The customer service is always on point and the checkout line (although very daunting at first appearance) move rather smoothly and quickly. My only complaint is the parking situation. The parking lot is oddly shaped and hard to get in and out of, so be prepared to a challenge parking when you go 👍a month agoI would give it a five star but the way the guy at the door asked for membership card was way too mean. I understand they might be facing so many people without card as it was a busy Monday morning ( 07/24). But I did not feel the place welcoming. You guys should have a better way to verify the membership at gate, if you are too concerned about it.7 months agoI live closer to this Costco, but hate going here. It’s always crowded, the shoppers are nasty and rude and there’s always a long line at check out.Positives… Optical. The employees here are nice and helpful and they always have a nice selection. My husband has a really strong prescription and they are the most reasonable around.
Staff is great here always friendly.
Where else can you shop for toothpaste, steak, a new TV and get yelled at by another shopper when she slams her cart into yours.
a year agoGood store. Plenty of merchandise. Was not able to find two items but other than that we found everything else. It was a bit crowded in the parking lot. Good location for the gas pumps. Gas station has very good prices. The warehouse is pretty well kept. Most of the employees are willing to help. Some not so much. Maybe because they are busy. But not too bad. The products are fresh. Excellent produce. I will definitely shop here again.

Large clean and well stocked. My favorite is the muffins. No more wedding cakes. They do have a cheese cake that could possibly be used for birthday and special events. Over all a good shopping experience
Prices are Great!! And I Love the sampling of various foods. This Gets me to buy some products I would never have thought of. Recently Indian madras Lentils. Delish! BUT, Parking is Insane!

Costco is one of our favorite and regular places to shop – we shop at Costco at least a couple of times a week. This review is particularly for the Lantana location. Although I have always tried to look for opportunities to change my opinion, and I am rarely critical of people. It is a consistent observation that most of the employees at this location (except for 2-3 genuinely nice folks that I can never forget) are much less nicer to us than other locations. Oddly enough, I get the same feeling from other shoppers here. I base this conclusion on simple things like greeting customers, making eye contact, smiling or merely nodding at them! The standard for comparison is set by other locations like the Pompano Beach location where everyone is so genuinely nice to you. It really doesn’t take much to show someone that you’re welcome (and little to show someone that they’re not). This feeling was corroborated independently by one of my close friends, who gave me an unwarranted account of his visit to the store. And not to my surprise, the vibes he got were consistent with mine. One of these days, I will walk up to a manager and let them know that I feel this way. I don’t know exactly when that will happen though. For now, I will avoid shopping at this location as best as I can.
