a strange aftertaste. Went in to ask if the milkshake machine was just clean or new product added. When you go in no staff at the front. All ordering food in and at the drive-thru is computer AI ran. A staff member came to inquire about what I needed. They gave me new shakes. The shakes tasted better, but still not correct. I will not be getting shakes from McDonalds again.
Came in in a bit of a mood and the individual who took my order just lifted my spirits with his high energy and friendly demeanor. Made my morning, a good start to my day. Thank you young man.
Folks were waiting 15-30 minutes in the drive through and yall still served cold stale french fries. Disappointing.
There’s at least one closer McDonald’s, but this particular location always seems to be consistently great. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Food and fountain drinks are always fresh. Drive-thru is always moving right along.
