5 months agoHonestly the place look brand new, however manager supposed to get fired as soon as possible and the other 12 associates need more training. We ordered Oreo McFlurry and as the picture show it’s not in mixed right also they don’t put the right amount of Oreo, no wonder the review rate for this place is a 3.7a month agoSounds like they need a tiny bit more training ! Asked for an egg CHEESE biscuit and they had no clue what I was referring to and said “I need to get approval from a manager” >_in the last weekPut in a mobile order and when I got to the menu I notified them if my arrival I asked to add on a drink something small and an easy sell for the team they told me no and I had to waste my gas and everyone’s time to go through the drivthru a second time making sure to be three times as slowly than the first time. I would think it’s being a little petty but can’t feel bad for stupid. They increased prices and falsely said the food would get better when it’s no damn different then what they’ve always sold.2 months agoFood was alright when asking to buy the new jalapeno bacon cheese burger they said it wasn’t available even though you was advertise on the menu board XD, second the playroon screens was broken, and three now they charge for extra ranch… one ranch for 6 nuggets, yeah not a big fan of McDonald’s in the first place. I understand mixing things up sometimes but the medium fry was half empty and it’s already smaller than the size I ordered!
3 months agoSuper rude people, ask for a cook to order and got soggy fries and a couple hour old burger, terrible… never changes either. Didn’t even get a full frya week agoThe customer service is awful , when I ask on the drive thru : can I get ? , the kid cut me off saying NO YOU CANT ! , the he apologies right away, and then they took forever to prepare my intentionally and they were playing dummy songs and making fun . What a way to do your job. I don’t even trust my food is clean. What a shame and disappointment from this place . What and awfully experience.2 weeks agoActually open 24hrs unlike other Mcdonalds in Tucson that say they are but aren’t. Drove up at around 12:30am and was hoping to get an ice cream cone. Apparently they close thier ice cream machine at 12am. Besides that the line was pretty fast.2 months agoAbsolutely pathetic. I order at 2:03. 40 minutes later, they just never made it. They then decide to wipe my order off the pick up board. Then the cashier has the gall to tell her manager “apparently he never got his food”. What a waste of my lunch break, even better that my coworkers arnt getting there food. At least try to do your jobs in there.

I think the staff are very patient here. They have many things to do surely but people still have complaints like why it is so pate and things like that. Well, i think both of them have their reasons but i also saw the restrooms clean, everything clean so I am pretty pleased and giving 5 stars to this branch.
I took deluxe chicken burger and it was good enough for lunch for me.
We ordered our food on the kiosk since no one was up front to order with, bad thing is if you’re paying with cash you have to wait for someone to be up font. We waited about 7 minutes before anyone noticed we were up front waiting. We finally paid at 3:46, then we waited til about 4:10 before we got our food. All we ordered were 4 spicy chicken sandwiches and 2 drinks. There was no one else in the lobby that had ordered either. The service here used to be great but I’ve noticed that it has gotten worse. Not sure if it’s due to staffing or what.
I’ve previously had bad experiences with this McDonald’s not being able to locate orders but decided to give it another chance. Ironically, the experience was worse than the last time. When I arrived at the location, I could not pick up curbside so I went through the drive through. I gave them my mobile order confirmation number 4 times and they could not find it. I ordered again at the drive through, drive to the first window, sat there for 4 minutes while the worker attended to whatever and ignored me. I drove to the pick up window to see if someone there would acknowledge me, they did, ask why I didn’t pay at the first window, then took my card. Came back and told me they found my mobile order, handing me back my card. I had to pull around and wait, still got the wrong order. This is seriously the last time I ever go there and to anyone reading this don’t waste you time, your money or your patience on this particular McDonald’s. Booooooooo! Hissssssssss!!!!! 👎. Or maybe you should go there, it will make you definitely give up fast food, I have now.
Food is good as long as you ask for it, made fresh, and ask for no salt on your fries always, and I mean always double-check your order this makes sure you get the best tasting mcdonalds. Also, prices are on the rise. Hopefully, they come back down.
