I’m really disappointed. When asked if I was OK, I said I was thinking the same about the attendant. He asked why, and I responded with wondering why he’s parked in the handicapped spot without a permit. He said he does it every day because there’s no parking. As an employee, he can park off-site I mentioned. He dismissed me and didn’t move the car. It’s the weekend, a very busy time. His boss is missing the revenue from that spot being available. His car is dirty, clean it up at least 👎

I recently took my car to Clean Freak Car Wash in Phoenix, hoping for a sparkling clean finish. However, my experience turned out to be quite disappointing. 😔
First and foremost, it seems like the employees at Clean Freak Car Wash were not properly trained. When I handed over my car, I noticed that they were not handling the equipment with the necessary care and attention. It was evident that they lacked the expertise needed to perform a thorough and safe car wash. 🧽🙅♂️
To make matters worse, during the wash, I noticed some scratches and dents on my car that were not there before. It was clear that these damages were a direct result of the mishandling by the employees. 😡💥
What bothered me the most was the lack of accountability and professionalism from the staff. When I brought the issue to their attention, they seemed dismissive and unapologetic. They did not take responsibility for the damages caused and failed to provide any satisfactory resolution. 🤷♂️🚫
Overall, my experience at Clean Freak Car Wash was extremely disappointing. The untrained employees and their lack of accountability for the damages left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution when considering this car wash. It’s important to prioritize the safety and well-being of our vehicles, and unfortunately, Clean Freak Car Wash fell short in that regard. 🚫👎

Clean freak damage. Every other clean freak has been a good experience except for this one. The first time we came the team member forgot to turn off the top washing brush. My jeep is very tall and also has a light bar. After this we fixed the loose light bar and got it to stop shaking. We started reminding the team members to turn off the top brush, every single time. This most recent time we told the female employee please turn off the brush and she turned it on instead. Now it’s unbearable to even drive my car. This clean freak is not training their employees adequately and now we have to pay extra out of pocket even though we did the due diligence of reminding them every time. All in all we will be canceling our membership. Take this as a warning if your car has any accessories to not trust the employees to know which buttons to press.

Easy set of car washing places around town, good location. Huge free vaccuum area after exit from wash. Multi lanes of entry but machine would not feed singles well. Recommend buying the pass.

This location has gone downhill severely. The compressed air hoses are rarely on and if they are it’s the lowest pressure possible. Several vacuums don’t work. I’ve had good experiences at other raceways but this one is not good anymore which is a bummer, time to buy a pass elsewhere I’m sad to say.

During todays wash the track in the car wash rubbed against my rear driver side valve stem and ripped it off. I immediately seen that I was losing tire pressure so I went to discount tire promptly.
Unfortunately, it isn’t as easy as getting a new valve stem. It’s a sensor unit.
I went back to attempt to get reimbursed for the damage and the GM here said “I wash hundreds of cars a day, the fact this only has happened to you, must mean it’s your car that’s the problem”. So I did not receive a refund but the GM was very quick to cancel my membership when asked.
If your vehicle is damaged in the car washing process you will be at fault, making the car wash not liable.

This is my view 1st time using Mr Roye’s Carroll ACTIONAZ Detailing on my Van, and All I can Say is He did his Thang and more extra…
These after picture doesn’t show justice enough (I forgot to take before pics of 2 years of billed up needed cleaning) of how great a cleaning was done in detail. His hands on detailing is the personal touch literally. He did what is called Acid Wash that made my outer Van that looked beige turned back to white! He even was able to make my dull and dry tires black and shiny as well my rims.
Note: Mr. Roye had detailed my husband Honda and did a great job enhancing his car also.
I so appreciate the time Mr. Roye has taken on my Van, satisfaction guaranteed. He has fair price and honest attitude. I recommend him for the care of anyone automobile.

Seems like all they did was shampoo the seats, put it through the automated car wash and clear the lights. Not worth 200$, i will never come back. If anyone sees this and knows a guy who actually DETAILS your car please give me their number cause this place is NOT it. Service was friendly but Im going to need more than friendly service for $200

My husband has the monthly unlimited car wash pass and goes a few times a week to different locations. This location is awesome!!! And is becoming a favorite. It has a longer tunnel than the one on Southern/McClintock. And my husband thinks it has better brushes.
It’s such a fun experience with the different colored lights. And it does a great job washing the car.
I got the best wash you could get. Tire shine did not work. The wash didn’t clean the roof or the doors. Nice people working there, but not worth your time or money. It’s a 50/50 chance you’ll get what you paid for every time.
I brought my Tesla Model 3 to the car wash on Thursday (8/3/23) afternoon and purchased a basic auto car wash. During the car wash the machine hit the top of my car causing a crack over a foot long in the top portion of my front windshield. I drove around to the front and reported the damage to the female manager. She took pics of my car and gave me paperwork to fill out. She then brought out another manager (Craig Thiesse) who tried to say that the crack was due to a previous rock chip. When I asked him to point out the chip (because there wasn’t one) he mentioned something about the heat and cold water could crack the windshield and that they were not responsible for the crack. He gave me his name and email address after I asked for his contact info, but said that they did not have a phone number for the company. He then handed me back the “paperwork” that I filled out. I said that I wanted to file a damage claim with their office and he said they could make a copy, but that I would need to take it up with my insurance. I’m not sure if her made a copy, but basically just dismissed me to leave. I will not be going back to this car wash and I do not recommend anyone else using it unless you want to risk damage to your vehicle.
Trouble with the machine then I realized was same as my existing CF membership? Did not need to have paid a second time but attendant was confused, large wash with big area to vac after for free. I opted to drive without a wipe down and it was sufficient for a quick wash.
