3 weeks agoCostco was very packed and busy, however clean.I actually went down every isle just seeing what they have and checking the prices.
Some things I can see savings, but the majority to me as I shop around is the normal price and few more cost than normal.
After being 1st a BJ member, then Sam’s club, now Costco…the cheapest in savings from products on the shelf, I see most is from BJs.
I have not checked out everything costco has to offer thier members vs the others, so I will definitely give an update later.

Super food is on sale this week.a month agoVisited this Costco while I was on vacation Erin at the main door very rude she had already checked my card but when I questioned her breaking the law asking about my emotional support animal which the Georgia department of natural resources states “ Staff cannot ask about the person’s disability, require medical documentation, require a special identification card, training documentation for the dog, or ask that the dog demonstrate its ability to perform the work or task.“ Georgia state follows federal laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act.There was a young gentleman at the self check out asking to see everyone’s card before they checked out when I asked why they do that he said to make sure you are a member and the pictures match. When I then questioned whose picture was on my card he got it wrong. The only helpful person was a lady named Jean at the self check out. And when I was leaving out the staff was policing another patron of the store asking for a card when she was headed toward the service desk.. 3 months agoFinally gave in and joined the herd. Wow!!!People have been telling me for years about Costco’s low prices, but I didn’t know they were so very low! Some products were half the cost of regular grocery store items and great deals on furniture/electronics too!
The gave us a nice free huge cooler/bag when we signed up to be members for only $60/year.
2 weeks agoUpdate, 09032023 Costco check membership when entering. Yet Costco is forcing people to show their membership card and picture when checking out using self checkout. It’s not only an annoyance, it’s disrespect to their members. It’s not the way to increase your membership base.Very busy during weekend Great flowers, great fruit and many other quality nuts and ingredients. The service here have since improved.

It’s gorgeous and the prices can’t be beat!a month agoAlways had a good experience with the staff at Costco wherever I go they seem to be the Chick-fil-A of the retail business with the phrase my pleasure. However, Rosemarie went over and above in the clothing department to help me find the right pair of shorts since having a stroke and losing a lot of weight I didn’t want to buy a pair and then have to give them to Goodwill so looking for the right type of shorts was important, Rosemarie was just absolutely stellar. Customer service of the cashier’s is fantastic. They generally seem happy to be there. However, anytime I have dealt with the administration staff, they are rude and not helpful. Tina, in particular, I found to be extremely unpleasant and made it seem like I was burdening her. I used to think of Costco having amazing customer service, but it definitely seems to be declining over the years.
Out of their prepared foods, I enjoy the meatloaf and the Sheppards pie.
A fully stocked Costco store in Gwinnett County….. most lanes are open so makes it easier to quickly leave the store after purchase.
The staff was very helpful when looking for a particular product…..

My family have been going to Costco 187 @Venture Dr. since it’s opened. And yesterday my mom had the worst experience with your employee. She was really frustrated and shaking when telling me what had happened. She ordered a whole pizza around noon right after she arrived before her routine shopping. She quickly finished her shopping and went back to the cafeteria area to pick up her pizza. It was about 12:40pm and not crowded at all. The staff in the kitchen wasn’t busy at all but when my mom presented her receipt to him to pick up the pizza, the staff was very impatient and with a bad attitude, he immediately slammed the window door when my mom was standing 6 inches in front of the window. It shocked her and her body was still very shaking when she got back home.
How complicated could it be for not being rude to your customers? Rudeness will get you nowhere even you work for a big corporation like Costco!
One stop shop for all needs. Nice place for groceries and gas. It helps a lot for big families as everything is sold in bulk quantities. For a small family it doesn’t make sense for many of the items sold.
Outstanding quality. I have never eaten better. Buy gas there. Save on most things, but always great quality. Popular place. Full contact shopping with large volume. Don’t look for manners; it’s everyone for themselves. Survival of the fittest.
Today, a lady was examining many peaches picking up one after another. I asked her if she was going to touch all of them. She told me basically to go pound salt and not judge her since everyone did the same. The skin on peaches is very permeable, so I won’t be buying peaches from this location.
