2 months agoTerrible. Terrible..Terrible! I have never left comments or reviews before but I had to do it for this mcdonald’s location because they do not care! They knowingly gave me what I did not order and never gave me a receipt. When I got home I discovered the order was completly messed up.. Threw it in the trash. Scumbags. The woman taking the order barely speaks or understand English..unless it’s 1,2 or 4. Never again 😒. Mcdonald’s today is nothing like it used to be even a decade ago.3 months agoEmployees were adding straws and lids to the Case next to this container…. they were talking right on top of the Tea. And didn’t care about being without lid… nastya year agoWhat killed me the most is that tge wirkers look at you and kept it moving like you were not there. The place was nad dirty. And if course with my kids Iadded it the ness by tipping over my drink. Check the video…a year agoCustomer service is terrible. Dining in. Firstly, all the tables are dirty. There is food all over the floor. And this is before trying the food. Now I ordered a nc double and medium fries and drink. Burgers are harder than the bun. Meaning burnt!!! I waited about 10 minutes to order. No line. A few people in the restaurant. First time and last time at this location. The standards are very low here. Either shut down or bring in a capable staff that can bring this location on a positive status. Management here should be trying to fix this. Seems as if these employees don’t care. They looked at me like which one of them is gonna take my order. I was passed up 4 times. And not once did I hear we will be with you in a moment or anything like that. TERRIBLE!!!!3 weeks agoIT’s McDonald’s so I’m not going to get into the food, we’ve all had it! I will say though this particular McDonald’s ( which happens to the one closest to us) is fantastic bc it’s never insanely busy, and they usually always are right on point with your order. We’ve maybe once had an issue with an incorrect order and they were super apologetic, and fixed it right away. We’ll literally wait until we’re back closer to that McDonalds before we’ll ever stop at another one!

2 weeks agoI went to this McDonald’s and we have beautiful experience than any other McDonald’s due to the building and its location. We felt very happy with the friendliness in service, view from upstairs and clean area. Parking was bit uneasy but other than that it was great experience.in the last weekIt was still a nice time just a mix up on knowing what was working and what wasn’t. I asked for a McFlurry but was told the machine wasn’t working. I then saw a worker carrying two sundaes and I pointed it out. He had a worker tell him it was working but he went on and told me it wasn’t. Once I pointed it out he went and verified if machine was working or not and it was working. He apologized and rung it up and all was good.2 months agothis is my first & last time at this McDonald’s at this location and I had ordered a mobile order with a HighC for my drink and when I went to the drive thru to pick up my food, they gave me a soda and I told the girl this is not my drink. I got juice as she was like this is juice when it clearly wasn’t girl was basically to lazy to change my drink. so I went inside to use the restroom and to see if their machine was working in the front which it was and they had juice so she lied straight to my face and said they didn’t have any juice and they were all out and all they had was soda, which was a lie, I’m never coming to this McDonald’s ever again first and last time to the girl with brown hair and glasses that couldn’t speak & as a guy and he laughed at me which i clearly didn’t this was funny3 months agoManager struggled with her computer system but she still took care of the customers with a smile! Even though I am sure she was aggravated. This is called “Great Customer Service!” She didnt do what most like to do which is , “sorry we are closed our system is down! She did the best she could! I hope shes reading this because if you are, “I wanted to say , Thank you because you made my morning better I was extremely hungry, at the point of feeling sick and the 2 McDonalds before this one was closed! One was because it 655 and they dont open til 7 and then had the audacity to ask me not to sit in the lane! The other one IGNORED ME ALL TOGETHER!!! SO with all the obstacles you encountered , im impressed and I hope your DM sees how hard you work and the quality you exemplify! McDonald’s is honestly my favorite fast food restaurant. This location has really great buns toasting haha. I know that sounds ridiculous, but I love a crispy toasted bun. Good location, clean, well kept, nice staff, and I love McDonald’s so. Thank you 🙏😸💜
The food was great but the woman that we paid kept rolling her eyes while talking to customers. Then when I was leaving I saw a man doing inappropriate stuff while standing on the Arnold Palmer Center sign. So overall I would never come here again because the workers are super rude and it is a extremely ghetto area anyway. Food = 3 stars, Service = 1 star and Atmosphere = 1 star
The man at the window was very nice, took my order and verified it, I was given the wrong order and didn’t realize it until I got home. Went back to exchange it for the correct item and get the item that was missing, the young Asian female did not apologize, I asked for a compensation and the manager told the female no, that person did not come to acknowledge me either. Very poor public relations!
Food is always hot, and my order is always correct. I just wish I didn’t have to hear the teenage employees cursing out their supervisor or see them hanging out of the drive-thru window, giving high fives to their friends while I wait. This is not an isolated situation. I’ve seen it multiple times.
This McDonald’s has been in the area for a long time but these illegal Spanish folks that can’t speak English is a hell no .i love all races coming together but the language of the land is English speak it . They are missing out on business wit these illegal people and I don’t blame them for wanting to work and take care of their selves bit McDonalds enroll these wanches in some English courses or teach them in the break room
