Overall this place is just ok. I get the monthly membership because they have so many locations so it’s very convenient. However you could probably do better at the more expensive places. The staff is pretty good but the wash is underwhelming. The wheel cleaner always leaves an oily residue that you have to buff out immediately or your rims just look dirty and the underbody wash is terrible.

This was a fantastic car was experience: It is fully automated (pull up, put vehicle in neutral and it pulls you right through). The overall was was pretty solid even on a pick up truck with bed cover that doesn’t always get washed well in auto washes. The wax used by the system actually left the truck polished up and I could see the tire cleaning actually worked some (as opposed to a lot of washes that barely hit the tires). AND the topper is that they provide FREE vacuum cleaning spaces outside the wash. The only drawback Was this place is POPULAR so the wait may be longer than expected.

This is the only car wash I used for past 2yrs but going have to find new one. Because I always have dirt on rear & on window under Pathfinder fin. So, have to go home & clean windows & side mirrors. Smh Going to have to save my $18 & wash my car at home. Really would give 3 1/2 stars.

I come here frequently. The staff is always professional and friendly however my car only comes out somewhat clean and the spot free rinse is not spot free. There are generally copious amouts of spots on the car leaving it with a dirty look and not the nice clean shinny appearance I expect. Not sure if they need to change a filter or something but this location can do better. When I visted the Moo Moo on south High Street and some other locations I didn’t have this issue.

Paid $22 for their best wash and my wheels were still dirty and dusty. Didn’t get the windshield clean and there were streaks of dirt and bird poop. I wouldn’t recommend because this is the second time I’ve paid for their most premium wash they offer and it not get clean at all…I would have gone back through if they had people working but it’s all self pay so I would have had to pay another $22 bucks….

Leaves oily black goop all over wheels, hope you don’t have aftermarket like me…the tire shine brush is filthy. Whole left side of car opaque with second oily goop unknown from brushes. Just look at the pics…my car was better off before the wash. Its a mess and the wheels look like I went muddin. Worst moo moo location….Pass scanner doesn’t work half the time. Horrible wash experience here, and this is the “Creme De LA Creme” top wash twice back to back.

This location generally isn’t super packed. When I took my car for a Crème De La Crème wash ($18), I felt like the car was still very dirty on the sides. The vacuum I went to was barely picking things up. I think they may just need to upgrade some of their appliances. Personally I prefer the E Main Street location because it gets your car clean after 1 wash.

Gotta luv Moo Moo Express Car Wash!! They make my 15 year old car look brand new every time I get it washed there. That’s why I purchased their monthly wash pass/subscription!! Two Thumbs 👍👍

I feel weird even posting this since I thought that I would get a call back to resolve but I have not so here goes.
I went last week and this car wash is so “strong/rough” that it tore my rear view mirror off and tore my front license plate. I’ve never had this happen before at a car wash and was very surprised that this occurred. After reading other reviews I see that I am not the only one that car says that the machines are too rough on vehicles.
The guys were very pleasant and completed an incident report and stated that I should be getting a call back but I have not. I won’t be back and I will tell others the steer clear as well. I have seriously never seen a car wash like this. It literally beat my car up.
Drove an extra 10 minutes to get here because they used to do the prewash for the front and back. They also used to do the air freshener and dash wipes. Did an ok job, but not for the $25 i just spent. Still had to spend 30 minutes on the front and back
Don’t go here, especially if you’re getting serviced by Landon. I used to get my oil change here because it was close to my work and they would give me the same discount valvoline offers. But nope, not anymore. Last time I pulled into Landons lane, and I wasn’t asked what type oil I wanted, automatically assumed I wanted premium synthetic. After getting the oil change, and being in complete shock they used the most expensive oil (which my car does not require), I mentioned to Landon that they usually give me a discount like valvoline offers, but he didn’t care and said no. Oil change came out to be 110 bucks. I asked if he would at least take 100 if I paid in cash. He took the cash, counted it, and then nodded and said yes. Twenty seconds later, he changed his mind and said “you’re 10 short”, even though he already said he would take 100. I took the cash back and he charged my card. I tried calling customer service later that day but nobody picks up or calls you back. It’s been a month and I’ve called several times and nothing has happened- they say nobody is there and they’ll call you back but nobody does. Terrible service all-around, I’ll be returning to Valvoline.
60 bucks monthly for two cars you think they could get their stickers fixed properly because each time I’ve pulled in the last couple months I’ve had to stop and wait to deal with several youngsters who don’t know shyt from shinola. Each time they explained they don’t know when they’re going to switch the system over because the one in Sunbury still registered separately from the entire rest of the locations for some reason and of course that’s where I went for my stickers. One kid finally replaces one sticker properly and now the other car needs a new sticker. Come on guys get your act together!
