in the last weekOrdered on the app no pickles add mayo and a mambo sauce. When I looked in the bag no sauce so I asked for it and was schooled about them charging for sauce ….. well pretty sure I ordered it on the app so if there is a charge I should have already been charged right, she said well you weren’t so I guess next time you won’t get a sauce! Like WHAT?!?!? And pickles on my burger and no mayonnaise which I paid for soooo maybe the team should stop schooling paying customers and start learning how to read an order!3 weeks agoWe waited in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes. 9/19/2023 @ 7:50PM. Didn’t get order until 8:13PM only because I called the store once they pulled me up. Then when it was brought out they gave me someone else order AFTER I told the young female what I had “she shrugged her shoulders and handed me the bag” it was a VERY LARGE ORDER. A manager in a yellow shirt came out and said this is yours I’m sorry, he went to the curbside and gave someone the food they just handed me! BUT let me tell you why this place is always wrapped around the building and orders are wrong!!! Take a look at this female worker whom is suppose to be working the drive thru taking orders. Look at what she is doing! On her phone on social media! This place has no structure and no discipline. The managers are no good! Save your time and money!a month agoThey rated low this trip. I understand that sometimes we need to wait on food. I get that. Bit don’t stick my fries in the bag and wait for whatever else and being me cold fries after I had to wait 10 min for our food. We had 3 large fries and all of them were cold by the time we got them. We would have gone back but we stopped as we were in hurry.7 months agoI came in at 8:30pm, on March 16, 2023. Two guests dining in. I made three. There were zero clean tables to sit at. I had to pick the least dirt one and clean it myself. Whoever manages this location should be appalled.a month agoI’ve gotten a happy meal twice for my daughter at this location. The first time, the apple slices that come with it weren’t slices, it was half of a DRIED UP apple. The second time, they didn’t put the chicken nuggets in the happy meal… how do you forget the main dish of the happy meal lmao. Don’t recommend this location.

2 months agoPretty much same McDonald’s as all the other McDonald’s in California service leaves a lot to be desired totally disorganized, workers hardly knew what they were doing at the register, we’re not dressed in the proper attire sweatshirt and sweatpants, a construction vest, house shoes, hair rollers as well as shorts on Duty the only thing missing was a housecoat, Totally unprofessional looking! Had to wait 30 minutes for hamburger and fries, crispy chicken and fries and a iced coffee. Oh, the upholstery chairs need to be redone ASAP!4 months agoThis used to be our favorite McDonald’s. I don’t know what happened, but they are now one of the worst McDonald’s in Wichita. I went through their drive-thru this evening to pick up dinner for my family. The Big Mac was not only cold, but they only cooked one side of the patties? The cheeseburgers and fries were all cold. The container with fries was half full. In addition, there were no napkins in our bags. What a waste of money because we ended throwing everything away. I will never go back this McDonald’s again!10 months agoService was ok but the food our fry’s were half full. The sauce on the spicy chicken was just splattered on it so super messy. The fish sandwich was well not really hot at all. Seemed like old fry’s that had been extra salted2 weeks agoWent through the drive-thru, the guy was hard to understand and didnt seem to know how to put orders in. We pay and get to the second window, asked for more sauce since we only had one of each, they wouldn’t give us any. I had asked for no cheese or onions, and they put both of those on there. The staff were rude and lacked customer service skills. Will NEVER go there again. Paid $30 to not get what i wanted as a customer and then treated poorly on top of that. Get it together. You make $18 an hour, my order was not hard.9 months agoHorrendous service. Waited 15 minutes for a mobile order pick up. Nobody came out. Went to the drive thru and waited another 15 minutes in line to be told I have to go inside. Went inside and was told the order disappeared from their screen and they thought I cancelled. I told them I was sitting outside waiting, they could have came to ask. They were rude and didn’t apologize or acknowledge any fault at all. Waited another 10 minutes for the food inside. Ridiculous waste of time for what ended up being a sloppy sandwich.

FEELING RIPPED OFF!!! I don’t know what to think about fast food restaurants here lately. Maybe it’s just me. None seem to be able to get the order correct. This McDonald’s not only got the food order wrong. But, also the correct quantity. Going through the drive thru. I am not normally known for holding up the progression of flow. But, I guess from now on. I am going to be that jerk sitting at the window. Making sure my order is correct.
You guys 9 times out of 10, either mess up my order, or forget something in my order completely. This is the worst McDonald’s ever. I get off super late so I usually grab food between 11-3am, and it happens every single time. Worst service and all your workers are too high to read orders correctly.
Went through the drive through ordered a large Fri got a medium didn’t go back. You’re employees were rude I said thank you at both windows they didn’t even acknowledge me. They were talking to coworkers. Might have a seminar on common curtsey and educate them on treating people like guests. I know who owns this franchise makes millions on just this one store so invest in your employees
I came in through the drive thru and met both the managers of the night. They always seem to be in a good mood I have only seen the female one ever be nice to all the customers and she tries to park when she can but sometimes the other customers don’t listen to her. So she tries to ask as much as she can nicely for them to move but a lot of customers like to test her patience as far as I have seen
Just had a recent order. It was delivery.. and I don’t know if the driver just didn’t have the patience to sit there and wait for all the items to come through or if the employees forgot to bag up the other items but it was literally 50 bucks and I only got half of my stuff… & When you request for a different condiments or changes to your items and they just give you nothing on it, what’s the point of even having the choice on the app??
