3 weeks agoWhile I appreciate being able to utilize the car wash every day (if I really wanted too) with my monthly package, I don’t like having to go through it 3 times in a row, just to get my car clean! My running boards, rocker panels and the back of my car hardly ever get clean, because they only worry about the front of the car and windshield…Employee who worked 8/28/23 5:15pm, 5:40pm & 5:45pm was very nice, considering the other employee just walked out on him… but it’s not fun to have to go through that many times to finally get my car clean!
2 weeks agoThe owners of the wash are racist bigots who prioritize profit over customers and even the employees. They would rather penny pinch and not fix the machines instead of spending the money to fix the equipment and customers and staff have to suffer because of it. Stay far away unless you want bugs to remain on your vehicle after the wash, because they are more concerned about the cost of water and soap than getting cars clean. That is not a reflection of the staff there, but upper management not caring about anybody but their greedy pockets.2 months agoCar wash put grease all over my car for the 3rd and final time. When I suggested the young man wipe it off he told me I was copping an attitude, he couldn’t touch my car but suggested I wipe it off. Don’t think I was the one with an attitude they just lost 2 cars10 months agoPaid 20 buck for the wash and didn’t get the bugs or the dirt off the rear of my vehicle. The guide in worker barely scrubbed the car and didn’t even use the power washer. Still had bugs on the bumper and dirt you can wipe with your hand on the rear tailgate.a year agoNot pleased came out the other end with bugs still on my windshield and bumper. The new company doesn’t scrub the car like super clean did. I’ll give them the rest of my month pass to work out kinks but after that if it hasn’t improved I will be going elsewhere.

When I got home I couldn’t believe the results! I paid for the $10 wash, and not on Wednesday, as I thought it would be the best! I am just posting photos of the two microfiber towels I cleaned the vehicle windows with when I got home. My husband had to hand wash the rest of the car. So disappointed ☹️. Will certainly not waste $10 again!5 months agoThe brushes scratched up my car. I complained to the gas station and they did not own up to the mechanical issues. We are NEVER going there again!

They cleaned my ride pretty well for the basic service I chose. No complaints. I bet they’d do a good detail job.
Stopped in to use a voucher given to me as gift. I show the gentleman my voucher, he hands me a receipt and says thanks.
I wasn’t aware as you pull in and present the card that you are expected to go to the counter inside to get a large plate that supposably allows you to retrieve your car. 15 minutes later another gentleman comes in and says you are all ready to go. I place a tip in the jar, and off I go….later get a visit from the police saying I did not pay for the “wash”. He sees my paper (looks identical to a receipt). Calls back to headquarters and says “he’s good, he has a receipt”. We then look at the print at the bottom, it says not a receipt for services, fooled him as well.
I went back out to “pay for my crime”
Now for the “wash”.
Essentially all aspects of the near $30 wash were not complete. I decided to be fair to the manager and make him aware of the lack of quality given as a fair amount of other reviews state similar experiences with this establishment.
A few excuses later from him and I say thanks I will not be back. In the future:
1. I will try to get a better understanding of operating procedures.
2. Check work before a tip is given.
3. Not return to Miracle Carwash.
They used to be so good about wiping stuff off the bottom of the door insides, vacuuming the seats etc, and wiping under windshield wipers, general cleaning inside and it isn’t happening any more. Very sloppy work.😥 Not using you anymore.

I paid for a full service plus hand wash. They spend less than 2 minutes cleaning windows, wiping down inside and out. Didn’t clean under trunk spoiler, and still had bugs on front of car.
Went on for an oil change on a Saturday morning and I got in right away. And the detailers do a Very Efficient job. No bugs to be found, rims look Great. Found though they have to share there tips kinda not fare when a couple of the guys do extra special job..The middle aged long hair guy went out of his way on detailing and did a great job.!!! You can even watch them detail your car. Thank you Murray for the efficient & fast job on my oil change! I will be back .
