Nice car wash and works real well on cars but the sign is so alarming about older cars or cars with 100k+ miles!! One thing is that you get through fairly quickly but after an Oklahoma storm they had 1 guy working the line? Really? It took forever to get through and the card reader was having issues. Ended up going to the other location on S Western.

Last two months, I couldn’t find a vacuum that worked. I came in around 7pm I went to two different stalls! Also looked for window cleaner bottles and only saw 4 and they were empty. I asked the guy if he had more and he said rudely, I can go look and see if I want him to. Said I needed to come in the mornings. I said that is usually when I come do in around 9 or 9:30. I am done. Cancel my account.

Been coming here for almost a year now. Guys are always friendly and willing to help. Vacuums work fairly well and my car gets fully clean unlike some other places. I have a membership and it’s totally worth it. Jacob is one of they guys there and always does a good job. Thank you!!

I’m a member with their $35 unlimited washes which is amazing, I can as much as I want as often as I want. And when I used to get the $20 washes, it adds up! They also have spray bottles with window cleaner and microfiber rags available for everyone to use which is really nice for drying off and indoors interior wipe downs Only thing I can say I don’t like is that, they have a person who sprays the cars before the drive through wash but they only ever spray the left side of the cars. I’ve never had anyone spray the right side. Besides they. I’m a happy customer.

I love the car wash. They make it really hard to end your subscription. All the paper they give says to end your subscription on their website. The website says to call some number. Do you think someone picks up that phone, the “end a monthly payment” phone quickly and professionally?

Zips car wash broke a piece of trim off my car, didn’t get the car clean, and then the facility manager blamed me for the issue and failed to follow up after I complained.
Five minutes after driving away, I heard a really loud noise while getting on the highway. Pulled over and found a door trim piece had come loose and was flapping in the wind, see photos. I went back the next time I was in the area, two days later, and talked to the facility manager. He said it was probably just a coincidence that the piece had come loose. I said that seemed pretty unlikely, I’ve had the car for five years and all of a sudden this piece comes loose, five minutes after going through your car wash? He said well, you were supposed to check for damage before you left the lot. I asked where that was posted, he said, “well, I don’t see it, but it’s supposed to be posted”. Cool. Anyway, he took some pictures, took my name and number, said he’d talk to his regional manager the next day and call me back, which of course he didn’t.
So, if you want a dirty car, unprofessional management, and expensive damage to your vehicle, Zips can help you out. If you want your car to be clean and intact, take it somewhere else.

Great service here, the guys are friendly. I have the monthly subscription and definitely get my money’s worth out of it. I love the clean microfiber towels and cleaning spray available for use to clean the interior up while you’re vacuuming. Jay Jay Iis super nice, he even remembered me and asked how I’m liking the service.

I went thru the wash Sunday and the attendees didn’t spray my vehicle down and there was very very little soap. This is becoming a regular issue at this location SMH. I’m considering canceling my monthly wash program. 🤔

Worst experience ever. I went and got my car cleaned in the inside yesterday and after i left i noticed they did not clean the car at all. They left water in the cup holders, seats were still dirty and i don’t think anyone vacuumed and i sat there for an hour and half. I have images to upload and show what a waste of time it is to go there.
Today was the first time I used them. I have friends who use this company so I decided to sign up for their monthly membership. Signing up was easy and did not have to wait in line with the quik pass. They pre washed my suv before going in and came out clean. So far I’m satisfied

I ran my car through the car wash twice because the first time after paying $20 it didn’t come close to getting mine clean. I didn’t notice the scratches till the second time of running through but this machine is scratching up cars when I talk to the attendant about it and told her I’m not coming after you I don’t care it’s a few scratches I just wanted to inform them they tried to make excuses and say it wasn’t their machine this was a rental and it had no scratches before I went to wash it
Went to Charlie’s today and paid for the works inside and out. As I drove away, I noticed there was still dust on my dashboard and sticky stuff in my cupholder that they said they couldn’t get it out. However, the sticky stuff easily scraped away with my fingernail. I noticed that the seats were still dirty in the cracks, and there was still food underneath the parking brake. I returned, and they told me that they don’t scrape anything and they don’t detail, and they only give it a quick wipe down on the inside. For $53 I could’ve gone to red carpet and got my car detailed looking much nicer. Will not be returning.
