4 months agoThis is probably one of the more efficient McDonald’s I’ve seen when it comes to their drive-thru management. They have one lane that splits into 2 kiosks and they’re get you in and out in a jiffy. I’ve never had any problems with my orders either. Staff have a casual and welcoming vibe. They even recommended a special they had going on to save me some money. Makes me feel like continuing to come back and support! These folks are doing great work out there.2 months agoNothing worse than being served half cooked fries! And they visibly look under cooked!!! Taste like a freshly pealed potato. I shouldn’t be able to bend the fry like thisa week agoI just noticed that they gave me the wrong order. Kids love the chicken nuggets happy meal extra fries and chocolate milk. Service was not memorable but do you want it to be. I just want my food and go. Service was fast and food was hot. Great job.a month agoHad to use app to order. Paid extra for specific drink. CS person dropped order on counter, called number, walked away. No drink present. Took another 60 seconds to get her attention to ask about drink. “THEN” and only then did she say they were out. Zero proactive on their part. I guess they assume customers won’t notice until they’re gone. Zero customer service anymore. They prefer as little customer interaction as possible.

5 months agoI treated myself to good food. I was hungry. I took pictures of the place I was at not the food.Its a VERY nice super clean place. The seating place was fun. Small kids table, adults tall table which I sat in. Yaa. They don’t let homeless people in thank God . After the first of may I’m going back to eat there again. Yummy for my tummy. LOL.a week agoService was non-existent. Watched an employee rudely dismiss and ignore a customer whose mobile order seemed to be missing. Waited and waited on my food, which they set aside in a bag and never called. By the time I got it my food was cold, my shakes were melted, and to top it off I later found out an item for my daughter was missing. Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had at any McDonald’s location.3 months agoI really like this McDonald’s and it’s employees, but 4 stars because there are no customer drink machines. I can’t mix my drinks, and the employees here don’t do it for you. Other locations do it. It’s literally a simple sweet tea with a splash of sprite. Not anything heinous. Also, the McChicken sandwich patties are way thinner now. How is McDonald’s going to up the price of simple sandwiches but have less meat? That’s a corporate thing. This restaurant is always clean when I’m there, so I have no other problems with them. I keep forgetting In-N-Out is cheaper. McDonald’s just has the cheapest drinks. Unless you get the $6 meal deal. They charge you $2 for a medium drink, even though all sizes are $1.39 by themselves. Read this guys!!!!!11 months agoThis location has the cleanest McDonalds lobby I have ever seen. The staff kindly brought us our food and it was hot and fresh. The employees stayed busy yet pleasant. The remodel is beautiful. I normally order with the drive thru but this location makes me want to slow down a little, park, order and eat my food inside. We had time to kill today and I’m glad we did. There was one other gentleman dining having a coffee and reading a book. It was glorious. The manager came to the lobby and fixed the chairs even though they were barely out of place. This establishment smelled very clean. I’m blown away. My sons and I had a great lunch here. I’d also like to add that a slightly unruly customer was a little aggressive toward one of the cashiers over the price of the mango smoothie but the employee handled it very well. The managers presence was shown and felt but he allowed his employee to handle it, which she did well. I’m very very happy with my visit today. Not to mention I used my app rewards which made lunch pretty cheap! $15 for 3 people to eat and drink well is a definite win for me. Thank you!a week agoFrench fries are always cold. Service is horrible through the drive threw. My family and I have been attacked by a unhoused man. Police never came. But did call to say don’t go across the street because he is over there.

The drive through was going by pretty slow and had a long line, so we decided to eat inside. For the most part it was clean (except some of the tables were a little dirty and the floors weren’t spotless) but it was nice and quiet. Employees would be taking a break in the dine in area. Our order was wrong but it was hassle free to get it corrected.
The food was predictably good and consistent the service was, my last visit, disappointing as there was a mistake in ordering a free French fry and since it didn’t process the way I thought I wasn’t given it. Normally having spoken to a manager I would have expected a repeat customer to be given the benefit of the doubt this certainly didn’t occur here
Seriously something is wrong with the night staff here. I knew I shouldn’t come back but it was closest to me and again they messed up the cookie order . They don’t answer the phones so when I came back for my missing items the worker at the window literally walked away from me. The video was trimmed to 30 seconds for the review but I have the full 1 min and 42 seconds . You can hear the worker not want to help and when he walked away . I am furious with the behavior of this staff. They are rude and they are liars. I just had a gut feeling to record . Also they don’t give out reciepts . This store is bad . I filed two reports I am going to follow up . I won’t come to this store again but I also won’t let anyone treat me badly.
Aug 4 10:40 pm. Ordered 20 piece nugget with some ranch dip… confirmed the ranch when I paid. No ranch. A bunch of sweet and sour and BBQ but no ranch. No receipt. If you low rung people cant do your simple bottom rung job. Just stop showing up
Terra gives the worst customer service that I’ve ever received in my entire life. I hate coming to this McDonald’s. I avoid it at all cost. I would prefer to go to the location on K Street. It’s amazing to me that she hasn’t made it to the corner yet however, I know she will.
