My car was dirty of course and wanted to wash it for the weekend. I got the highest wash which was only $11 dollars with a free vacuum of course. After vacuuming the car, I noticed my hood had a scratch going up the hood I also noticed a crack in my windshield. I was so struck by pain, I tried to convince myself not to cry. I broke down with tears seconds after that thought and notified the cashier who appointed me the manager. He came to the car and ignored the scratch, and started off the conversation with the crack created from pebbles On the road. He basically didn’t know what to say besides it not being their fault. He showed me a video trying to convince me I drove in with the crack on a pixelated monitor recording. He raised his voice at me through out this whole situation and was very disrespectful to a young 21 year old who approached this situation in a calm manner. It is indeed sad to say this man could not atleast demonstrate customer service skills or respect. He as well withheld a number to an higher official I can contact such as a corporate number or business owner. The manager Eddie is rude and doesn’t appear to care about customer satisfaction! He has a horrible attitude and could care less about any mistakes they made after you’ve paid. Seems like they’re there just to collect money from folks they do not care about quality service. I’ve come to this place a few times and each time they did not even wipe the inside of my car properly; seems they don’t wipe at all. They only do the very bare minimum. It’s cool for convenience just to get a wash but if you want good service for the money you’re paying this isn’t the place. Seems like you only get a good wash if you pay for one of their detail packs otherwise….forget about it.
I hate having to give this review but I’ve come too many times and received the same horrible service so I had to share.

Fun car wash to go through with the kids. They like the lava. The special pricing is running until end of month. I typically go to Costco but if I need the vacuums then this definitely the place to go. I like that they have the carpet clips. It was full but the line moved quickly. Enter through Avalon.
With the rising cost for a hand wash this place is a godsend. Vacuuming and spot drying are up to you. Tiered service pricing. The wash left my car looking as good as that from a full service wash for half the price.
I Like it! Workers are really cool. They offer tire shine. I always tip! They NEVER rush me when I vacuum. My favorite spot and I live 10 miles away.
One of the few places where that 17 dollar wash is worth its price. Free vacuum cleaners is also a plus. I take my cars here every weekend.
