a month agoWe ordered and the order was missing.We checked up with them 3 times n she said that the order was correct but on the receipt it wasn’t all there.The manager had a really bad attitude n I was very upset because I still had payed for my order.9 months agoDoors open at 5:00 means 5:00 many times have I arrived at 5:15 or 5:20 and the doors are locked. This is unacceptable and sums up managements lack of accountability. On top of it all. It’s absolutely disgusting in here today. Standard operating principles for any McDonald’s via Night Shift cleans allowing first shift to operate with the morning rush, while ensuring cleanliness standards. Not this place they open when ever they want and don’t hold their associates to any standards.a month agoI just had the worst experience ever using the restrooms at this McDonald’s location. They must never ever clean the bathroom walls, corners, or changing table for babies. There were spider webs everywhere in the corners and spiders crawling on them. These spiders have sacs on them, which means there’s going to be even more spiders crawling around. I could see they go into the corners in the wall too. And then old cobwebs suit. Also there was pee all over by the floor around the toilet and bugs everywhere. I’m completely traumatized now. Disgusting….a month agoGood fries when ordered with no salt because then it’s a guarantee made to order item. Quick service polite people working that particular shift . Would have liked some napkins included in my bag though . I guess you have to ask for those nowadays ?a month agoI go a bit out of my way to order from here since this is the better of the two closest 24 hr McDonald’s by my house (i usually need to get dinner between 1-3am). Most of the time the window people are nice however there is one tall gentleman at the second window who is very rude, never acknowledges you or seems to have any manners. More often than not he just thrusts your bag or drink out to you without even looking. The only time he talks to you is when their system is down and he HAS to interact with you to tell your total/give change. Just now he walked away before I could ask for a straw. It’s been insanely annoying when the app doesn’t reflect when they’re doing their system update letting you still order through the app. When there’s a system update going on they can’t take your order and unless the developers changed the app you can’t cancel your order.

4 months agoJust went through the drive threw ordered 2 #7s large with a happy meal not only was the lady at the first window very rude but once I received my order and got home I was missing a large fry and the fry’s that I did receive were mixed between old fries and half cooked fries. Also when I checked my son’s happy meal the fries seemed like they were drop in the oil for about a minute than tooken out,they were very oily and soggy.i deffinatly don’t recommend this location anymore2 weeks agoReason why I only go to 6th and Oklahoma McDonald’s that’s the best one. They had to remake my iced coffee 4× due to them not knowing how to make it the food was ok the service was slow and it’s like no one knows what they were doing. Will continue to stay going to 6th and Oklahomaa month agoVery friendly staff, especially one specific lady taking orders, then at the pay window. Orders are almost always accurate, I can think of only one time, in years, I checked my order, and I had to drive back around to get the right item, which was promptly corrected.6 months agoI ordered a coke with no ice but was giving a coke with ice, I told the lady at the window I wanted no ice in my drink… She got mad and told me to pull up and she’ll bring it out to me. I didn’t understand why I had to pull up for a drink when she could have just remade it right then and there, it would have taken less then a minute. So I pulled up anyway and she had me waiting for almost 5 minutes so I blew my Horn then finally someone brought me my drink, it was a waste of my time to wait for a mistake you guys made…. Definitely need better customer service.2 months agoEvery time I order from this location regardless if it’s take out or delivery they mess up the order. Either they are missing a couple of the items or they give up the wrong order compleatly.

I was in a bit of a rush when I came out of the hospital. I haven’t eat all day I order online and this is what I get nothing at all but I order online. I’m very dissatisfied with the app and this McDonald’s. I will give it a zero star, but there are no options for that 2017 Morgan McDonald’s
Absolutely the worse store ever I ordered 3 steak breakfast sandwiches extra onions and paid extra. Asked manager to make sure they had xtra onions when I get home tag says extra onions but there is no onions at all so I call and go back up when manager Aggressively grabs the bag out of my hand and slams it in garbage without even looking. Hands me correct food tells me i should of checked it And I said I shouldn’t have to he them orders me out of store and says in banned . I have video of entire event and when I asked manager name he refused
Typical McD’s. Double Quarter Pounder was so greasy it was saturating the box the top of the bun looked like it just came out of a shower and all of the toppings were slid off into the corner of the box instead of inside the burger.
They were slammed, but the food came out fresh and the workers were polite
Food was on point for McD’s. No soda machine. The place was also too loud. I would only do takeout. Staff was good, too.
