I normally don’t review companies unless they are 5 stars but this is a problem. Looks like they sprayed and wiped tire cleaner with dirty towels all over the exterior of this truck. I really enjoy the quick easy friendly service but will no longer trust the express detail.

I am not one to leave bad reviews. I love to support businesses compared to talking down on them but I am not impressed.
I went in to get the 44$ “detail” but the moment I went to get back in my car I noticed a lot of spots they missed. My cup holders were still full of crumbs and all wet, the doors still had dirt all over them, my seats still had a big white spot, my steering wheel still had dirt on it, the dash still had a couple spots, and my carpet on the passenger side was full of coffee from a spill that had happened earlier.
They were very kind people, which I appreciated, but I regret spending the money to have my car to still look this way.

My biggest thing is the inside of the windows, even for a quick clean, I expect no streaks on the inside of the windows. Every time, there are streaks on either the front or back, or both. The last time I had gone, I just asked to focus more on getting any streaks off the inside. Everything else I wasn’t worried about and I did stress that. Unfortunately the back window had a lot of streaks than what my husband and I had before we got there. They do a decent job for quick, but the windows should have just a little more effort and care into them for vehicle cleaning. That is just my opinion.

Third time through or so, since they opened. The prior sessions were doubles, as I had to go back so they could clean all the spots they missed. Not going to bother this time. It’s dark in their shop, should use trouble lights or headlamps to see what they’re doing. I’m done wasting money there.

I have always enjoyed gettin my car cleaned there however today I was questionable about my service. Had some watersheds on some of my windows usually they are spotless. Had spot on black leather seat I had to ask a boy to clean it off. I paid “”82.00″” and I’m not exactly happy…

Am I the only one that finds it completely odd that you won’t spray a vehicle off anymore before it goes through the scrubbing part? Nothing like grinding the dirt, gravel, snow grime into the paint of the vehicle. Let’s not forget the swirls that will come in my charcoal colored vehicles. I canceled all three of my vehicles as soon as I was informed corporate doesn’t allow this anymore. Am I the only one that has a dirty vehicle that needs some additional spraying prior to the clean?

Don’t waste your time with this car wash! They will not use their wand to wash in your wheel wells. They said because of millions of dollars of machinery in their wash that should do the trick. They expect you to run your car through multiple times to get it clean. If it isn’t good the first time you rewash your vehicle, wasting your time! Blue tide is much better and gets your car clean the first time!!!!!Make the switch!!

$7,130 dollars in damage. Absolutely terrible service. They scratched our hood and roof of our car and won’t cover the damages. I hope this doesn’t happen to anybody else because they have been terrible to work with on this. Lesson learned, use a different car wash or wash your car yourself. They scratched it down to the metal on a brand new car. The body shop says they get these same situations all the time from Silverstar. This is beyond obvious that it was from their brushes and how they rotate. Work hard to buy nice things, Silverstar will work harder to ruin them.

I am growing increasingly frustrated with overall service at this place. Have complained online through their Facebook page several times about issues I’ve had with them. Have been issued apologies for complaints, but complaints are never resolved. Keep having the same problems time and time again. Also some employees seem angry upon your return for a wash even though it’s a membership based car wash? You pay a fee for a service and it shouldn’t matter to employees if your car doesn’t look like it needs a wash. Just do your job with a smile on your face and get over it.

Literally in the car wash as I’m typing this and I can hear one of you employees and he definitely dropped the “f” bomb more than once. And was a little aggressive with scrubbing everyone’s car. I understand that things can be happening in someone’s personal life but that behavior shouldn’t be tolerated.

Fantastic. Literally everything you desire in a perfect carwash. It’s fast, detailed, affordable, and the customer service is great. Not clean enough? They’ll let you go again. Need a vacuum? They have that. Need enough locations so they’re close to everything? Silver star is so big I can get to one within 5 minutes from anywhere in town. Big fan!
I’m not impressed with the quality of the wash. It’s as if it didn’t touch it…. paid the platinum plus $25 top tier wash, and it came out awful. I’ve been to another location before and was thrilled with how clean my car was. But that was not the case with this location. My garden hose can do a better job than this. The attendant at the window was nice, though.
Normally I would give a 4-5 star but my recent experience today was horrible. First time I went through they did not use the bug spray at all and clearly it needed it. Also did not use the scrub brush on front window and back window. Which the back window was full of dirt. I went through a second time asking that they use the bug spray and the brush. The younger gentleman said they always do and I had to tell him, no you did not I was literally just through. Plus the car in front of me they did not use the brush either. After my second time through they did a little spray of the bug and finally used the brush. But even after my second time I still had bugs on my windshield and front end.
Again, normally I give 4-5 starts. Will be going through a different silver star again today.
Have a day of driving. I needed to clean the bugs off the car and was directed to this facility. Prices are pretty good ( much lower than what I pay in Minnesota). The was for a pretty good job and was satisfied. Did not use vacuums, but they are available
Not great, I did the 25$ plus tire cleaner, and was left with a filthy truck.. lady’s working the entryway only scrubbed one side of my truck.. for 30 ish bucks could have went to clean ride and gotten a wash and interior quick cleaned and a free wipe down… unacceptable car wash. I guess they ran out of tire clean only a 4 inch area got any on it on one tire… I emailed them about this let’s see what they do about it.
