Went to delta sonic for a car inspection got there at 10am was told it would be a hour wait never got out of there until 1:45 I know they aren’t making any thing off of inspections but if that’s the case then don’t do them did period! Shouldn’t see 20 cars come and go before you for something that takes 10-15 minutes

Came in for a car wash and full interior detail, extremely disappointed with how poor quality the interior cleaning was. The exterior wash was quite nice but for spending over $160 on an interior detail I’m quite disappointed for the super poor quality. Looks as if they just did a quick wipe down with a towel.

I have the monthly detail package and usually am not impressed with their work. I have always felt that management needs to train and supervise their staff more efficiently to gain better customer satisfaction. Yesterday, I went to the Irondequoit location to get my detail work done and added the Ceramic gloss they were promoting. My car was out within minutes and they performed a terrible job. I had an appointment so I could not wait to have it redone. I spoke with Joe the Manager who agreed they did not do a good job. He asked me to come back to have the work repeated.
After my appointment, I went to the Greece detail shop which is closer to home. I spoke with Sam the Manager about the situation and he delivered service to with the ultimate excellence. His customer service was amazing and he did the job himself. My car was spotless and I left there extremely satisfied.
Sam is an asset to Delta Sonic and a perfect example for any employee to follow. Thanks Sam! 😊

I feel like I over paid at 1st glance it looks ok but after I really inspected my truck it should have been cleaned a lot better for $215 this was my 1st time getting a detailed interior cleaning and it will be my last it’s not worth it

I had my car washed at this location today and asked the first person spraying if they could treat my windshield for bugs as it was covered.
She told the boy inside the car wash and he did nothing extra and the windshield was not clean. I went through the car wash again and asked her to do the treatment as it was not done the first time. She was very sweet and apologetic . I then asked the boy inside the car wash to treat the windshield and he said he didn’t see any bugs. I invited him in my car and he declined. I had been traveling for 5 days and the windshield was covered with dead bugs. Maybe if he had removed his sunglasses he could have seen better. He has terrible customer service skills and was rude to me. I pay monthly for this service and this was my first and last visit to this location. Clearly he hates his job. I would recommend firing him or asking him to look for another job. Picture of the rude boy attached. First bad experience at Royal car wash from various locations!

It is easy to find and easy to access. I have a Jeep Compass, and it doesn’t wash the back of my truck well. The glass stays dirty. They should study the cars and pass the way of pressure in that area or a cloth.

More expensive than either Delta Sonic or Laser car washes. Spinning brushes clean well, air dryer not so good on mirrors – spotty! Slow lines, fastpass monthly subscription have priority over cash customers.

Great carwash . but I think the brushes are scratching my car . I just got the car too . I gonna get it buffer tomorrow hopefully. Just becareful with does brushes .

Brought my car to be be detailed after having used this service in the past and had a positive experience. I asked them to focus on a specific area that had a coffee spill. I noticed that the odor from the coffee spill remained upon completion. I was informed by the employee that I would have to purchase additional “odor removing” services to remove the odor. The carpet was never cleaned in the spillage area upon closer examination. It was still crusty. I am now home carpet cleaning the area as it should have been done previously. Please see photo of dirty carpet cleaner water.
Update:
Now that I have completed the carpet cleaning, there is no longer a smell of coffee. It reaffirms that the area was never cleaned. It’s also disturbing that they tried to bilk me out of additional monies. Will never use service again and recommend accordingly.
I was very pleased with the detail service I got at this Delta Sonic. Both employees I spoke to were patient, willing, and helpful. One of the employees, Tyre Jenkins, went above and beyond what I expected. He took the time to address remaining concerns and made sure I was satisfied with the work that was done.
Really weird traffic patterns between the services of gas wash and store, including no apparent rules of the road but at least nobody seems to obey them if they do exist. It’s weird but it works. The wash is quite good. They definitely have it organized to move a lot of traffic through in a short amount of time. The store has very good products and services including coffee that is made freshly ground every cup. Gas prices are generally competitive but with a membership and paying on a card they are unbeatable by why margin even at Costco.
I had my car detailed recently and the detailer (Richard) at the Irondequoit location did a really good job! If you go to get your interior cleaned at this location I highly recommend Richard!!
