Went twice with two different vehicles. Very friendly staff both at intake, to prewash to towel dry and wheel detail. The automated wash portion cleans well, depending on the curves of the vehicle. There are self serve bays once you go through for vacuuming, with towels and spray for wiping down in more detail. Looks like the installation of the car wash equipment inside the tunnel has been completed. I miss the mirror that they used to have over the entrance…it helped me align my wheels to the track without relying on the tech guiding me in.
The soap dispensing is better but the air driers are worse.
Last comment – come on boys, the girls are killing it when it comes to towel drying! They do a much better job of drying the entire vehicle. Many times the boys miss or skip parts of my vehicles and I have to dry them myself. I know the towel dry is a “courtesy” but I would hope they would take more pride in their efforts and dry the whole car.

I really want to like this place but their equipment is inconsistent with respect to soap dispensing, front end washing,rinsing, and tire cleaning – overall effectiveness is barely adequate.
The location is ideal for me but the quality of the car wash is fairly low.
The kids that towel dry your vehicle after the wash are also very inconsistent. The young ladies do a much more thorough job than the young men. Go ladies! And come-one men, keep up!
It appears that they recently installed a new soaping and air blower system. The soaping system does dispense more soap but the air driers appear rather ineffective.
Sadly, the actual spinners and hanging washing things are only partially effective. My wheels never get cleaned and the front end of my vehicles always have bug guts after washing. It might be different if I didn’t get my vehicles washed regularly allowing the dried bug guts to really harden and therefore be tough to remove but that is not the case. I visit often.
So I am considering changing car washes but I really don’t want to go farther from home to do so. Got a decision to make.

This is only one of 2 locations we use. We normally use the RM620 location close to Round Rock and don’t have this issue. At this location we have experienced 3 times our roof of our 2021 Subaru Forester tag PKZ 4330 cave in, loud pop in an pop out due the the air nozzles either pushing too much air for the more delicate and lightweight fuel efficient cars these days and/or due to the nozzles pointing straight down onto the car surface instead of slightly angled. This has happened 3 times, (every time we told the on-shift supervisor) if it was not for this I would rate this outfit 6 out of 5 stars. This is a simple fix and I know for a fact 2 things: 1. This is horrible for the paint job when this violent movement of the panels occurs. 2. This certainly doesn’t happen to only my car. I am not coming back here until this is fixed and if you are reading this and own a fuel-efficient car with lighter gauge body work for fuel economy, then please take this as a warning. DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE!!! Staff is absolutely horrible!!!! Got yelled at for washing my car with a mitt and bucket. Took me less than 4 minutes. What’s the difference if I do that or use their brush?
Then I parked on the side, out of the way, to dry it off ( even confirmed with customers I was out of the way) and a worker came yelling at me that I am in the way and to move my car. I told him I’m clearly not in the way and then I’m not moving. He got very upset and belligerent, even yelling at my wife at one moment. Then 2 other guys came out and started yelling at me. The staff at this place is absolutely terrible!! One was acting as if he was going to attack me. Anyway, I hope the owners are awair of who’s running this place. Then things went bad again.
I went back to use my gift card and was instantly confronted by one of the workers for using a mitt on my car.. very rude and confrontational again. I called and left another complaint but the owner never called me back. But as a replacement they have a wash attendant that hand scubs your car with a wash brush. That made a world of a difference. I mean he got in to places the automated brushes couldn’t even reach. We live nearby and decided to drive in and get a car wash. Given how close and convenient it would have been I decided to do the high roller monthly pass. We gave the young man our credit card to sign up and he brought it back with a receipt for the $37 charge. The wash was average, most of the car was ok, but the black trim along bottom and above wheel arches wasn’t cleaned and was still really streaky. That said, overall the car looked ok. However, I logged into my bank account and noticed 2 charges, one of $37 and an additional for $25. When I called to ask what had happened, I was told it could not be canceled unless I came in with the card. I have some travel for work and have a newborn at home and while I don’t mind the extra work, I don’t think it’s reasonable to be asked to have to come in again to fix something that is borderline fraudulent. Something just feels really off about this whole thing and the fact that it can’t get fixed unless I come in again… disappointed is an understatement.
They don’t wash your car. Every time I come out the back it is completely dirty. Attaching a few pictures below. Also, when you click on cancel membership on their site, it says that its broken and you can’t do it. Its been like that for two months now.
It’s a pretty good car wash place. I actually wanted to sign up for the unlimited monthly package but they won’t do it for a month at a time you have to sign up for automatic billing. That was disappointing because I really wanted to try it for a month to see if I’d actually use it enough. Offered to pay cash but was turned down.

Dont go here if you drive any type of low to the ground sports car. Scraped the underbelly of my mustang getting onto the treadmill. Think maybe even the guy directed my car too far. Either way, bad experience. Didnt even get a free upgrade for my sticker coming through. Scraping the sticker off when I get home and cancelling membership. Can wash my car better than this place. It didnt even get the bird dropping off my car. After the wash noticed tears in the plastic underneath. Bad, bad, terrible experience. Only grateful my tires and wheels seem to be ok.
