a month agoThe Target was small and didn’t have the items we were looking for in the end – a men’s suit. On the bright side, the Starbucks inside made a good Frappuccino. This was our first time at a Target at our new address location. I browsed their shoe section but couldn’t find the shoes I wanted in my size. Prices seemed high at regular pricing. I did find a summer black wide brim hat to shield me from the sun for only $10. It was $30 for an identical hat at JC Penny store in the mall.8 months agoThis target is really filthy. Nail polish swatches on top of even older polish swatches. Open and used product everywhere, there’s more used/damaged product than items you can actually purchase. Old frozen food items and Starbucks cups are tucked away in this section, and left for several days. A lot of lost dollars for Target in this unkept section, this locations shrinkage must be horrendous. Not only is this just disorganized and a bad reflection of the brand, it’s also a reflection of managements lack of care and judgement. The team quite literally has to walk past this mess to go to and from the back stock room. Everyone on your team sees this. Every customer that goes through the store sees this. Your DM walks through this and sees this – considering that this has been an ongoing issue at your location, I’m assuming it’s fine? I just hope you treat your team better than your store. If you’re struggling with staffing, it’s no wonder. I wouldn’t want to work where it’s this filthy. This is unsanitary and dirty.4 months agoWonderful customer service. Store # 1076 is Nasty and management does not care!
If what I captured in photos is what we CAN see. Can you imagine how nasty the warehouse or storage rooms are?
This store is disgusting.
But let me go back… to the beginning.
About six months ago, a friend and I were in this store and I couldn’t help but notice how disgusting the fridges were that held the milk and ice cream. I reported it to the customer service desk.
The client services desk supervisor told me then there wasn’t much they could do about it because the crew that cleaned came in at night. It was an African American male and an African American female. The male seemed to be the supervisor and the female the manager. The male got on his walkie talkie to get someone to address it.
I felt good that something would be done. HA!
Fast forward until today, I walk in to get the new Starbucks creamers and I am met with the most disgusting fridges. Shelves. Doors. YUCK!
Last time, it was just the doors that were disgusting. This time, everything in view seemed dirty and disgusting.
This time, I pull out my phone and take pictures. As with the previous incident, I go back up to the front to the Client Services desk, and report what I’ve seen.
This time I’m met with MJ. Sweet girl. She seemed astonished at what I showed her on my phone, so she calls over her supervisor, Michael, who looks like the same male “supervisor” the cashier called over the last time I was there.
I show him the pics. Total stoic face.
He does nothing. He encouraged me to report it to corporate.
You. Read. Right.
Michael just shrugged his shoulders like “Oh well!”
I mentioned the coronavirus and how it’s important to keep things clean and sanitary. He just “mmmhmmed” me. I shook my head and ran to Yelp. I will not be back to this nasty Target NO MO!

It’s packed. To check out there’s always a line out the door. I can never find adequate help to make purchases on things that are locked up. Why because they don’t have adequate help in the store, even using the things to make it the experience more palatable they don’t work when you don’t have the help there. Why spend $229 on a vac when I can’t get anyone to help me. I waited over 45 minutes for someone to come.
This location is awesome friendly staff always eager to help. I will make this drive to this location due to cleanliness and associates that are there to help with a smile and happy to be there compared to my home location
The target store seems to have a lot of untapped potential. It is not being fully utilized due to inadequate staffing and unclear directions. The store appears messy and disorganized, making it a somewhat depressing space to visit. While I enjoy having Starbucks there, it is unfortunate that the overall experience is not up to par. As someone who loves Target, I hope to see improvements made in the near future.
Shame on u guys zero customer , service and cleaning 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮, I want to Starbucks to buy my drinks , one of lady is helping the customer the other lady her name is (yonii) she’s moping the flor and she try to make my drink then I told her to was her hand’s first she said to me shut up and I call the manager and and one lady come and hide the lady and they walk out to the break room , also her name is ( renny )I didn’t not expect from target 🤦🏻♀️
