7 months agoOrdering was easy one of their few self serve kiosks. I was given the option to have my food delivered to a table. I choose that option however they didn’t not. Instead the called out my table number at the counter when my order was ready for pickup. I asked about table delivery and was told that they didn’t do that at that restaurant. I wasn’t given any napkins and none was available in the restaurant. I tried to get some at the counter but nobody noticed me there so I gave up getting napkins. The staff is not very responsive to their customers. Restaurant was clean and was being cleaned while I was there. The clientele visiting this restaurant are loud and rowdy. They don’t show consideration to other guests. Food tasted fine. I would have liked some salt but self serve is not available in this restaurant. Everything have been removed.4 months agoI only go to get a vanilla shake when I have heartburn. I like the shakes, they are not bad. When I get a shake it’s fine the people are nice. I’ve never actually had the food or entered into the store….5 months agoThis info is a little dated since I have been going here for years, but the drive through screens were always broken and the audio is always very poor. I worked at McDonald’s in high-school so I understand that the audio isn’t the best, but why not? Your business is probably 70% drive through, wouldn’t you want it to be a pleasant experience!?2 months agoThis is the only McDonalds who’s ice cream machine is always working and they always have the slushies available. Every other location in the are is either missing a flavor or don’t have it at all.3 months agoOrdered a big mac and when i got it it was soaked in grease. Buns were soggy. Also was charged for sauce. Lady said it was extra for sauce even though you have to have sauce already for it to be considered “extra” which i didn’t have any

in the last weekIf there’s any type of line at the drive thru, go somewhere else. Worst service around and it ain’t close. Consistently get the order wrong and you get to wait for your wrong order for a very long time to boot. Had them move me to one of the drive thru lanes to wait for my order once and they completely forgot about me. Had to honk the horn to get their attention and then still had to wait another 15 minutes. Guaranteed that driving an extra 5 minutes down the road to another location is the way to go. It’s worth it just to avoid the rage storm you’re going to have coming to this awful location.2 months agoI keep giving this location a second shot and they keep reminding me that I should never come back. Guy who took my order got it wrong and didn’t charge me a fry I confirmed with him. Nice cashier that gave me food didn’t charge me when I brought it up to her attention and said she’d add it. Got home and somehow ended up with a whole extra fry but missing half of my nuggets. It can’t be that hard to get 2 combos right. I asked for two more and they told me I had to pay. I wouldn’t come to this one again because there are other locations minutes away that are more time efficient and have better service, unfortunately those close earlier than this one.

Friendly staff. Nice and somewhat clean restaurant. Ordering was easy on one of their many self serve kiosks. Ordered to table. They called out my order at the counter for pick up. I did not pick up as I ordered to table. A little later the order was delivered to my table. Food tasted fine but could have been a little warmer.
Pretty mid…. Gave us one spoon for 5 sundaes. Sundaes lacked the extra fridge we paid for …. SMH
Lately this location has been a hit! 😋 by lately I mean the past few months. Fries fresh out the grease, presentable and timely. Both take out & my doordash delivery have been good experiences I come at different times and it’s safe to say I see this location switching out old oil for new oil often.
I’ve been here a few times over the years and it’s guaranteed they’re going to ask me to park my car in the mobile area and wait. I only ordered a happy meal and a #7. No customizations. And there was no one behind me in the drive thru. It would help if they were nice about it but the staff I encountered have an attitude.
Tried ordering my own lunch for me and my family when some bloke came up and asked if he wanted to pay for my lunch.
I ended up eating this jam of some sort, idk what it was, but mate it was delicious.
10/10 would come back anyday of the week
