a month agoMy pies were good and hot and my frappe was Blended really well. It didn’t have huge chunks of ice in it like you get at some places. Also the drive through service was really good7 months agoWent to this McDonalds this morning because I didn’t eat anything at all last night because I was at the ER with my wife and daughter. Wanted to order something but I couldn’t because the digital menu was not working. So I asked the employee who was taking orders. “How do customers place their orders if they can’t see the menu”? Her response was horrible, “oh McDonald’s menu hasn’t changed”. Instead of giving me some options out of her mouth or even directing me to the kiosk that was directly behind me that had the entire menu. 🤦🏿♂️ Please find another job if you can’t do even the simple task.2 months agoI haven’t visited this location in more than a few years, but the inside of the location has been remodeled (very nicely).Customer service was OUTSTANDING during my visit as well.

a month agoThey will take your order, cash you out without repeating it back to you, then when your missing items they didn’t ring up they make you go back around or through the drive thru. Not to be rude but mistakes made by employees is not my problem. Now half my food is cold and I’m still waiting because of their ignorance.2 weeks agoThis is the worst McDonald’s in the whole State of Florida. Waited for my turned in the drive – thru for at least 10 minutes and then somebody pulled over in the other side and was attended right away! Is the third time it happens this month and I worked at the UF Health Hospital with little time to have a meal. I think this place should be aware about the people that works in hospitals and clinics close by and be more mindful about the short breaks of nurses and health workers. Need new drive-thru staff. I couldn’t get any good and I have to work until morning, thank you McDonald!

4 months agoI see that this location got a new look. It looks nice. Truth be told, they should put more kiosk in every location because the clerks are subpar. Every once in a while you get a good one but I’d rather use the kiosk. The drive through times are long even with two lanes running. I’m glad for the upgrade in look, but can we upgrade the staff?a week agoIt was okay, the service was pretty slow tho. There was only one other person waiting on their order before us but it still took them a lot of time. Half of the actual menu on the TV screens was gone actually so I kinda had a hard time ordering. Staff was fairly polite and understanding.BTW they salt their fries rlly good
6 months agoOverall not a good experience. The food was dirty, there was chard all over it. The Quarter pounder with cheese I ordered, was barely any meat on it and it was burnt and with no cheese. I poured the sprit and dirt came out of the dispensary into my drink so I had to dump it and repour. They forget fries when they handed me my food. And there were no napkins available for lobby use2 months agoNow that the old manager is gone. The atmosphere & service was great when I went in 3days ago. My coffee was perfect they tailored my coffee for me. Took the time to understand what I was saying bout the food & gave me the best meal deal. I really really appreciate that.a month agoI had went with my two dogs who are well behaved and were just laying down had plenty of water for them. So the manager after I bought paid and eat my food starting mumbling under her breathe about the dogs and complaining we don’t allow dogs here and threatening to call cops I tried to explain to her I just got done taking them to the vet and we stopped by to eat but she was rude so McDonald’s not let friendly plus a rude atmosphere Never going to this McDonald’s again they lost another customer because of bad management skills

I’ve been coming to this location for years. The restaurant is always clean the staff is always friendly and prompt and accurate with my order. It’s just had a complete renovation and it’s looking great here.
The new take out line to the pickup window is very well organized. Very pleased with how smooth the transaction went. Quality of food was excellent as always!!
For the past three times I’ve gone to this McDonald’s I’ve gotten the Big Mac and added bacon and every single time I go there’s never any Big Mac sauce on it at all why would I order a Big Mac and not want Big Mac sauce and every time it has happened I have tried to call back up there just to let them know and I’ve always been sent straight to voicemail I’ve tried to give them time after time chance after chance you know maybe it’s just who’s working or time of day but it’s not probably will not be returning to this location
Check your order every time. This location always leaves a sandwich or 2 out of the bag and they stuff the bags with so much to keep you from being able to look through it.
black lady in drive through in the mornings takes my change almost every morning. she will either give me no change or will just throw me a random amount of change. this is mcdonald’s, you do not get a tip for working the drive through! wouldn’t trust my card being used at this place either.
