Super duper Costco location. Wow . Loved this . Lots of options to buy electronics and other things – and the best thing is – it’s tax free :). We bought a couple of laptops and surely saved money on tax ! They have good inventory too.

Wish there were more people near computer area to help customers . It took us 10 mins to find out an associate to get a customer pick up slip for a laptop: if not for the local help , I would have rated this store 5 stars . Billing was quick .parking is a bit crazy in this location. Liked it overall 🙂

Wonderful selection of household good and the best quality food for the dollar. Our family was traveling and stopped to check out the liquor section on Delaware. You need a membership to shop but not for the alcohol area. Gas prices were very good in Delaware also. Long lines at pump but we only waited less than 30 seconds for a pump. Worth the trip!

Great layout. The food court is located inside. The liquor store is outside and I believe does not require a license since it is in Delaware. If you order a full pizza make sure to call in and pay BEFORE you do your shopping because they are extremely slow and do not put the pizza in until you pay I believe.

Rude Asians will try to run you over. Lucky I didn’t leave in handcuffs. Cashiers are the rudest they could find and honestly I can see why. Dealing with those people who are guests in this country I’d be fed up also. Horrible experience this Saturday. And their prime beef is mislabeled. The choice had way better marbling. Bait and switch. This isn’t the Costco that used to be great unfortunately. People are getting more and more rude by the day. It’s a shame

Size of the Costco is moderate to big size. Parking is bit tight for the store size. Staffs are friendly , attentive , well stocked items , main advantage of the this store with others are liquor store exist at the spot. Liquor prices are good though. Has gas pumps with competitive prizing. Dining area on the store is little confined.

A standard selection of Costco Warehouse merchandise with the addition of wine and liquor (including Kirkland Signature ones) in the center of the warehouse. The Food Court menu was expanded this week and currently includes the $9.99 roast beef sandwich. A Costco gas station is at the front of the shopping mall.

I really want to love this location however the locals make it difficult. The STAFF is amazing TIM helped me out and provided me with excellent customer service. The samples were great as usual, however the traffic pattern exiting and entering is HORRIBLE!! They have a lot of space that is unused and could be better utilized. That’s why the only received 4/5.

Always good! This store is always well stocked, and easy to find what we’re looking for. Only downside here is the parking lot can be difficult to navigate, especially since they added the gas station.

  1. Horrible policy enforcement.

Have been using my brothers membership without issue for well over a year. I understand if they want to start enforcing policy but do it at the door. I spent 30 minutes shopping and another 30 minutes online only for the staff to not let me purchase the items in my cart. I will never step foot in a Costco again. Went ahead and bought my own membership at a BJs.

  2. I don’t know what is going on with Costco all products:fishes, fruits, berries, beans, asparagus, vegetables in very very bad quality and condition they are selling those poor quality products since covid…..I don’t have time for writing comments here but how many times I am just wasting my money for bad products it’s unfair!!!!!
    Please wake up Costco !!;(
I attached only one of the recent pictures!

  3. I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at a Costco store that compelled me to share my negative feedback. The poor customer service, lack of shopping carts, disorganized parking lot, and the unpleasant smell of dead rats near the water bottles were just a few of the issues I encountered during my visit.

First and foremost, the customer service at this particular Costco store was abysmal. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, displaying a lack of professionalism and courtesy. When I approached them with questions or concerns, they appeared to be more focused on their own conversations rather than assisting customers. This level of indifference is unacceptable and does not align with the reputation that Costco has built over the years.

Furthermore, the scarcity of shopping carts was highly frustrating. As a customer, it is expected that basic amenities such as shopping carts should be readily available. However, during my visit, there were only a handful of carts scattered throughout the store. This made it incredibly inconvenient to navigate through the aisles and carry my purchases. It is essential for a store like Costco to ensure an adequate supply of shopping carts to enhance the overall shopping experience.

The disorganized parking lot added another layer of inconvenience to my visit. The lack of clear signage and designated parking spaces made it difficult to find an available spot. Additionally, the congestion in certain areas created unnecessary traffic jams and delays. A well-organized parking lot is crucial for ensuring smooth traffic flow and providing convenience to customers. Unfortunately, this particular Costco store failed in this aspect.

Lastly, the presence of a foul smell near the water bottle section was absolutely appalling. The odor resembled that of dead rats or decaying matter, which is highly unsanitary and unacceptable in any retail environment. This not only raises concerns about hygiene but also reflects poorly on the store’s maintenance practices. Customers should feel confident in the quality and cleanliness of the products they purchase, and encountering such a repulsive smell undermines that trust.

  4. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are rude and half of them do not know what they are doing. Their return policy was quite unclear than stated online… my parents went in to return my order in which is stated online that we can return all orders to warehouse. And so I went to the warehouse with my orders. However, they were refused upon and was told that we had to schedule for someone to pickup my order for return. That was never made clear on the website nor did we have the option to select a time for the pickup.

I was not happy with this. When I called them later on with my concern and confusion due to the lack of communication, they said that they chose for us to schedule a pickup when it was my choice to return my order to the warehouse. I didn’t know that this is how it is with Costco.

However, I’m not going to saying that all customer service representatives were rude. It’s the manager, who refuses to speak with me on the phone when this return policy is so unclear and I directly stated I had remaining questions about the next steps. This is so frustrating as other customers might experience the same thing. My parents who don’t really speak English well was turned down to be spoken to. As a manager who refuses to communicate with their customers, who are not sure what to do as our next steps, shows a lot.

Even now as I am still unclear about if I should return my package or keep it they don’t even pick up my phone… don’t waste your time here…

  5. This store located at 6135 Junction Blvd. Rego Park, Ny 11374 is way too small for the number of customers it receives. The isles are too small, the isles leading to the registers are sprawling throughout the store, and the selection sparse and doesn’t compare to the Costcos I go to in Utah. I understand that space is very limited in Ny, but they need do a complete redesign and figure a way to make it more customer friendly. I’m only talking about the building and variety of products. Every employee I had the chance to interact with were all very pleasant.
