Not so good. Wheels still dirty, the bird poo on the roof rack still there. All the windows still had a dirt film,and the headlights/taillights were still dirty.
For $22 I can go back to Pink Elephant in Federal Way and get a better wash. First time is the last time. I should of taken photos since the culture is “no proof, didn’t happen.” 🙄 Lesson learned

The employees here are so amazing and so knowledgeable. I had a couple questions about the washes and they were able to remember everything without looking at anything. They were definitely the best car wash professionals I have ever talked to. I was also able to use the vacuums and they were having problems sucking but, then i got an employee named Dylan and he found out that there was a SOCK STUCK!!!!!!!! As much as I hate self car washes, this was clean and well maintained. My only complaint is they barely give you any time to wash a vehicle to start and you have to keep swiping your card to add more time which really gets costly for a self service wash. It also makes you feel very rushed when it’s timed.
Overall pretty decent wash though.

Every 2 minutes they want you to keep adding time by pushing a button and that charges you another $2 another $2 another $2. I think I spent $20 to wash my car. In the old days I used to use these do-it-yourself car washes and was able to wash my whole car for $3.
I don’t think their worth it anymore. You should just get out a bucket, soap, a rag, your hose and wash it your self!!By Penny Friedman (a month ago)Pros: everything works and each individual station takes debit/credit card which allows for faster service. Areas are regularly cleaned including the surrounding parking lot.Con: There are no signs stating not to occupy the car wash while occupying the vacuum station. Everyone is under the impression that if you are using one you are entitled to the other when you are ready. Some customers need the car washing station and some need to vacuum, no one car needs both at the same time.
To finish, this isn’t all of the time ofcourse. During the busy months some just need to wash their car. I’m sure this was a rare situation.

I called the support service on different phone numbers, but they do not communicate with customers (no compelled). I left paid money and did not receive any service! I’m not happy with this service! So i decided to go to Brown Bear to wash my car today for the first time. I always thought they were a drive-thru car wash so I was pleasantly surprised to see self-serve. The signs were easy to read. The bays were clean and working. I got my car in, no wait. Must have got there at the right time, the place was hopping after I pulled in. Vacuums worked, wish they would have sucked harder, but they did the job. Haa. Instructions were easy to read. Even for me, I usually like to go in and read signs after the fact! Hahaa… you can pay cash (turn cash into tokens), or use your card, and push the green button to add time. I mean really, it was easy. I got in and out of there pretty easy. It’s in a good location. Did not clean my vehicle the amount a $14 wash should. The grill and front bumper are all still dirty, mirrors aren’t clean, and left black marks all along BOTH sides of the truck. I had to scrub them all off after. Barely cleaned my truck. Not recommended.
I am a regular customer for this brown bear car wash and I have a monthly subscription too. but nowadays the quality of wash car is bad. They need to improve their quality In service.
I belong to the car wash club, and every time I get my car washed I have to pull aside afterwards and wipe off soap spots that didn’t rinse properly Also, when the water dries it leaves water spots every time. It’s better than having a dirty car, but this particular location doesn’t do a good job.
This car wash does a good job of cleaning my vehicle. It’s fast, easy and doesn’t break the bank.
