I have been using Prime car wash for awhile now and to be honest I am very dissatisfied. I have the “best” membership they offer. It cost 70$ a month and is sounds like a great deal at the time you sign up. However it definitely feels like they rush you out when you come in with your membership. They always no matter what try to up sell you on everything. You can have a brand new car with ceramic coating and they will still try and up sell you. They are not bad if you are a clean person and only need them to clean the outside and vacuum. But today broke the camels back. I had some dust on my dash and doors I asked if they could get it they told me I needed to pay 20$ for them to wipe down my dash and doors. They used something to make it look shiny and very clearly missed a lot pictures included

I took my car here before a trip to get it all nice and clean. Clearly I should have checked it over better before I left. I emailed the store with photos that evening (02/23) went out of town without cell service through 02/28 and never received a response. No email. No phone call. So here we are. I was charged $30 extra for wiping things down? I specifically asked for my rubber mats to be cleaned and now they look gray and dull. Hoping I can get back to black and fix them. My dash screen is now super scratched. My car is 10 months old. This is supposed to be a $60+ car wash. I didn’t expect perfection, but I expected more than this. I could have done this myself at the gate car wash.

For my first time coming to prime car wash, I will CERTAINLY NOT GO BACK, here’s the reasons why : my car cleaning was not done well, they waxed over tree sap on my car and then said I needed to pay $100 for a clay waxing. Lamarcus the only employee who attempted to help tried to make sure i was helped. The manager wasn’t helpful and I had to pay another $15 for them to remove the sapp. I paid $38 for the wash , $39 for the wax and $15 additional for the sap. Why wax over sap, instead of contacting me and letting me know some other options? My rims which I included photos were not even touched. They have grim on the outside after the detailing and I was told by the receptionist that, car washes only include a light wipe down of rim and tire if I wanted the grim off I had to pay 69.99 for that. At almost $100 spent this car wash TERRIBLE. Between the extras that aren’t mentioned to not be included , and the manager whom didn’t even ask if everything was ok it was a bad first experience. Besides Lamarcus no one was helpful. I think you should take your money elsewhere because at least you know your “ full service “ will be a full service. My carpet vacuuming was also not done properly ( photos included ) ; still tree sapp on back break light and dirt and grim on bumper and above front tire. They were to worried about the white truck behind me in the service line. They were rushing me out the line. He told me I was “ good to go “ with grim on tire still not done. Do yourself a big favor and don’t go. There are better car washes that clean your car, and get the sap off without trying to re charge you. I will now have to PAY AGAIN for another cleaning. Just save your money.

Love this location!! They are ALWAYS friendly and helpful ! Cody and Tony were present on my last visit and I didn’t have any trouble! Tony made certain I was good to go in the selection process. While Cody made certain I received what I am paying for. Honestly, his willingness to scrub the exterior before the wash helped tremendously !! I am a person that drives around a lot of dirt and construction—so for him to see a need to do additional work before I can get to the wash was very kind! Meanwhile, any questions or concerns I had were willfully and happily answered by Tony. Highly recommend this location!!

Synopsis:
Be careful when the attendants are “helping” you with selecting a wash!
I was involuntarily enrolled in a $22 monthly subscription by an attendant at this location.
(To be fair … [?] this could have been an honest mistake).
Plot:
Exceptional car wash with no complaints on the service I paid for.
Speaking of “what I paid for”, there was a team member standing at the kiosk when I pulled up. He greeted me and “helped” me select a single wash. In which his help was unsolicited but not bothersome, I assumed it was to keep the line steady.
He then asked for my phone number, to enter into the kiosk? I thought this was odd since I was not signing up for anything, or so I thought!
I directly asked the young man,
‘why is this necessary for a one time wash’?
He then replied,
“Everyone has to give their phone number. It’s standard for promos or else the kiosk won’t let you proceed”.
In my defense, if “I” made a mistake and was not in the correct lane for non-members (only needing a single wash) he did not bring light to the situation.
Reluctantly, I provided my phone number and he then presented a $10 receipt ( as requested for a single wash) and a complimentary air freshener.
As of yesterday there was a $22.99 charge on my bank account from this location. I called and the representative clarified that this charge was for a membership.

This is one of my go-to car washes (Gate Pkwy) and it’s fantastic. Giving it 4 stars though because when asked to leave a review around 5pm 10/14, there was a girl working there that abruptly came over to the guy who was helping me into the car wash, right after he asked me to leave a review, and she began yelling at him. I thought it was very unprofessional. I’m not sure if the girl was a manager, but she made me and the guy working there very uncomfortable. The car wash could do a better job of hiring people that act professionally to their coworkers, especially in front of customers.

I definitely recommend LUV carwash. I drove in, got a complete wash incl. Tire scrub and plenty of supplies and vacuum had a lot of pick up power. Thanks for a great shine.

I give this business negative 3 stars. Popped in for a car wash and came out with broken tire stem caps and a popped tire. Management reviewed footage for further investigation. They advised since I have aftermarket stem caps, they won’t pay for the repair. I had my vehicle towed to the nearest auto shop for repair. IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
All the staff are extremely helpful… especially the chik that resembles Zoe Kravitz. Sometimes when I have nothing to do or it’s just been a bad day, I’ll just drive over , go through the car wash (make some videos for Snapchat), vacuum out my car and vibe to my music. Then I take a step back and look how shiny my car is. Little do they know, they are my peace on some days. Personal shout out and thank you to the workers at Johnny Clean car wash. The only way they could be better is if they offered a detailing service😭😉.

I just got my car a few months ago and have been very careful with it because I am really pleased with my new car. I noticed the rims were being scratched up, neither me, or my husband hit any curbs. I finally figured out it was the car wash…3 of 4 are damaged and they took no responsibility as well as the lead General manager was very rude and nasty.

Very deceiving.
I stopped by last month for a quick wash, ready to pay for it.
The guy told me that for like $18 I could get free unlimited washes for 30 days.
I specifically asked him, this is a special, not a membership, right? I DON’T want a monthly bill.
He assured me it was just a trial run and if I wanted to sign up, to come back and let them know and THEN I would get the subscription.
Today I see an almost $40 charge from you people ! That’s wrong. Now I have to fight this charge and cancel this dammed thing!
I want my $$ back!
How the hell do I cancel this blasted service?
I am not paying nearly $500 / year to wash my car, it’s NOT happening!
And your bait and switch, sleazy practices aren’t appreciated.
