4 months agoHorrible customer service!!! If you want to be treated with respect find another place to go to. If you want to place your order in English good luck because I was greeted in Spanish and when I asked for honey they didn’t know what that is. They don’t provide catchup or napkins on their drive through orders, worst Mcdonald yet.3 weeks agoDrive-thru is incredibly long inside dining is like they ignore you I would avoid this restaurant at all cost even though I could say their food is pretty good it’s just the atmosphere customer service is nonexistent all bad2 months agoThere’s so many workers in there but they suck when it comes to service. They can rarely get orders right, they don’t want to give you ketchup or any BBQ sauce unless you ask for it and don’t think you’re getting extras cause they got the orders wrong. 😂🤣3 months agoIt takes a long time to get your food. Even worse if you do it through the app. Food is cold and old. Workers don’t care about the customers and good luck trying to get a hold of them. a month ago2 children and they have indoor play area and food is exactly what they wanted! They actually closed the play area for about 30 minutes to clean area. Impressive on keeping everything clean when they were so busy. The line of people didn’t stop the hour we were there.3 weeks ago–ALWAYS A MISSING ITEM– People should check their take-out TWICE when receiving. I ordered there 3 times now, there’s always 1-2 missing items, either that or they swap other customer’s order with yours. There’s a language barrier where it’s hard for them to understand the English Language, when explaining about the missing item(s). This is not good customer services. Always unorganized.2 weeks agoI ordered 4 things from the menu and they paid for only 2 things so at the 2nd window I was able to reorder the 2 missing items and pay for it. They had us move our car to the front of the store in one of there parking places so our items can be sent out to us. After 10 min went by they still had not brought out our 2 cheese burgers over 15 min past and I had to get out both my husband and my self are both with canes l had to walk in and go to the counter and pick up our food my self. They had the bag to the side and no one knew it was too come out to us. I just wanted to get my ice coffee remade that I ordered earlier. The amount of attitude she gave was hideous, she should not be running a restaurant like this. I left crying because of how badly I got treated. She acts like she’s losing money from replacing my drink because it was made wrong at a different mcds. All her workers started to laugh at me and tell me that this the wrong mcds we can not remake for you. I’ve never felt so humiliated, I just wanted to get a simple remake of my coffee. I will never ever be coming here again and I recommend y’all to go to a different mcds, I don’t know why this place is still open.

Ordered a cookies. They were hot and fresh as always… but… Iced Coffee drink had very little ice. Wasn’t as cold as I like it.
Too many “sketchy” people outside in parking lot. Don’t really feel safe waiting for my fresh cookies…
Male worker was rude and pushy. Maybe it’s his way (has helped me before)… he is always the same bossy and trying to rush me through the line which is always long…
Got my order wrong. Missing the 2 filet of fish from the 2 meals ordered. The 2 Mc Flurries had nothing in them except vanilla ice cream. Was not going back after driving 8 hours and they when tried to call no answer….I tried calling 3 times! The girl at the drive up window was more interested in gossiping than getting my order right. Fries and nuggets were not even warm.
Tbh …the drive-thru attendant hates me on site. He/she stares me down and acts like it’s a bother to do his/ her job. That kills it for me. The food is hot and the fries are really good but for me the way the window #1 person’s attitude gets me in a bad way. Leave your hate for the world at home and treat the customers with respect.

I ordered on the app for pickup. I didn’t get a receipt so I can’t give feedback through the survey, so I’m posting this public review.
Service was slow, and they weren’t even busy at the time. When I finally got my order, the fries were cold, and so was the burger. The bottom bun of the burger was… crunchy, which is something I’ve never experienced before from any McDonald’s. And the burger just tasted… weird. Not like it was spoiled or anything, it just didn’t taste right.
The coke also didn’t taste right. It didn’t have enough flavor or carbonation. There were only a couple of lids left at the drink station, so I’d rather not think about how many people had touched the lid I ended up with.
Overall, it was disappointing enough that I hope I remember this experience to I go somewhere else next time.
If they’re going to charge almost $15 for a meal, then that meal should be freshly made, served hot, and it should taste right. As the prices continue to go up, my tolerance for poor food and service go down.
The best thing here? Going somewhere else instead.
