3 months agoMy husband and I frequent Golden corral on the weekends for 🥞 breakfast. The service is super especially the table attendance, all the girls are so nice and polite 😄. Why you was laying witha month agoDined in with a large group and all our food was correct. We used the kiosk to order our items. They were delivered to our table very quickly and the staff was very friendly. Place was clean and so were the restrooms.4 months agoStaff didn’t appear to want to work there, which meant that customer experience was poor. Ordered via online kiosk in store took numbered “tent” to our table. Food was not delivered to table was called to counter, passed over to me. Missing items like drinks left on table behind counter, no sauces, had to wait for three people to be served to get the drinks and sauces. Very poor for total bill for our family in excess of $35.2 months agoThe food was scrumptious. The best McDonalds ive ever had. The worker was very nice and made sure we had a good visit. The cook is better then Gorden Ramsey.2 months agoTruly the worst location. I just wait 30 minutes in line, with them saying we will be open shortly. At a 24hr location. Fully staffed. When I left, they were laughing that I left. This location always has issues, from no ac inside, to orders messed up, now posted hours aren’t factual. I’d rather go 10 miles out of my way than ever go back here.

a week agoThe worst customer service ever, the Manager “Tamara” doesn’t have any idea of management, it took me 25 min to make an order, also she doesn’t speak English and was very rude and unprofessionala month agoCompared to all the other McDonald’s I’ve been to, I have to say this one is one of the best. No biscuits and gravy 🙁4 months agoFood tasted good until I found little fuzz in my mccrispy sandwich…we thought it was just a little accident, like something floating in the air… UNTIL we saw all the workers working without gloves. Handling money then filling up fries into cups, pressing buttons and then handing food over to customers . It’s gross and very unsanitary and really made me queasy and unsettled. I would recommend this if you want a quick meal but beware of food borne illnesses that might be found.11 months agoCourteous and quick service. Snacks within the network standard. Paperless self service totem in printer, requiring confirmation at checkout. Unit located on the back street of Miami International Airport, close to several hotels. Parking with several spaces.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at McDonald’s. I placed an order using their app, thinking it would be a convenient and easy way to get my meal quickly. However, when I arrived at the location to pick up my order, it didn’t show up on their screen. Despite showing the staff proof of payment in both the app and my bank statement, the manager named Mike refused to serve me.
I was shocked and disappointed by the lack of customer service and professionalism shown by the staff. I felt like they didn’t care about my time or my business, and it was clear that they had no interest in resolving the situation. The entire experience was a frustrating and stressful waste of my time.
I would strongly advise anyone thinking of going to McDonald’s to avoid it at all costs. If this is how they treat their customers, then they don’t deserve anyone’s business. There are plenty of other fast food options out there that are far more reliable and customer-friendly. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Mobile orders through the app now charge your card when you make an order before they used to charge you once you pulled up to the speaker to tell them your code.
They weren’t accepting any orders but uber and doordash, i understand that they were understaffed. I was told to pull up to the second window to speak to the manager after i had explained how i just wanted a refund. I pulled to the first window to be ignored by the two staff members, the only lady there aside from some cuban dude never went up to the window and was making loud remarks which where unnecessary considering the fact that she never came up to the window or told me anything in regards to my situation. her coworker didnt explain my situation to her i guess cause of language differences??? my concern wasnt getting my order i was just asking how or if it was possible for me to get a refund because online mobile order already processed the payment or if i could have the receipt at least to come back tomorrow for a refund since they were closed unless it was for uber/doordash. In the end i was told to pull up to the parking lot which i just ended up leaving because of the remarks and ignoring after the first time they told me to pull up to the first window after i asked if i could speak to the manager, didnt even care about the money anymore but I come here a lot and ive never had an issue with anything but the new employees need better customer service.
Chicken was burned, No Lettuce no Mayo and They seem no not know what they were doing … I had to come back to get my Drink … the lady forgot about it!
Update: The App says is open at 4:30 AM – Google says is open 24 hrs but the Sign says it opens at 5:30 AM!! WoW!

I went to the drive thru to order my food and the dumb women who was talking to me wasn’t understanding that I was giving her a code and I told her what I wanted and the dumb employee was getting it all wrong I repeated it to her 4 times and she still couldn’t get it I got mad and left and ordered inside and they were already forgetting my drinks and sundae plus when I got home right now they gave me the wrong drinks I ordered a coke and Dr Pepper and they ended up giving me 2 dr peppers. Overall this locations is the worst always hiring people who don’t know what they do. Horrible customer service skills my experience here is always the worst definitely never coming back.
