3 weeks agoFriendly and professional staff and the techs are magicians. They got a daily driver for a family of four (with 2 dogs) back to looking like factory condition in the same day. My older car was done right before a trip out of town with friends and people got into my car and said “Did you get a new car?” Every nook and cranny was spotless and the paint looked refreshed – like new. a month agoHello, Thank you for reading my review on Dr. Jazz Auto Detailing in Cornelius.If you have a motorcycle and cannot wash and polish it for some reason, please take it to the “Doc”. I met him when I brought my bike in to get detailed and my impression of him and his operation is TOP NOTCH. He is very customer centered, especially with bikers as we can be very particular (at least I am), he understands the importance of doing a thorough job.
I also met Chris in billing and payments. She is very quick with the paperwork, and very pleasant to work with.
Lastly, I met my bike polisher, Miguel. He was patient and took his time cleaning and polishing every part of the bike with EXTREME care.
When circumstances preclude you from washing and polishing your bike, please consider checking out Dr. Jazz. I am now a customer for life.

5 months agoVacuumed all interior minus the back seat of my driver side… vacuum cleaning was done semi poorly. Tires are very shiny and outside was cleaned to the best of their ability I believe so, that’s a plus… oh and where’s the air freshener that was mentioned…11 months agoI just left this place and I was so disappointed with their service. I paid for “manager’s special,” but they did an awful job vacuuming the interior that I might as well have just gotten an outside cleaning through a drive thru car wash. My 13 year old daughter did a better job when she cleaned my car. I inspected the outside work and noticed that they didn’t clean the glass because it still had dirt on it and the trunk was not vacuumed. I also noticed that they didn’t apply air freshener at all. Overall, very unprofessional work. I will not be coming back and will recommend you to not use this place for your car at all.4 months agoI have to say this was one of the worst car wash I have ever had!! I spent $27 and let me tell you it looks like nothing was even done.a year agoI am so disappointed! brought my car to Carolina Spring Auto Spa and paid close to $300 for a full detail. just picked up my car right now to find spiderwebs still on it, the trim of the car still full of gunk, cup holders dirty and inside of door jams full of grime. All carpet stains are the same and the engine was shined but not cleaned They didn’t even roll down the windows to fully clean them. They tried to clean up some of the things on site and offered me to take it back tomorrow to finish touching it up. am taking them up on it but this is a big inconvenience from me as I had other plans tomorrow. I will update and adjust for their service tomorrow.Update: I took my car in the next day and Kayne worked on it. He did a great job and addressed all my concerns. Even the carpet stains I was originally told could not come out were gone! Franco the detail shop manager also reached out to me and personally appologized. Had my car been cleaned like this the first time it would have been worth the full five starts. Unfortunately, I had to complain and had to change my plans the next day in order to get the service paid for so I have to take a star off for that. I will however state that they recognized the issues and corrected the situation.
3 months agoIts easy to get in and out with fast service and minimal wait time. The associates all look to be pretty hard working. For the most part, my car was shiny and clean. I gave 4 stars because I asked for tire shine and got it, but my rims were still dirty. My advice is to inspect your vehicle before you leave to make sure you’re getting all that you pay for.

What a great car wash while we were traveling. I’m quite picky what car washes I take my car to, this one cleaned my car beautifully and I wasn’t worried about any damages. If I’m ever traveling through this area again I will definitely be stopping there. Highly recommended!

Be mindful of what is going on when you are entering this car wash, or any automated ones at that. I ran my BMW through this car wash and my bumper was caught on the rack that grabs your wheel. I felt it in the steering wheel and was highly concerned but was in a bit of a rush to get back to work. I checked in the parking lot and saw the damage- ended up going by on my way home. Talking to the manager he was extremely nice and helpful. Filed a claim and Sam’s corporate apparently came back and said they cant do anything about this. I heard a few different excuses on why it was denied.. car is lowered (which my vehicle has no modifications to suspension), bumper is aftermarket (car is stock), another about how I left and came back, which I was told that doesn’t matter when I filed my claim…Just be mindful using this car wash, or any automated ones at that…check your vehicle before and after, pay attention to what is going on…because reading the reviews of this business and my experience, seems the last thing you want to be doing is filing damages with this company. Sadly in the end I will be removing all of my vehicles from memberships and I have a few concerned friends and family members that will be looking to lift theirs as well.
After running our dirty car thru the wash after long road trip we had a lot of bugs on front that didn’t come off during the wash. I was quite impressed with the young gentleman that came out to our car and manually cleaned them off with bug remover and a rag. Great job!
A couple of the vacuums are clogged badly and broken. The rug machine is saturating the rugs. I hate when employees get all up on my window to take my card out of my hand to touch a self service machine as if I’m too dumb to do so efficiently myself! Also they completely sprays suds on the front of the car and I couldn’t see where they were directing me to get on the pilot system!
