2 months agoIt’s ok. The cooks work very hard just don’t like the manager I was giving her a compliment and she was being rude to what I was saying. Black manager lady and I’m black so no racism going on here. Just being rude maybe she doesn’t like black customer’s it’s in a Mexican area. The morning shift.5 months agoNo lie, one of the most well ran and organized place. It was the customer service that was A+. The staff knew people’s names and were friends. Almost everyone there was a repeat customer. It was easy to see why. Great!6 months agoLine was extremely long and when I got to the window my food was extremely cold after asking for them to make it fresh in the beginning and ending of the order. I was extremely polite and wrote down my order ahead of time so I wouldn’t take so long as well . They also for forgot my sauce and drinks. When I opened my bag of Chicken McNuggets, I found what appears to be a deep fried hairball.a month agoThis McDonald’s is in Eastmont mall parking lot. You have the police station, social security, in home care services, you can get your blood taken there and it’s a bus transit station. Good staffing and different ethics staff that works there.2 months agoDON’T ORDER THE COFFEE TROUGH THE APP 🟥 Their machine is always broken, or so they say, but they never let you know that when you’re placing an order. And when you try to fix the situation at the store, they act like they have never seen a phone before. Nice remodel, good looking, modern store but it’s in a really really bad part of Oakland and you should really be on high alert when visiting. the parking lot can be very dangerous and hard to navigate because of the cars going and coming, often times or sketchy characters hanging around inside and outside.
So I order Mcdonald’s through DoorDash and decided to take the lid off my soft drink as there was no straw inside my bag, and noticed black spots inside cup, upon moving the ice, noticed a fly inside my cup. As with all DoorDash orders, soft drink lids are sealed for customer protection. I’m just wondering how in the hell your staff didn’t catch this. On top of that we tried to call and let the manager know, and after explaining to him what I found inside my cup, he pretended all of a sudden to be hard of hearing and couldn’t understand me and hung up. I called back promptly and got a message saying, ” Sorry the number you called is busy, please try again later”, as if the phone line was disconnected. I wasn’t expecting to make a big deal out of this, but with that coinciding to my order ending up with a fly in cup, I’m very disappointed with this type service. I hope others inspect your meals from this location very carefully as apparently the staff doesn’t care for customer safety.
Can’t go wrong food is always fresh and hot, now the problem is I shouldn’t have the homeless knocking on my window while im in the drive thru. Did i mention food is always Hot and the Coca-Cola has the kick and is never flat
This place is a joke. Had an issues with an order. I did a mobile order but they did not want to fufill my order to completion because I had to pay more. I added dipping sauces to my order and they were for FREE on the mobile app. When I picked up my order they told me i had to pay. I asked for the manager, she said she was and said her name was “Helen”. I called the store owner and explained my issue and I was told Helen never spoke to me. Turns out the “manager”on duty that day lied and gave another name. She threw The real manager under the bus and never told her the issue.
Never open on the inside. Order from doordash one time. The meat was nearly pink. I mean, they close early. It’s like six o’clock and the lobby is closed
