Came in for an oil change and state inspections. I’ve never been to this business before, but they are close to where I live and they offer Mobil One oil. Technician was courteous and helpful. Surprisingly I was not quoted a price but to be honest didn’t really care. Good thing was when I was presented the bill it was right at what I was expecting. We’ll, that was the good part of the experience. Next was the included free car wash. Seemed pretty straight forward while it was being wash. The crew wiping down after the wash seemed pretty fast but there was two of them so I dismissed it. When I got home, you know the old I just wanted to get out of there, I noticed a scratch on the driver’s side front door as I walked by. Upon further checking, three more scratches all at the same level. In addition my bumper was still dirty and they didn’t even bother to wipe the door jambs down. Water spotting on the doors as well. Wheels came out very nice though. Will I be back for a wash? Never. Oil change, probably.

Went in to get a car wash yesterday. They had left their sign lying down on the ground (instead of standing up), so as I pulled into the driveway to check in, the sign scratched the door and rear quarter panel of my truck. One of their employees then came up and was like “oh, we better move that out of the driveway” – and moved it into the closed 2nd driveway. 2-3 employees saw it happen but scattered. Nobody offered to help or do anything about the scratches. So now I have potentially hundreds or even $1000+ in paint damage to my truck.

I think this layout is great. You pull in to the bay you need. The offer oil change, mechanical service, state inspections and car washes. Staff are helpful and down to business. Waiting room is nice and cool, with tv and complimentary drinks. Comfy couches or internet bar. Great place

My AC not cold I stop by here . Guy walk to my car touch Air . I ask ” my AC not cold enough . Could you check for me ” he said ” your AC is fine . Trust me. I work 102F . This is fine to me ” so I true that word . 20 min later I got over heat and engine oil leak .

first time experience. as soon as I pulled up Isaac welcomed me and explained their process. He was extremely informative and helpful. He also checked on me by the vacuums. Car wash was great. I went during a weekday and they had four employees there which is great. Many times. It’s difficult to get help at other places.

These did a fantastic job, and paid attention to detail. I took my nieces car to do her a favor and have it cleaned in and out. Well the car wouldn’t start when they were done and it was time to leave (teach me to be doing favors). The manager and employees did everything they could to bring out their cars and give me a jump start. Talk about above and beyond service. These guys are great!

Absolutely horrible car wash (would give them 0 stars if allowed….)This used to be a great car wash until it has changed owners so many times. Paid for the $16 wash, back of SUV was still filthy, included in the wash was tire bright/shine and the tires with the shine were in a couple spots (not the whole tire) and others had nothing. AVOID this place if you need a carwash they are just stealing your money….

I went to this car wash today for their “get it all” car wash. Paid $25 for this wash. Went through the wash and when I got home which is less than one mile away from this car wash, I think a child would have done a better job. I am beyond dissatisfied with the wash. I still have dirt on many many many areas of the car. I ended up having to wash it myself after. Please fix your machines so this doesn’t happen to anyone else I am providing images of the missed areas of the car. Its the same on both sides of the car.
Nice location for this zips car wash right on top of FM423 – wash or membership price wise also competitive – they provide a thorough car wash with free vaccum. Car wash sometimes leaves residue and doesn’t clean all dirt properly. You can dry your car using towels present there. If you have membership from any zips car wash, the gate opens automatically.
The staff is very friendly and courteous. courteous. The site seems to be under great management. The site manager Rick always has a smile on his face! A fun atmosphere is what a carwash should be; Rick and his staff most definitely provide that! I was also very impressed by the quality of the wash. I was very surprised on how evenly the tireshine was distributed! No gaps at all! I highly recommend this carwash!
Staff is awesome, hands down. My first time stopping at Zip’s was a week ago. There was a special, I paid $10 and received the unlimited premier package. I used my debit card to make the purchase. This means next month and every month until I cancel a recurring charge of $45+ a month will be placed upon that card. I ask one of the people how to cancel the membership, and this is what she said.
1. Go onto the zips website
2. Scroll to where it says cancel membership.
3. Call the number listed for customer service to cancel.
I went home and found the original receipt. The name of the car wash is not on the receipt, neither is the website, nor any mention of how one would cancel the subscription. SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES!
The carwash leaves dirt on the car every time, i’d rather have paid vacuums, then free ones that don’t work. Save yourself the headache and money, dont use this business.
Every issue I’ve stated is purely the result of greedy ownership and how they manage their business. The staff themselves do a great job and deserve raises for having to deal with bosses like that.
I’ve been here before and had a great experience. Unfortunately, the vacuums no longer seem to be functional. They were barely working so I moved spots. Still almost nothing. I pay for the car wash for the purpose of using the vacuum. But my hand vac can do a better job than what their machines are doing currently.
