Lines are always long (store and gas) with no system in place to make the lines organized. You should see folks fighting for position in the aisle before you get to the registers – a total mess.I’m also a member at the BJ’s down the street and there you can pay on the app without making the line (as long as it is 20 items or less). That is so convenient and I’m surprised Costco hasn’t implemented something like this.
I like Costco overall and the quality of the Kirkland Signature private label, but I don’t go as much as before because of the aggravation of dealing with crowds.
a year agoThis local Costco is one of my faves. Although one of the oldest stores in South Florida, many of the associates have been here since opening. They are constantly bringing in new products and the store is always clean and organized. My only complaint is that they have done away with the books section. The lines tend to move along fast even during the busiest part of the day or weekend. They also help you in the self-checkout section. The food court could be larger but it works. They recently added self-checkout POS systems in the food court and are working out the kinks with the customers.

I love costo however this location leaves much to be desired. Thankfully, I personally haven’t had an encounter with personal but Iv seen an absolutely dreadful experience with the customer service at this place. The staff seemed completely indifferent to helping customers and were rather rude. As if that wasn’t enough, the CROWDS were overwhelming, making it nearly impossible to move around without constantly bumping into people. And don’t even get me started on the parking situation – it was an absolute nightmare, with limited spots available and no organization whatsoever. I wouldn’t recommend this place/ location to anyone who values their time and sanity.
Best sundae ever… just $2,49
This is the best option after the hot dog or pepperoni pizza slice! If you go to Costco remember the sundae is a must!
We just did an upgrade to our AT&T account and got an iPhone 13 with the assistance of Stephanie from the AT&T. We left so happy with her service. She is absolutely amazing, took her time with us to answer all our questions, explained all account details in extreme detail and had excellent customer service skills.
