a week agoThey gave me an old burger that had been sitting bc I asked for no tomato’s add Mac sauce and it definitely had tomatoes on it and the cheese was so hard you could tell it had been sitting out . I can’t get ahold of anyone at the store or customer service but I will not be returning.a month agoI bought some fries and they had a hair on it, the manager didn’t even apologized 🤮🤮. My hair is red so completely not minea week agoI reside nearby, and my son frequents this establishment without any prior issues. Regrettably, this evening, my son found himself in a situation where he had proof of purchase just before your systems experienced downtime. Consequently, while other customers received their orders, my son had to contact me to come to the location so I could retrieve their food. He endured a wait of over 30 minutes for his order, which I consider to be remarkably inconsiderate.Upon my arrival, I found that the team members were uninterested in resolving our predicament. They contacted the manager, “Mr. B,” via phone, and the female cashier became hostile after we expressed our understandable frustration. She raised her voice and even resorted to threatening physical confrontation, repeatedly citing her pregnancy as an excuse as she yelled across the restaurant.
My expectation is for all customers, particularly teenagers with proof of purchase, to be treated with equal consideration and respect.
a month agoPulled up to pick up an order ahead. the line was completely wrapped around the store and people’s hazards were on. the parking lot was full so we walked in, in hopes we could just grab and go but there were 3 other people waiting as well. other 3 were for uber eats and had to cancel their orders because of the wait. after we entered the workers locked the door so no one else could enter and one had a slight attitude as she came back from the hiding in the restrooms. the one that was polite was the only one ACTUALLY working and getting all the orders out, along with the ONE cook they had. we waited about 30 minutes for our food.2 weeks agoLiterally the best McDonald’s in Atlanta! The staff is always so nice, service is always very quick and the food is always fresh and hot. Thank you so much for being an amazing McDonald’s!! This location is the only one I go to now 🤍

a month agoBest McDonalds in the city. I go here often as it is near my work, and they’re so pleasant and the orders are almost always correct. They have quality employees. I don’t know why their employees seem so much better than other fast food restaurants. I can only assume the management must be good at this location. They also have a nice patio.2 months agoI ordered a QPounder DELUXE and these were the tomatoes they placed inside what’s supposed to be for a deluxe sandwich. These were the same size as the pickles.Is this what McDonalds thinks is a $10 meal?
a month agoCan’t comment on inside service. Went through the drive-through which was pretty slow. But food was very good when I got home. Love their diet cokes, too.2 months agoThis McDonald’s is turning into Burger King. At least before with the old management the place used to be open as advertised. Now a days it says their lobby closes at 11 pm but the doors are closed by 9 pm. If you’re going to close the lobby down at 9 change the hours on the door. It’s that’s simple. False advertising.2 months agoService was somewhat slow; however, fries were fresh from cooking and wonderful. Parking lot butts up to entrance to Wal-Mart, making exiting a chore. Overall, not bad but location can make for some driving frustration.

The food was ok. My fries were cooked fresh and hot, bybut my big Mac was cold. I enjoyed my fries, not my burger. They also didn’t have the mocha frappe😠 6/8 ordered big breakfast with pancakes it was good and hot.
I ordered by doordash and what i received was some else order that they forgot to pick up from like 3 hours ago and they just put that food in my doordash order…
Everytime I go and order nuggets, they would ask what sauce I want, then when i got home to check the bag there wasn’t any . Sometimes no napkins either. Don’t know what happend but drive through is taking alot longer now.
Ordered on the app for in store pickup, doors were locked and had to wain in drive through line (30mins) just to pick up my food that I ordered 40 mins ago… the point of the app is to avoid this. Food is cold now and McDonald’s isn’t that great a place to eat but I guess this is what I should already expect. It’s 10:51pm….
