But, when going to vacuum out my car there was gum that smelled like vomit on the hose. Didn’t realize till I had drug it through my car… when I told them about it they just came and kind of sprayed it off and wiped it a bit. My SO just called me describing a bad vacuum experience when cleaning out her car at a Kaady car wash. when I asked if it was this one, it was..Please, swap out or clean your hoses better. That is nasty.

They even looked my car over beforehand for any issues and handed me my back Hops magnet as a precaution from falling off during the wash. This is easily my favorite automated car wash facility. The free vacuum service after the wash is a huge bonus. They offer several spaces with vacuums and include a garbage receptacle in each one. Normally, you have to pull into a parking spot and have quarters on hand to use the vacuum, and only get a couple of minutes before reloading more quarters to use a hose that has been duct-taped with minimal suction. I come a few times a week because I do rideshare… however, I’ve seen abusive behaviors from their big boss (small man, always yelling) towards the workers. I’ve seen him about 4 times and every time he is super unpleasant. I’ve always noticed that the employees that I recognize are gone. Seems like every other week people are leaving this wash. I can’t even begin to describe how HORRIBLE this place was. They SCRATCHED my front windshield after they were done with my car and the scratch spans 2 feet across the right side of it. Even more they didn’t fully clean the car. The INTERIOR HAS DIRT all over the floor since they only cleaned my mats. And there is MUD in places that they simply DIDNT BOTHER TO WIPE OR CLEAN AWAY. Worst yet is their customer service as they are rude and simply don’t care about you. After they scratched my windshield I confronted the staff and front desk to see if they could fix it/do anything about it or if I could receive a discount or refund but they simply said they couldn’t do anything about it and walked away. I would NEVER come here again and you should save yourself from this place as well.
I took that Ultimate cleaning service. Except interior vacuuming and mat cleaning all other services are pretty worst.
I will not recommend my friends to go to this place.

I receive consistently good service from Beaverton Car wash whenever I stop by for a car wash. If anything was missed, they addressed it immediately when I pointed it out. I am a happy customer.
I went in for a car wash today and won the lottery on the guys who did the interior and polish after the outside wash, especially with one young man. I didn’t catch his name, but he was a young man who wore a black t-shirt with a saying on the back beginning with “To be strong…”. He was very thorough in getting all the inside door areas cleaned, which usually don’t get much attention, and overall just did a great job. You can distinguish him on observation from the regular crew who give much less attention to the job than this young man does per car. It was a great wash experience! I called and let the manager know what a great worker this young man is.
I have been coming to Beaverton Car Wash for about 20 years. The last few times I’ve been there I’ve had to ask them to do basic, wiping down of my dashboard and my seats. Today I found rocks on my mat and the seats and front dashboard not wiped down. The Hatchback mat had not even been wiped down.
Over the past year, I have noticed that my car has not been clean as well as in past years. After today I will not go back.
