They have so many amenities at this wash… that are free! Window cleaner, interior cleaner, towels, FREE VACUUMS I really love this car wash and dry by my house, and I will never go anywhere else 😊

I love my Caliber on Clifford St. The car wash does a great job on my truck and they always have the location clean and landscaped. All the people are friendly and professional, especially Kaylynn.
Mariska’s work at the car wash is nothing short of outstanding. She handled my car with such care, applying soap meticulously and leaving it spotless after a thorough vacuuming. I highly recommend this place, all thanks to Mari’s dedication to excellence.👍🏾✨

First time at this car wash and Christine was very helpful! Thank you for your assisting me Christine. The vacuum’s were powerful, clean towels were put out very often, they had glass cleaner & all purpose cleaner for use, carpet cleaning machine. Would highly recommend getting a car wash at this establishment.

We’re new monthly membership holders at this car wash, and on Sunday–just our third visit–some sort of malfunction in the track caused another customer to rear-end our car while going through the wash. Our car (which we’d owned for just a month) suffered denting and scratching to the back bumper.
The supervisor on duty admitted that its systems were at fault and purportedly filed an incident report, and told us that the manager was out of town but would call us when he was back in the office on Tuesday. We still have not received a call. My husband physically went to the car wash on Tuesday–no manager. Called on Wednesday–no manager. Visited in person AGAIN today, on Thursday–still no manager. He demanded to see the manager’s schedule, and will return yet again tomorrow when the manager will purportedly be there.
We absolutely should not have to go to this much trouble to get this incident resolved. The manager’s failure to make even a single phone call to acknowledge the situation is extremely unprofessional.
When the car wash runs smoothly, it’s a great service. But the fact that when there’s a problem, Caliber cannot be trusted to take care of its customers and make things right means I’d take my business elsewhere.

Very amazing car wash! Their work ethic and professionalism is exceeding past the margins of perfection. I will continue to use this location for the rest of my life. Ryan the store manager is an amazing problem solver and very polite while Maisie’s work ethic and drive to go above and beyond is way past expectation. They made my experience spectacular and fun. Wow.

I come to caliber car wash all the time and its by far the best car wash in the city. I met a young lady named Mari today and she was super kind and friendly.

I just wanted to come back and say how professional the staff here at caliber car wash is. I met another staff member today Miguel, great guy very professional all smiles 😃. It’s hard to find that nowadays in the customer service industry…. I will always keep my membership here. I legit come here just about every other day. Your car will come out looking immaculate EVERY time.

Very convenient car wash service. They provide vacuum, towels for drying and interior, glass cleaner and all purpose cleaner. The staff is also very helpful and attentive.
Update: wish I could leave another review and an additional star! The staff here is so helpful. I literally pass by so many car washes just to come to this specific location
I have given this company 1 full month to make things right. On June 27th there was a 6 car accident pile up inside this car wash. The day of the accident there was no manager on site as he was gone on vacation for 1 week. The following week we called and spoke to him and he promised a call back in 2 days. Two days later we heard nothing from him. We have since then left 5 voicemails at this location without a single call back. We will now have to take this one step farther to get this taken care of. All we want is our car to be repaired in the shape it was in before using this car wash. I have the entire incident on video from their surveillance cameras to help with my case. The boys working even stated there is no emergency shut off in these situations and the belt has to be manually shut off by an employee. If I were you I would not take your car to this car wash as they don’t care about their customers and have zero integrity. I’ll make sure to make everyone and every social media site aware of their awful customer service, machinery and trustworthiness.
been coming here for over a year with multiple vehicles (probably at least 3 in rotation at all times), the monthly membership makes it completely worth it. love the service. every employee is super friendly and helpful. the car wash is always clean and so are the areas so drying and vacuuming. 10/10 recommend.
So the wash is pretty good and I like that they can turn off the brushes for a semi touchless wash. But the brushes didn’t turn off the first time and my new type R was scratched. A report was filed basically two months ago and no one has reached out to me. If you try to call their number on Google it always says they are closed. So solid car wash facilities but the customer service and follow up for incidents is basically zero so far. Assuming they finally do reach out I’d be willing to adjust my review because I do like the facility.
I’m not even sure why they even asked me to leave a review but okay.
I went through the car wash. The air dryer BARELY dried the exterior of my car. I did a great job wiping down and vacuuming my own car. 5 stars for ME! Where are the full- service Car washes in the Fort Worth area anyway?
