a month agoThe girl who works here has the worst customer service! She should be happy people go and get service done there! This is our closest ups store and convenient but I prefer to look somewhere else for such nasty attitudea month agoI posted on this last week but oddly the post is no longer here…. Weird. Long story short I pay for a mailbox at this location to receive mail. I show up one day to pick up my mail, and it turned out that I had received a package under MY NAME. I go to sign for it but then I realize the woman is trying to upsell me on a business account. Not needed bc I already have a business location that is not associated with this address. This package was simply sent to the wrong location, but no big deal , I should still be able to pick it up right ? Wrong. I’m standing here, she’s standing there with my package ,, holding it hostage and refuses to allow me to pick it ip unless I pay to upgrade my account for a service that I don’t need. It was like I was in the twilight zone . So ridiculous.Terrible customer service. They have zero ability to see the customer as anything more than just a number and a quick dollar bill. This location is minutes from my home but I be driving any distance needed in order to avoid this place . and will be using a different location should I even choose to use UPS anymore at all.

I’m very disappointed with the costumer service of this place. I was supposed to received two packages yesterday. Driver states he dropped them off at the house where someone showed him my wife’s ID and signed for it. We did not receive the packages. We weren’t home at the time since we were spending the day at Disneyland. Spoke to costumer representative who spoke to the driver which states that he met someone in route and showed him my wife’s id. Which again is impossible because we were at Disneyland. It’s hard to even understand that somebody could have shown him my wife’s ID. So the driver is either lying or gave it to some random person which is both horrible. Kind of hard to trust any other UPS person to come back for our deliveries.
Horrible service drivers were so rude. Asked for help from 3 drivers at pick up center was ignored. Came here because I was instructed be customer service that was open till 5pm. Fi d closed on Saturday. Left my daughter HS wrestling tournament to get her gift to not get nothing. Even they website says they are open. I will stick to fedex for myself and my business going forward. Terrible considering I was told to come get my package.
Wrong hours listed, several people outside wasted time coming here when they are closed until 2PM. No updates about packages arriving. Would highly not recommend.
I just wanted to add that after I spent several hours tracking down my package (with no call back after 4 calls to this store where the automated response they will call you back within 1 hour – it’s been over 24 hours) the guy that actually walked to the back to get the package had the audacity to tell me “it’s lucky you came in today otherwise we would have sent it back” even though this store had never marked it as delivered and I only got the emails that it had arrived after I gave him the shipping code and he scanned it into their system.
business hours are not convenient … when i requested a package hold i had no idea how hard it would be to pick it up… and I paid extra for that “service”
Security is very tight to make sure all the employees vehicles are safe.
