  1. They need to improve their customer service, But probably it is , because from what they face every day. There are so many customers ( who have high paying jobs), who drive very nice expensive cars come stands in Return line to return food after they opened it, and ate most of it , and you can clearly tell they are taking advantage of the good Costco return policy, but, they have no Shame. It is not a single time, or a single customer doing it. It is so many of them. It is like a culture, or like they teach other. This bad habit. You wonder to your self. Wow ( I know those people are well paid, may be they get paid minimum $200,000.00 or more a year, and they want to return a food bag that worth between ($8.00 & $12.00) Dishonestly after consuming most of it, or using something up for most the Costco guarantee time.before it expires. Take for an example. One of them was trying to return an old mattress, had a big huge yellow stain in it& was dirty , and looked as if it was left outside.
Then some times you give Costco employees a break, and credit for what they encounter every day.
Store is huge ,and has alot of stuff , Good prices, on some items, Sometimes there are much better deals @ FredMeyer, Or even Safeway. But all items @ Costco are in big bulky quantities, encourage you to eat more, and consume more, and spend more, the whole thing , and the shopping experience every time @ Costco is overwhelming.
But I am happy for Costco

  2. This Costco has almost everything, including the gas station, food court, and every department.
Most items are in stock and they have promotions and sales very often.
It gets very busy in store and gas station in the evenings, especially Friday night and Saturday.
Half of the staff is knowledgeable and nice, half are not so much. We ran into issues multiple times, for example: the pharmacy provided incorrect info over the phone and I wasted a trip; when we opened our membership, the associate made a few mistakes that we had to correct later; another associate ranted negatively about kirkland signature brand product we were looking for in his store! Overall, customer service is OK.

  3. 🛒I absolutely love ❤️ shopping 🛍️ at Kirkland Costco! People say the quality of Kirkland products are a bit more quality than other areas of Costco, but I don’t see any difference. The store is spacious and well-organized, making it easy to find everything I need. The selection of products is impressive, and the prices are unbeatable. The food court offers delicious food like hot pizza 🍕 & ice cream 🍦 for very less price 🤑. I always go to Costco for my favorite cheese pizza 😋making it a perfect spot to refuel after shopping. Overall, Kirkland Costco is my go-to store for all my shopping needs, and I highly recommend it to everyone! 😃

  4. Costco Wholesale has been a staple in my shopping routine for years, and it never disappoints. The membership perks are well worth it, with access to a wide range of products at competitive prices. The store’s spacious layout and friendly staff create a pleasant shopping experience, and their Kirkland Signature brand offers high-quality alternatives. The food court is a hidden gem with delicious, budget-friendly options. My only minor gripe is that it can get crowded during peak hours, but the savings and value more than make up for it. Costco remains my top choice for one-stop shopping, and I highly recommend it!

  5. Last week I went to this location for some essential items. As I was shopping I saw some men’s pants that I liked but couldn’t find the right size. So I approached an Asian woman who works there (who was folding clothes) to ask if they had my size. Without even listening to what I was saying she rudely stopped me and said, “This is not the right place to complain. If you have a problem with our product call the corporate office and complain there!” Like how rude is that! I wasn’t even complaining! I just wanted to ask about the size. But without even listening to what I’m trying to say she just jumped to the conclusion. What terrible customer service!!
