in the last weekIt mcdonalds. 2 stars for having a locked bathroom and forcing me to leave my bag with them yo use it. Locked bathroom is standard on this side of town but I don’t appreciate being treated like a criminal just because I have a workout bag with me while I’m in workout clothes.2 months agoNight crew sks literary ordered a big order which should be great for McDonald’s but for some reason they can’t get the order right. They forgot my item wife was driving she lost ticket when back to window they had a big Mac extra . She was about to hand it to me without fries and then her manager screamed and said needed receipt. Just left ridiculous as crew.2 months agoHEALTH DEPARTMENT ASAP!!!!!! Ordered 2 kids meals the fries half frozen but the worse is my kids chicken nuggets were frozen in the middle CHICKEN not thoroughly heated & there giving it to customers to give to there kids went back to let manager know said her name is CANDY! Laughed at me said to call the 1-800# & she’ll answer it slammed the window after no regards to food safety and can poison your children manager CANDY said call whoever you want no one cares. Hi CANDY I care about the food my kids eat and clearly this location on Union ave in bakersfield the manager CANDY does not! Have a nice day.4 months agoI went through the drive thru and when I was handed my order, I asked if everything was in my bag. And the lady said yes and closed the window. I get home, my Double Cheese was missing. So I drive back for it. And it was given to me: not even hot. Disappointing to say the least.2 weeks agoMcDonald’s is a quick fast food . But ive been going for years as a kid. I enjoy the big macs and salty fries.

3 weeks agoI’ve been to plenty of mcdonald’s around town but this one is closer to my house and I have to say it’s the best one. Food quality is always perfect but the best part is their coffee. It always tastes great. The other places never do it like this one.a week agoIf you’re ordering for delivery using UberEats or DoorDash, it’s best to skip this location. Last 2 orders arrived with half-full frozen coke and half-full large fries. They do a great job packaging with seals/stickers to prevent tampering. Food is usually fresh. Just not nice to skimp customers using delivery.5 months agoConsidering how small the parking lot is and how often the drive thur is backed up, this McDonald’s is probably the best at getting you in and out in as quick as possible. The employees at this location have always been polite, helpful and extremely efficient.4 months agoUsually I go for lunch..today I had breakfast with my kids😬 well let me say the dining area was filthy and looked like vomit on bench (of which I reported) and yet 40 min later it was still unattended,only reason I stayed in dining area was my son takes meds an needed to sit and eat..the attitude with staff was awful and lots of customers complained of half orders or no food or wrong order..im surprised this happened..in the afternoon it’s way busier and my family has not had a bad thing to say or experience from staff and atmosphere ..morning staff you need pick up ATTITUDE, SERVICE, PACE , AN CLEAN THE 🚻 ..hope it gets better ..shame😐4 months agoFood was good and hot… but my 2 lg sweet tea were unsweetened was calling to let them know but no answer,phone was just ringing

I placed a mobile order… then my phone froze… I had no way of getting the number… luckily the person on the other end of the mic was able to help kindly and patiently even during morning rush…. when I picked up my order I was greeted with a authentic smile and sent of with have a great day!!! Its always the little authentic things that make a difference.😊
Coffee always cold. Staff is poorly trained and have attitudes, especially the teenagers. They allow dogs to sit on the seats and walk on tables, a service dog is understandable, not on the tables and seats bit just a regular dog from home needs to stay home. There’s no reason to allow pets to roam freely in a restaurant. I don’t care who disagrees.
Went to this McDonald’s for Breakfast like always but this morning was different. I ordered in the drive-thru & was told to wait in stall #4 Im out there sitting then all of a sudde U hear horns blowing. The horns blowing were the other customers saying Im over here because none of the stalls have a number but stall # 1. I started blowing like hey Im over here too but I’m supposed to be in stall # 4 but Idk which one is 4. By then time they 2 staff walked over to me after taking my bag of good to other cars because they were unorganized they end up bringing me cold hash browns& a cold dry sausage m c muffin. Some thing they would not eat but expected me to
eat. The 2 staff started laughing so I got out to go inside & was walking litterly steps behind them they started walking faster inside the restaurant that they closed the doir in my face. I called to ask for them manager & someone named Luz said she was manager. I ask for a corporate office # & she gave me someone named Raul.
Everytime I come I always get a hamburger without mustard (allergic) and they always put it on, most of the time I check and let them know but when I’m in a rush I can’t be waiting for a new burger. If your allergies to anything make sure you check your stuff before leaving.
Service Here is great but would be better if the fron counter had self serve drinks again
