a week agoExtremely ghetto location and absurd and nonsense customers in general. Not everyone, but most of them. Overcrowded, people have a jungle mentality. I was about to park when an elderly couple came from my left hand side at full speed just to beat me to the parking spot. Unbelievable, even older people can’t get their ghetto mentality out of their system. I didn’t even dare to try to get gas because I already knew what to expect. I am never coming back.2 weeks agoAs I entered, I showed my membership to the entrance person. However, I forgot a cart, so I had to go back out to get one. When I entered the second time, I didn’t show my membership to the entrance person. However, I was stopped by the assistance manager, Sherri. I mentioned I already came in, and I had my membership in my pocket. As I continued to pass, Sherri GRABBED my cart and asked my membership again. I had to take out my phone and show my membership. I did not feel comfortable with the matter she stopped me.3 weeks agoPizza is good! The more heavy set supervisor I believe his name is Jake at the food court walks around like he’s the CEO of Costco. He needs to calm down! Other than that I love me some pizza!!a month agoTHE PARKING! 👎 I never found parking at all today. Ended up just leaving… there’s even traffic on the street trying to get into the parking lot. This location needs more space! Don’t come herea month agoI love this store and it’s close. But the parking lot is super bad. Half of the lot is closed off for some reason and it’s been like that for months!! I always pass by to see if I can park but there’s never room. I end up driving to the Monterey Park location, which has a way bigger parking lot.

5 months agoCostco has so many great deals on many products and services. Previously, I purchased my eyeglasses. They have the best deals on rotisserie chicken and they’re prepared very well. Many shoppers don’t know that Costco has a buy-one-get-one-free on many bakery items such as muffins.2 weeks agoThis is my home local Costco. I swear this is the busiest one in the world! No matter what time of day or week…..it’s always non-stop action. However, all the employees at this location are good with service and efficiency due to their consistent busy workflow. I am and will always be a big fan of Costco and it’s own Kirkland brand. The name just represents quality you can trust. Here’s to another $100+ saying goodbye to my wallet…….because you can never step out of a Costco without spending a minimum of one hundred bucks! #iykyk #costcolover3 months agoAlways excellent service and fully stock merchandises. Prices are reasonable in comparable with local stores. In addition, I found this bag of cat litter which is made of soft wood tiny pallets that is light weight and easier to carry than the other cat litter products. It smell fresh wood and easier to scoop than the regular cat clay litters.a month agoI LOVE this Costco! The Gas station is open early. I love going with the pups & on the way home, stopping at the South Paws-Adena Dog Park around 6:30-7:00 am, when there are no lines. The attendants are super helpful if needed. I enjoy getting what I came for & discovering a few fun, new things when I go. Costco keeps everything stocked & vibrant. I especially appreciate that they continue to grow their “Organic” items. U have to have a parking field scout.. look for parking/ after a 1/2 hour of scouting And playing parking roulette u can win a parking spot.Don’t be weary cuz now u wade through the lines of frantic shoppers like Time Square on New Years Eve just to go into costco Yes you can find deals on a handbag /tee shirt. Pots & pans..maybe a pressure washer to clean your gutters.. You still need wade through more lines to checkout. It’s A SEA OF price deal shoppeŕs paradise.

Amazing place to buy groceries, electronics, furniture, tools, and lots more. Good customer service and even on busy days you won’t last forever like other store in line to pay. So go and get your goodies.
I wanted to call out the Admin woman who worked the calls today for this branch number. She helped me search the product inventory and reverse searches the availability of the product to see if warehouse carried this. She was much more helpful than the Culver City branch who’s guy just sent me to a department that never picks up. This girl was on it. Thank you for helping me.
This location has Gas station (for members only) huge parking lot and all 5 stars customers service. How ever I’m very disappointed with their packed food and prepared food because on multiple occasions I’ve found hair, and debris of I have no idea what. I believe they can do better with higiene for food handling preparation and packaging.
Today, I went to Costco for the alkaline water. I love so much PH (perfectly hydrated). Great customer service started right at the entrance. Will was very helpful with directing me inside to get a one day pass. Changed purses , so I did not have my card. Got my pass and proceeded to the back. For water, there was none out on the floor,
I asked a worker for assistance, that took some time, I stayed patient because I wanted the water, I then aske for a manager’s assistance, Mark was so kind he was very busy but had Ignacio get the forklift and get the water for me. Then the cashier Mariel. Very kind with a smile.
Customer Service goes a long way (with me) hard to find that these days. It is important to remember names of kind people for this very reason. I appreciate my Inglewood Coscto for their outstanding service today, 7-31-23 . Thank you,
