2 weeks agoSAY WHAT YOU WANT ABOUT THIS PLACE IDC.i came in here ready to EAT. i had made a reservation at a different restaurant but i couldn’t wait, i could feel the hangry attitude loading in. the food was ready in an appropriate amount of time, it was hot, fresh, the nuggets were juicy??? hello???! there was the sweetest manager that fixed my order right up when they had mistaken my apple slices for fries. WE LOVE IT HERE. they somehow made the meal nostalgic. thank u guys 🫂
6 months agoAlmost every time I come here they say they aren’t taking any orders because they’re backed up. This is the recording if it’ll let me post it and a photo I’m not sure if they’re understaffed or what but I just thought I’d make it known that after about 10pm they’re DoorDash and Uber eats only.10 months ago5 stars for being the only McDonald’s open 24 hours. My midnight snack cravings really appreciate that. I also visit during the day and the lobby is always peaceful clean and friendly. Great family atmospherea month agoThey were fast but did not ask if you need any condiments. My kids didn’t have a straw of jelly for their biscuits for breakfast. I thought to myself I might as well get up earlier to cook for this kind of Service but mu kids love McDonald’s but will not be going back to that one.a month agoOrdered breakfast this morning. My steak egg n cheese was cold. Literally cold, not room temp, but cold. They also gave me the wrong drink. But the staff were friendly. Of course I’d rather got the right order and hot food.

2 weeks agoI didn’t get food here as I’d already eaten – but I was in urgent need of a restroom. The restroom was quite clean and well stocked, which I appreciate. In fact it was probably the cleanest restroom of any McDonalds I’ve ever been in. With that attention to detail, I won’t hesitate to eat here next time I’m in this part of town.a month agoThis McDonald’s sticks out among the rest within a 10-15 mile radius. GENERALLY- the service is pleasant and the food is prepared correctly/freshly. Consistency over the years is what sticks out most .. of course you have certain people that miss the mark, but GENERALLY y’all doing great. Drive thru runs a little better than dining room and afternoons,night shift is generally better than day shift .. weekdays evenings usually best time to come or weekends morning/early lunch. Night shift weekends hit or miss but overall a better McDonald’s than others in the area4 months agoMcDonald’s is always pretty consistent! Thanks to the staff for great service and good food. It’s our favorite local location for breakfast. I’m not a fan of the redesign for this location, unfortunately. The comfy seats and booths are gone and replaced with tiny stools. There’s no fountain drink dispenser any more. It just seems like corporate wanted to make this location as un-friendly as possible.🤷♀️3 months agoI really wish the evening shift staff here were more pleasant to deal with, because the food isn’t half bad. Tables are often dirty, orders come out wrong or are missing parts, and staff are absolutely miserable and will take it out on you if you ask them to rectify any of it.Drive thru is not spared the attitude either; This location has/will refuse to take orders up to an hour before close. Between the amount of times “the machines are broken” or “we can only take cash” from 9-10pm onwards, this is an easy skip in favor of an actually open location.
That said, lunch time staff are pretty okay. Maybe have them train the nighttime people lol.
6 months agoI don’t think I’ve ever had a problem with this location and I’ve been going here for about three years now, not on a regular basis, but at least once a month. They have never gotten my order wrong and they never forget my sauces or drinks. Not once have they ever been mean to me either. They’re always pleasant. I don’t know what this McDonald’s is doing for their workers that helps with their mood, but keep doing it. Thank you workers at this McDonald’s! You make my day brighter sometimes just by being so kind.

My food was barely warm. Fries soft. I ordered a kids meal and she upcharged me $.29 for a medium drink and wouldn’t take it off. The cashier acted like my drive-thru code wouldn’t work. My nuggets were rubbery. The cashier had an attitude. I will never stop at this McDonald’s again.
I’m neutral, it’s McDonald’s after all. I just wish the prices weren’t irate. The same food, but twice the price? No thank you. I give three stars because the restaurant was clean and we weren’t bothered.
Dirty tables, old/greasy unsalted fries, nasty attitudes at the counter, machines that don’t print receipts (no refunds if they mess up your order!), and they serve salt in a ketchup container. Waiting 20+ minutes for cold food isn’t acceptable. Does this location even employ managers?
This place is trashed 24/7, and the employees are perpetually miserable. With so many McDonald’s options within a mile or two, pass on this location.
My son wanted his 7th birthday party here tonight and we had the BEST experience. The staff was so accommodating, Victor, the manager went out of his way to make sure our needs were met. We are so grateful for the experience we had and our little boy couldn’t have been happier. Thank you !
This is probably the worst mc Donald’s in Raleigh. Every time I come here it’s a long wait. It annoys me so bad because if I knew I would have to wait for my food then I would’ve never paid for it. Then reserved parking is always blocked in because of lines. I give them the benefit of the doubt every single time I come here. Don’t even waste your time coming unless you have a extra 30 minutes to wait
