I had a highly disappointing experience with Westlake Eco Soft Touch Pool Service. Not only did their technicians break my front window, but they also caused an oil spill in the salon area. The lack of caution and professionalism displayed by the service personnel was unacceptable. And they charged me for this $80!
What made matters worse was the behavior of the individual responsible for the damages. Despite my request, he declined to call the manager or check the security cameras to assess the situation. This lack of accountability and refusal to address the issue added to my frustration.
Overall, I strongly caution against using Westlake Eco Soft Touch Pool Service. Their negligence and lack of professionalism resulted in financial burdens and disruptions to my business. It is important to thoroughly research and consider other options before entrusting them with your pool maintenance needs.

I came to Westlake Eco Soft Touch with high hopes of saving time and having my car professionally cleaned and vacuumed. I opted for the $35.96 Extreme Wash package. However, my experience left me utterly disappointed, and I would go as far as to call this place a scam. It felt more like an assembly line with no regard for customer satisfaction. The interior of my car hadn’t been wiped down, and it seems their so-called “professional” vacuum was either broken or nonexistent, as nothing had been properly vacuumed !!!!
When I approached the attendant, he directed me to see the manager, Felix (i think) in a small booth. What I encountered was an unwelcoming, borderline aggressive individual who told me that if I wanted the vacuuming done again, I’d have to get back in line. I had come here to save time and enjoy my day off, not to waste my time and feel like a beggar pleading for a service. When I expressed my frustration, he simply responded with an indifferent “OK,” without even offering an apology. This place is a total letdown, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone !
I came for an Extreme Wash package, I left with an Extreme rude and unprofessional package.

It’s a lot money for an average wash. Most recently I did the detail, which they told me would take an hour on a weekday morning. I was fine this but it was frustrating to see my car sitting in the detail garage while 3 detailers were on their cellphones doing nothing to any of the cars sitting in there.

Just know that for $80 cleaning is only vacuumed only half way, and shine outside no wipe off seats or anything else or they said is extra for everything else.
The behavior, the treatment as a customer they give us trash
When you ask for better service they said you’re threatening
Do you a favor and don’t waist your money.

If your car is too dirty they will tell you that it’s not their fault if it doesn’t come out clean enough. (Can’t even use a moist rag to remove the dust right.. they are not respectful at all.

Paid $55 for the “executive wash,” which included cleaning both the exterior and interior of the car.
Outside of the car turned out fine, though the interior left a lot to be desired. On a scale of 1 – 10 (with 10 being the dirtiest), the inside of my car probably went from a 6 to a 3. Definitely cleaner, but not clean.
The service was pretty fast, however. Overall, think it’s a decent spot to get your car washed as long as you don’t set your expectations too high.

Stopped by for a car wash and got the Super Wash. They did a very thorough job cleaning inside and outside the car. It’s been a long time since I got my car washed here but I am glad that they are still doing a thorough job!

Did the top of the line detailing. Car returned with globs of cleaning product still on the body in places, rear windshield with hand smudges.
My car was much much cleaner than it arrived, but not very detail oriented for a car detailing shop, and at that price… Convenience factor is very high, though. No appointment necessary

Pretty average service for the price. Left a few dirty spots both in the interior and exterior and the fragrance included into their “executive” wash was not provided. You can find better service for $55 for sure.

Had a basic car wash ($39.99) here and even though I was satisfied with the wash, I was a little frustrated after seeing a chip on my windshield. I would know that it wasn’t there before the car wash because I look at my dash cam each time I start my car, and that’s when I noticed it.
I suppose it happens in any traditional drive thru car wash but oh well. I won’t come back. I then recommend going to Castro Car Wash instead where they wash your car by hand. Long as the interior of your car isn’t super dirty, you can avail their basic wash for $45.

Very long wait to get the car cleaned. Probably about 25 cars ahead of me. Also there’s always something broken or not working in the car wash, one of the spray heads on left side of the car is malfunctioning and spraying way too hard like a machine gun, scared it will damage my car. I’ve mentioned it to the employees but they seem to care less.
This was the first and last time for me here. Extremely pricey for the quality. The basic wash is $16 and you barely have any foam on your car for this price. The worst thing is that the vacuum is not free after the wash. It’s $3 per minute!! Rip off. They don’t have any sinks available for customers. So forget about washing your hands or towel.
As a new resident of CA that just moved from GA, the prices are outrageous! 😬 plus very long wait lines. Once I saw the prices, I dipped and went to a self-service carwash instead where I paid $8 (wash+vacuum) to do it myself 💁🏽♀️ plus I cleaned my car better than the automatic machine
They really need to maintain this better. The brushes in the wash are so dirty they leave black marks all over my white car that I can only remove using bug&tar remover.
The tire shine is applied too heavily.
The stalls are narrow and the metal pads to clip your floor mats on take up too much room and can easily chip your doors if you are not careful opening them, they would be much better placed directly on the building.
Also there are always homeless people rummaging through the trash bothering you while you are vacuuming/drying the car.
The wash is great but that staff messes with people they don’t like. They’ll turn parts of the wash off or the entire thing. When I went back to confront them about it, they let me through again and said “we just turned the soap back on” ? All while smiling, laughing at each other doing this 🤫😜
Get honest / genuine management, itd be the best spot in the city.
